Kaire Holdings Effective Health Subsidiary Reports Second Quarter Pharmacy Sales Increased 16.5% Over First Quarter

LOS ANGELES, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 8, 2004 -- Kaire Holdings, Inc. ("KAIRE") (OTC BB:KAIH.OB - News) Effective Health subsidiary reported second quarter sales from Residential Board and Care pharmacy programs were approximately $582,500.
Kaire CEO Steven Westlund stated, "This represents a 16.5% increase in sales over the first quarter and marks the sixth consecutive quarter that sales have increased from our Residential Board and Care programs. We now service residential board and care facilities throughout the southern half of California. Looking ahead to the remainder of 2004, we anticipate that third and fourth quarter sales should exceed $700,000 and $825,000 respectively. The company will continue to focus on building our core business, increasing revenue and building shareholder value."

Ich hab auch schon gedacht, dass die "Lusche" nicht mehr hochgehen kann.

Aber die scheinen doch noch am "Überleben" interessiert zu sein.

One of the primary goals of these programs is to maximize revenue from individual facilities by providing a range of products and services that target their needs. We anticipate the number of patients will double to approximately 200 by the forth quarter of this year. Gross margins for these products range from approximately 35% for medical supplies (Incontinence Supplies) and as high as 45% for certain nutrition products. Current gross sales for these products are approximately $40,000 per month with average gross margins of 42%."
