Teltran International Inc and Global One to Form Strategic Partnership to Take Internet Services Into the Next Millennium

LONDON, England, Feb 22, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Metropolitan Services Division (MSD) of Global One in the UK today announced a strategic partnership with Teltran International Inc`s (OTCBB:TLTG) subsidiary Internet Protocols Limited (IPL). IPL is the UK-based facilities management and Internet network infrastructure provider. This partnership is based upon MSD`s MetroLink Internet services, which covers comprehensive line and network management.

MSD will enable IPL to maintain and strengthen its position as a key player in the ISP market by providing faster access to a single and reliable network. By offering IPL faster network access, increased bandwidth and market-leading tariffs, MSD will allow the provider to concentrate on servicing its Internet end-users, strengthening market strategy and focusing on customer satisfaction.

MSD will be providing IPL with dial-up 0845 (local rate), 0870 (national rate) 0800 (freephone) and premium rate connectivity lines and IP managed bandwidth for IPL`s new commercial operation in the Global Switch building in the Docklands, the UK`s most advanced and modern `telehouse`. Global One will also be co-locating part of its network infrastructure in the IPL suite at Global Switch to help serve the Internet market.
