Dies ist der Titel der NFS - Analyse von Kim Eng "BUY"
sehr zutreffend!!!
EXTREM HOHE CHANCE PRAKTISCH OHNE RISIKO!!!

@Informator:

Hast Du dazu Informationen? Dann her damit.

@Rhum56:
http://www.nzz.ch/2002/01/10/wi/page-article7W5RG.html

Hi,
Stock: National Finance Plc Recommendation: Buy
According to Thanachart Bank Plc (NBank) as subsidiary of NFS, the bank has accelerated its plan to open as many as 35 branches by end of this year from its current nine branches. The plan also involves merging its current operations with its securities unit.
NBank, which was formed from mergers of finance companies including National Finance, one of Thailand’s largest finance houses, said that it aims to increase its branches to about 100 within the next two years, targeting 500,000 customers from the current 270,000.
The bank reported that its nine of the branches under the plan were already operational and it was on track to complete its target for the year. Its new branches will include banking business, securities and insurance sector.
Bualuang Securities views that NFS plans to phase its HP loans to NBank for transforming its business into holding company to gain operating flexibility in various business dimension. NFS plans to spend about three and four billion baht for network expanding and system upgrading in the next two to three years.
Thus, NFS will be investment company having business investment into its subsidiaries in each kinds of businesses such as banking, securities broker, insurance, asset management, distressed asset operation, and property development.
The broker said it recommended Buy for NFS shares with a target price of 16.8 baht per share.
NFS shares closed at 13.6 baht so far this year, it has fallen 18.56 percent and it was decreased 8.63 percent during 52-week period

In D kaum vorstellbar

National Finance - NFS
We expect NFS to report net profit of Bt559m in 3Q04, a decrease of 30% QoQ and 13% YoY due to a 26% decline in non-interest income QoQ and 37% YoY. We also forecast bad debt and doubtful account of Bt190m in 3Q04, a decline of 67% YoY as the result of a change in its provision policy since 2Q04. We estimate growth in HP lending in 3Q04 to slow down as the result of a slow down in automobile sales in 3Q04. Automobile sales in July dropped by 10% from June of 50,484 units and August’s sales was also 4% lower than July’s sales due to a change in excise tax law. We estimate its 3Q04 HP portfolio to grow by 6% from 2Q04 against 10% 2Q04 HP expansion from 1Q04. We expect non-interest income to fall by 26% QoQ and 37% YoY due to lower gains on debt settlement, and on securities trading and lower share of profit from investment. We estimate 3Q04 brokerage fee to increase by 9% from a rise in its subsidiary’s market share despite a fall of trading volume by 15% QoQ and 31% YoY. We maintain a SELL rating on NFS despite a 27% upside to our ROE/COE based target price of Bt16.8 (1.4x BV for 2004F with a 20% interest rate discount factor applied) from the current level. We see no near-term catalyst for the share price and a rise in interest rates is highly likely. The interest rate factor and NPL are key risks for the stock.

NFS’ income boosted by expansion
staff writer
NATIONAL Securities, which is majority owned by National Finance Plc (NFS), yesterday said that its operational income in 2004 would increase by at least 15 percent to 750-800 million baht from last year on the back of its expansion and an increase in the number of marketing officials.
Despite such bright prospects, the company admitted that it has been forced to delay its initial public offering (IPO) shares to early next year due to unfavourable market conditions.
National Securities managing director Aswinee Tailangka said her firm’s income this year will be higher than the 650 million baht income it reported last year but said that National Securities’ net profit might be lower than that of last year.
“We will be able to achieve our revenue income this year,” Asavinee told reporters and added that National Securities will postpone its plan to sell IPO shares to early next year because the stock market is projected not to be very active during the remaining months of the year.
“We have had to delay our IPO plan because the trading volume and value is expected to decline during the second half of the year, making shares of securities firms less inviting,” Aswinee said.
Previously, National Securities planned to sell 200 million IPO shares in mid-2004 but the plan has been postponed due to the fluctuation in the stock market as a result from the global oil price hike. Since the beginning of the year, the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s (SET) composite index went down by about 15 percent and the SET is one of the worse markets in the Asian region.
According to Aswinee, National Securities plans to increase its market share in the brokerage market to five percent in 2005, from its current 2.76 percent. She expects that the National Securities market share will reach 2.8 percent this year against 2.46 percent the firm reported a year earlier.
In order to achieve the goal, she said National Securities plans to increase its marketing staff to 300 from 100 while the number of its branches will be increased to 16 next year from only seven branches at the end of 2003. Apart from this, she added, National Securities also plans to raise its ratio of institutional investors to 20 percent by the end of 2006 from 13 percent. The broker’s retail investors stand at 87 percent.
“In fact we want to increase our institutional investor ratio to 30 percent but it takes time,” she said.
She added that National Securities currently has 17,000 investment accounts, of which 50 percent are active accounts.
Meanwhile, SCIB Securities said it postponed its plan to open two new branches from this year to next year due to a lack of employees and the failure to increase its market share to 0.75 percent as planned.
The broker’s acting managing directors Vikit Kajornnarongvanich said his firm now has only one branch and its current market share stands at 0.4 percent. He added that his company will try its best to fulfil the market share target.
He said SCIB Securities also plans to expand its business into investment banking and will focus more on research work. In November, he added, his firm will act as the financial advisor for Polyplex Plc, a company with a market capitalisation size of about five to six billion baht which wants to sell its IPO shares in the month.
He said this will be the starting point for his firm in building up their customer base. He added that his company currently has about a thousand accounts of individual investor clients.
