Hi Crash 29, dass hilft bei MRY auch nichts, die haben bis heute nur gute News und Zahlen geliefert, danach ging es meist bergab mit dem Kurs ! Habe meine gluecklicherweise alle mit gutem Gewinn verkauft und war mehr als 1,5 Jahre Aktionaer, die kommen einfach nicht aus dem Quark ! Gruss CMB

ich bin erst seit relativ kurzer Zeit, November 99, in MRY investiert. Ich habe zu $0,77 gekauft und etwas spaeter zu $ 1,44. Die Aktie hat mir bis jetzt nicht sehr enttaeuscht. Ich werde die naechsten Monate mal abwarten. Irgend wie ist das mit diesem Wert schon interessant, es gibt eine gute Meldung und der Kurs faellt. Gestern ist er aber etwas angestiegen. Ich glaube, dass Mercury zur Zeit im Schatten dieses ganzen High-Tech Rummels steht. Der Produktpalette nach und durch seine angestrebte Partnerschaft mit IBM sollte Mercury aber viel mehr Beachtung finden.

Im Auslandsforum bei Consors hast geschrieben, dass MRY bald Gewinnzahlen veroeffentlichen wird. Auf welchen Zeitraum bezieht sich das? Das vierte Geschaeftsquartal ended zum 30. April 2000.
Kannst Du das ein bisschen genauer sagen.

Ich glaube, dass MRY ein gutes Beispiel ist, wie Einnahmen einem Unternehmen während eines Einbruchs wie gestern eine gewisse Stabilität geben. Das Unternehmen hat seine Forschungs- und Entwicklungsphase abgeschlossen und der Verkauf bringt jetzt Wachstum. Ohne Einnahmen wäre Mercury gestern möglicherweise auf $1 gefallen. Wann gibt es die nächsten guten Nachrichten?

Na, wer sagts denn, gestern ist Mercury nach einer positiven Meldung nicht wie ueblich gefallen, sondern um $0,22 auf $1,62 gestiegen. Volumen 137.785. Letzten Dienstag, 4.4.2000, gab es nochmal eine sehr guenstige Kaufgelegenheit. Der Kurs fiel fuer sehr kurze Zeit auf $1,00.

Aber: Das Zauberwort hiess wohl: Internet Service Provider (naja, drei Zauberworte)

Der Kurs bewegt sich in der letzten Zeit nur so um die $1,35 herum. Wenn man das Auf und Nieder an den Maerkten bedenkt, koennen wir ja damit eigentlich recht zufrieden sein. Ist das die Ruhe vor dem Sturm, die letzte Moeglichkeit noch guenstig zu kaufen? Wer weiss etwas, wann MRY an die TSE geht? Waehrend gestern TSE und NASDAQ kraeftig anstiegen ging es in Vancouver nach unten. MRY konnte am OTCBB zulegen, verlor aber etwas an der CDNX.

Jetzt muss doch der Kurs langsam steigen. Mercurys Magellan ist Teil des Betriebssystems der neuen Legend Airlines. Die erhielte die Betriebserlaubnis von der FAA und somit wurde Magellan auch von der FAA abgenommen. Das ist doch ein schoener Erfolg. Eine Anerkennung durch den Markt sollte jetzt aber folgen. Heute ist bei uns Tag der Arbeit, Feiertag, in Kanada und USA wird dieser Tag seinem Namen entsprechend gefeiert. Es wird gearbeitet und Geld verdient.

Das war ja diese Woche ein auf und nieder fuer Mercury. Nach einem Einbruch auf $ 1,16 am Mittwoch erholte sich der Kurs am Donnerstag bei Vol. von ueber 200.000 auf $ 1,40. Am Freitag schloss MRY mit $ 1,45; Vol. 75.000. Das sieht so aus als ob sehr bald ein positiver Bericht herauskommen wird.

Mercury refines its corporate vision

Key areas of improvement have been identified and acted upon

Vancouver, B.C. - Having received the results of a comprehensive internal analysis of its business, Mercury Scheduling Systems Inc. (MYSYF:OTCBB; MRY:CDNX) has taken decisive action and made preliminary improvements as recommended in the report

The extensive analysis, which was completed over the last three months by Deloitte and Touche, one of Canada`s leading consulting firms, specifically focused on the future potential for the company and its strategic direction over the next three to five years.

Changes have already been made to the company`s business plan and operational structure reflecting recommendations from the report. "Deloitte and Touche were able to identify a number of key areas of improvement for our company which we have since acted upon," said company president and CEO Graham Whitmarsh. "We knew there was great potential for our cutting edge systems, especially our new Magellan system. But we are now better organized to capitalize on this opportunity.

"This process has been extremely beneficial in assisting our management at Mercury, in terms of our business focus and where we should direct our efforts," added Whitmarsh. "The process, and the report, provide us with the platform we need to ensure we take advantage of the large opportunities that are available within our market niche in the aviation industry."

Mercury has recently completed the transition from the development of its new state-of-the-art Magellan crew management system to a customer-oriented focus on system delivery. Hallo MRZ,

dieses PR koennte sich auf den Kurs auswirken. Der PR sagt zwar nicht viel ueber die Empfehlungen von Deloitte und Touche aus, aber der Satz, dass ein Magellan System im Mai an British World Airways ausgeliefert wird, scheint mir die Essenz dieses Artikels zu sein. In dem PR vom 28. 2.2000 wird die Unterzeichnung der Absichtserklaerung mit British World Airlines berichtet. Jetzt scheint es als damit ernst zu werden. Vielleicht sehen wir die kommende Woche noch einen weiteren PR.
