NutraCea(R) Stock De-Listed From Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange At NutraCea`s Request
EL DORADO HILLS, Calif., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NutraCea(R) (OTC Bulletin Board: NTRZ) announced today that pursuant to the Company`s request, the Company`s shares have been de-listed from the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange and, as a result, all trading of its common shares of stock on this foreign exchange has ceased effective immediately.
NutraCea`s stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Over the Counter Bulletin Board Exchange under the symbol NTRZ.
"We chose to be de-listed from the German exchange because we found it to be of no benefit to the Company, and in our opinion, the exchange may have had a negative impact on the market price of the Company`s stock here in the US," stated Patricia McPeak, Founder and CEO of NutraCea.
While the suspension in trading on the Berlin-Bremen Exchange became effective immediately today, any trades that were affected by this de-listing will be given ample time to clear and for long and short positions to be completed.
