Fällt Sie wieder oder was ??
Die kommt noch einige Male unter 0,15

SUBJECT: A NEW ERA
I believe that we are fast approaching a new era in the way we invest in companies, protect our assets and spend our money. No longer will we be able to trust that Government will take care of us in our old age…. And certainly, as we are now finding out, no longer are we going to rely upon industry or Government to completely take care of our healthcare needs. So where do we go from here?
Once there was a line in a song that went, “For every drop of rain that falls, a flower grows”. The message is clear, the raindrop is a dollar and the flower is our future. In their wondrous wisdom, the SEC enacted or forced the enactment of the “financial reporting” of all trading companies and instituted the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, making it almost impossible to create sin at the expense of the shareholder. That being so, the risk of investing in “long shots”, “start-ups”, “micro-caps” and developing companies becomes one of knowing the product(s), the management and the capital availability. In the end, investing in these companies will provide the monetary growth necessary to provide for ones old age and healthcare.
Years ago it was the dinosaur called the “Savings Account”, Government Bonds and various forms of money-market accounts. One could hardly keep pace with the increasing cost of living using any of these mediums.
My point with all this is that I am increasingly alarmed as I visit the chat rooms and watch the posts as they predict stock gyrations, company news releases and new store openings. To what end? Pumping up stocks only to see them fall again serves little purpose, as I see it the gain of one day can easily be the loss in the next… and so forth, ad infinitum. I have witnessed Med Gen rise from $0.10 to $0.19 only to fall to $0.15 by the close. If a companies stock is a mirror to its value, how can the same company be worth $2 million in the morning and $1 million by the afternoon? Further, the roller coaster rise and fall of the shares create a massive short position forcing market-makers to alter positions at the expense of creating an orderly market, which just happens to be their intended purpose.
Humbly I submit, if everybody that invested in the AM put their stock away for 6 months, allowing the company to perform, increase its value and thus their share price, the market would dry-up the shorts, the shares would rise as the value of the company increases, savings would increase and everyone’s individual wealth would increase to the point that they wouldn’t need government help. Sure, betting on the right horse is important… but that is the risk that is inherent in all forms of life. It’s the same risk we take when we choose to fly to a destination… And we all take that risk gladly, rather than drive long distances.
I have taken the time to write these thoughts because I love this company and its products. Seven years ago, while searching for a way to stop my own snoring affliction I discovered Snorenz®, invested my own money to commercialize the product and then built Med Gen around the brand, the rest is history. The claims that I have made regarding our products, and the company has published are true and accurate. Being accused and being guilty, as one knows are quite different. The FTC matter regarding Apnea claims was brought about by a third party during an infomercial TV show and was never purported by either myself or the company to be true. Nevertheless, we accepted the “slap-on-the-hand” and we are still here. Two years later, at great expense, we have completed the biggest and best study yet. Done by a recognized Otolaryngology specialist at a Sleep Center at Northside Hospital, Atlanta Georgia, Snorenz was pronounced, once and for all, “an effective alternative to surgery or other medical treatment, for reducing the noise caused by snoring”.
Hey, if we can all agree that we have the product, and almost everyone snores [whether we admit it or not]. Does Med Gen have a long term future? You bet it has! News Releases, Stories, new store openings aside these releases are for public information purposes only, not meant to pump sales. The company will eventually grow and prosper on its own, grow beyond imagination…grow because of its products and the demand for its products.
Think about it this way. If Wal Mart, Walgreens, Gristedes, CVS, Meijers, Osco Drug, Albertsons, Acme Supermarkets, and others stock these products…. Are their buyers crazy?
Now, make up your minds… we need long term players. Join us while we explore the markets of the world. Let’s make the drop of rain fall.
My best.
