Mit Konsolidierung hat das nichts mehr zu tun!
Ich versuche News zu finden,doch das ist mir noch nicht gelungen.

bin auch vor kurzem in cytogen eingestiegen (15,75). die gründe für den kursturz sind erstens das Clynton/Blair statement und zweitens eine klage von immunomedics über ein Patent.
nachdem cyto am freitag gut begann (12,5) stürtzte sie nach bekanntgabe der klage ab. cytogen selbst gab ein statement zu dieser klage nach börsenschluß ab. Nachzulesen unter www.stockmaster.com .

auf dem yahoo.com board wird die aktie heftigst diskutiert; vorwiegend postiv. ich hoffe auf eine starke gegenbewegung am montag, denn die klage wird sich nicht auf das geschäft von cytogen auswirken.

mich wundert nur, dass sich in deutschland nicht mehr für cytogen interessieren! in amerika scheint dies total anders zu sein. (kursverlauf, umsätze, diskussionen in yahoo und ragingbull board)

CYTOGEN Files Registration Statement For Public Offering


PRINCETON, NJ - March 28, 2000 - Cytogen Corporation (Nasdaq: CYTO) announced today that it has filed a Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with its proposed public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for continued development, manufacturing and commercialization of its proteomics technologies through its wholly owned subsidiary, AxCell Biosciences Corporation; research and development of additional products, including diagnostic and therapeutic products based on its Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) technology; expansion of the Company`s sales and marketing capabilities; and for other general corporate purposes, principally working capital and capital expenditures.
