Auf welche Nachrichten wartet Ihr denn alle???
Bald wird sich zeigen, ob der Taschenspielertrick mit DUTCHESS gelingt.
Leider war der Kursverlauf seit Oktober nicht so, wie sich das die Verantwortlichen vorgestellt haben.
Und die große Verwässerung der Aktie steht im Falle einer SEC-Genehmigung erst noch bevor. (Wenn es soweit kommt ...)
Insoweit weiß ich auch noch nicht, wie ich die hohen Umsätze der vergangenen Woche deuten soll.
Viel Glück weiterhin.
Aber wundert Euch nicht über einen Totalverlust in 2005!?


"We do not expect our revenue stream to be sufficient to cover costs of operations in the immediate future. zu 10: Da haben bestimmt einige gekauft, die BIOM und seinen Infos vertrauen. Bin mal gespannt, ob die kommende Woche was passiert.

Erläuterungen zum vorgestellten Quartalsbericht-Auszug:

Sollte das "Spiel" funktionieren, müssen in den nächsten 24 Monaten ca. 3.000.000.000 frische Aktien plaziert werden. (Ob die SEC dies zuläßt, sehen wir frühestens im Februar.)
Vergleicht den Gegenwert (beim aktuellen Kurs von 0.0117 USD) mal kurz mit der aktuellen Marktkapitalisierung.
Wer weiter mitspielen möchte, muss dann zum verwässerten Kurs nachlegen und hoffen, dass Biofrontera die 25 Mio. USD wenigstens z.T. wert ist. (Hier wird aber auf absehbare Zeit auch kein Geld verdient ...)
Die restlichen 10 Mio. USD sollen dann für ca. weitere 12 - 18 Monate Hoffnung reichen. Ansonsten müssen dann erneut Anleger gefunden werden, die frisches Geld in DNAP pumpen.
Hier wird viel Geld verbrannt, was für diese Branche auch normal ist ;-))))
Was natürlich nicht heissen soll, dass man mit gutem Timing und viel Glück auch Geld verdienen kann.
Mich wundert immer nur das Gerede über "long" ...
Die Risiken eines Totalverlusts sind wesentlich höher als die hier propagierten Gewinnchancen. (So ist es das halt mit OTC-Werten.)
Den Zockern weiterhin viel Erfolg - Anfänger bitte Finger weg.

absolut richtig. Bin ganz deiner Meinung.
Obwohl ich ein LONG Investor in DNAP bin und obwohl ich die leute hinter DNAP kenne (persönlich) ist mir total bewußt das es unterumständen auch ein Totalverlust vorkommen kann.

Nichts destotrotz muß man aber auch die andere Seite der Medaille sehen.
Sollte das aufgehn was Tony in seinem Interview 2003 anmerkte, ist es bald keine vision mehr sondern realität.

Ich finde das viele leute die gerade eingestiegen sind gar nicht wissen was der dutchess deal bzw. biofrontera deal eigentlich bedeutet.
Leute dies sich darin auskennen verstehn ihn

Front page on San Fran Chronicle Sunday paper (business section) "Concerns over safety undermine FDA" by Bernadette Tansey. Article starts out. "This year began with a firestorm, and then things got hotter. In its worst period in recent memory, the Food and Drug Administration spent 2004 reeling from charges that it allows companies to keept dangerous drugs on the market, lets them hide bad data, relies on a firm`s word alone to fix manufacturing flaws, and stifles safety alerts by its own scientists." It is a two page article. Go DNAP!!!!

THE CIA and DNAP WOW Read to the Bottom. !!!!

The CIA (news - web sites) is trying to improve facial recognition technology which can be notoriously inaccurate, and also develop ways to identify from a distance a target in motion by the iris of the person`s eye, a CIA scientist said on Tuesday.

Differences in simple factors like lighting and expression can impede identification of someone using current facial recognition technology, said Andrew Kirby, senior physical scientist at CIA`s Intelligence Technology and Innovation Center.

"Those differences are so significant that my own picture taken in two different places at two different times is actually more difficult to match than it would be to match me with someone in this audience," he said at a Center for Strategic and International Studies forum on biometrics. Kirby said his program, which was created two years ago, has set a goal of improving face recognition technology "by a factor of 10."

Currently iris recognition technology is more reliable but requires a cooperative subject who will stand in front of the scanner and line up the eye properly, he said.

"We`re looking at remote iris recognition," Kirby said. It would be more valuable if the iris could be captured by a camera while the person was in motion at a distance to make the identification, he said.

"One of the main thrusts of our program is in fact to make this possible," Kirby added. The U.S. Army is using biometrics, which also includes the more commonly used identification tool of fingerprints, to build identity records for detainees at the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Kirby said.

Those records will be used to identify detainees who are released if they resurface to U.S. authorities in the future, he said. Using biometrics can be important for counterterrorism and counterinsurgency efforts, said John Woodward, director of the Pentagon (news - web sites)`s biometrics management office. For example, with a large number of foreign locals working on military installations overseas, if that person is fired for some reason and goes to another base to get hired under a different identity, biometrics could help identify that person.

It could also be used to identify people who try to give false intelligence at one U.S. location and then try it again under a different identity at another, he said.

The goal for the future is to combine different biometrics "to give us the ability to make identification from a distance to a very accurate level," he said.

In 10 years, there will be handheld devices that "track the person`s presence like a bloodhound," Tony Frudakis, chief scientific officer and founder of DNAPrint Genomics, said.

Barry Hodge, president of AcSys Biometrics Corp., said according to a recent study, the facial recognition biometric market worldwide is a $21.5 million business and is forecast to grow to $791.6 million by 2009.

"That`s a huge growth rate, so obviously people are expecting a lot of excitement and things to be happening around the facial recognition marketplace," Hodge said. Reproducing the ability of a person to recognize another in a computer is difficult, he said. "You recognize them from the back, you recognize them from the side, in varying lighting conditions. When you see people you know, you just know them. And teaching a computer to do that is an amazingly difficult task," Hodge said.

Die Entwicklung der Forschung etc. ist aber nicht mit dem Überleben von DNAP verknüpft. DNAP hat vermutlich keine 10 Jahre mehr ... Würde mich freuen, wenn es bis 2006 weiterginge
Also beim nächsten Gerücht und steigenden Kursen wieder Tradergewinne von bis zu 100% mitnehmen und weiter beobachten. Vielleicht kann man dieses Spiel - wie bisher - wiederholen.
Volatilität ist was Schönes, wenn man zu richtigen Zeitpunkten ein- und aussteigt.
