das heißt, das man im Jänner einen Umsatz von mindestens 410 000 $ gemacht hat, was so viel ist, wie in seit Bestehen des Unternehmens insgesamt. ich rechne jedoch, das Australien und Sri Lanka nicht die schwächsten für den Home Office Bereich gedachten gekauft haben.

noch ein Posting von einem Typen, der anscheinend das Unternehmen telefonisch kontaktiert hat:

El and Horse I was concerned about the information in the 10Q showing $375,000 revenues as to why it was so low when they did significant sales that period. The company did sell and ship orders that exceeded that number by millions. So what happened? I called the company (as any of you shareholders are welcome to do) and I was told that the accounting rules for international companies has changed significantly. They (UCSY) are only able to take the pass thru revenues not the entire sale amount. The company will be sending a document to the SEC shortly (look for it to be out in a week I was told)and it should explain in better detail. it will show the several million in revenues as shown under the older accounting rules.

I also asked about the high expenses. It seems that it included one time tooling and marketing extrodinary expenses that will not be there in the future of this product. If you do not believe this, then get first hand information directly from the company by email or phone call.

SO they did ship some big orders and did get revenue from them. Also as one poster stated something about shares being sold as part of revenues. Thatis dumb, they are not part of the Revenue number. Under the new accounting rules from the US government they are even more strict than before in including the money from what was called sales before. Because UCSY is not the manufacturer and passes through certain items the pass thru amount they retain only is accounted as revenue. It is more complex and I am simplifing but here will be a document made public in about a week that will clear that up. Call the company they will give you the details.

So Horse they are shipping and and receiving payment for units as per the PR`s. hope this helps a little bit to clear the air on some questions that have been posted.

Michael Zwebner announced today that they have filed suit against
James Coughlin, Internet alias "IrishJim44", for claims totaling the
amount of $18 million. The law suit has been filed in Federal Court in
the Southern District of Florida.




In a statement issued today, Michael J. Zwebner said: "We have now
filed suit against the first of a number of Internet posters who have
conducted an unrelenting vicious and malicious evil on-line campaign
against the companies and me for several years. We believe and
allege, based on the actual posts, made that this defendant, as well
as a number of co-conspirators, embarked on a deliberate and planned
evil program of defamation, libel and the repeated publication of an
unrelenting barrage of false information, false innuendoes and lies,
all for personal illegal and immoral gain, and to cause maximum
economic and commercial damage as well as severe emotional distress
to myself. As we uncover more of the anonymous aliases and posters,
we fully intend to take legal action against them."




In a further statement, Michael Zwebner said: "Defamation and the
unrelenting libelous publication and knowingly posting and reposting
of false and libelous information, is NOT protected under ANY US laws,
even the First Amendment. This defendant, and a number of others,
acted with extreme evil intent and malice, at all times hiding behind
a supposedly anonymous Internet alias. We intend to aggressively
pursue legal action, to uncover ALL the anonymous posters (aliases)
who have engaged and continue to enact on-line defamation, and then
take action and file applicable law suits against ALL these posters,

Universal Communication Systems, Inc., Bond / Debenture Holder Converts $600,000 Being Half of Outstanding Debt at $ 0.50 per Share

MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 26, 2005 -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc.(OTC BB:UCSY.OB - News) company president Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the company has successfully reached agreement with The Endeavor Capital Investment Fund S.A , being one of the main remaining debenture holders to convert almost 50% of the outstanding debenture debt, a total of $600,000 for 50 cents per share. The company will now issue 1.2 million shares to close this transaction.
In a statement issued today, Mr. Zwebner said: "In line with company policy of reducing outstanding debts, we are very pleased with this transaction. This cuts in half the amount remaining outstanding to The Endeavor Capital Investment Fund S.A. We take this opportunity to thank the directors of the fund for their co-operation and final agreement."
