BSQUARE`s bFax Pro 5.0 Mail.com (NASDAQ:MAIL), the leader in Internet messaging solutions for businesses,
announced today that through an alliance with BSQUARE (NASDAQ:BSQR), mobile users now have the ability to
send and receive Internet faxes through their Microsoft Windows CE-based devices anytime, anywhere. According to
IDC, in 2003, Windows CE will have a 40% share of the total worldwide handheld companion market.

Using bFax(R) Pro 5.0, new faxing software released today from BSQUARE`s Mobile and Wireless Group, and
Mail.com`s market-leading FaxMailer service, users can now send and receive fax messages as easily as they can
send and receive e-mail messages. Received faxes arrive as e-mail messages, which are downloaded when the user
