http://www.diamantfilm.com/about.htm

hmmmmh..
klingt nachvollziehbar!
trotzdem:

On January 5, 2005, Diamant Art Corporation f/k/a ART International Corporation (the "Company") sold 231,000 Restricted shares of its Class C Common Stock. As consideration for the sale of said shares, the Company received a total of $ 115,500.00 consisting of $115,500.00 in cash. All funds are in Canadian dollars.
115,500.00 / 231,000 = 0,50CAD
wie kommst du auf das 100fache an aktien bzw. den 100stel preis?
1 class c common stock = 100 reguläre aktien?

erst weiterlesen dann fragen
ok hat sich erledigt
The 231,000 Restricted shares of the Company`s Class C Common Stock which have been sold have a conversion right whereby, at the election of the holder thereof, each share of the Company`s Class C Common Stock can be converted into 100 Restricted shares of the Company`s Common Stock.

mal sehen!
MK laut bloomberg.com:
Shares (Millions) 20.001
Market Cap (Millions) 0.920
rechnen wir also die 23.100 mill. aktien dazu:
43.101 mill. * 0,046$ = 1,98 MIO USD MK

@ ManfredGonn:
Diamant Stretch film`s revolutionary technology was originally developed by Permapack AG, a PVC and food stretch film supplier. Nearly a decade and millions of dollars have been spent to develop the world`s first clear, polystyrene non-PVC, food stretch wrap that can be recycled and does not produce harmful bi-products. Diamant addresses the growing worldwide change to environmentally conscious and Green products.
ferner:
Diamant Film anticipates expanding this agreement in the future with the goal of becoming the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Diamant for North America. Canadian testing of this revolutionary product has been underway for several months in co-operation with a large supermarket chain at a number of their retail stores.
Diamant Stretch film, which is polystyrene based and plasticizer free, is an environmentally friendly plastic stretch film for the food industry and has been approved by the Canadian Health Protection Branch for food contact. The market for plastic stretch film in North America is approximately $700 million.

Non-PVC stretch wrap to shake up US film market
05/11/2004 - The distributor of a non-PVC stretch wrap believes that its innovation could shake up the $700 million North American stretch film market and beyond.
Diamant Film, the North American distributor of an innovative non-PVC stretch wrap, has signed a distribution agreement with Victory Packaging.
The agreement is for the distribution rights of Diamant film to the industrial, supermarket, institutional, and catering markets throughout North America.
"Diamant is very excited to work with a reputable packaging firm which possesses established and widespread distribution channels throughout our target market,” said Stefan Gudmundsson, chief executive of Diamant Film, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ART International.
“We continue to believe that we possess the only economically viable polystyrene alternative to PVC stretch film for the $700 million North American stretch film market.
“ Victory`s extensive network of warehouses and delivery routes throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico makes them an ideal distribution partner."
ART international claims that Diamant film is the world`s first, plasticiser-free stretch film based on polystyrene. It is being marketed as an environmentally friendly and recyclable food wrapping alternative to current PVC based film, though biodegradable alternatives are now flooding the market.
Plastic stretch films are familiar to most consumers. Stretch films are used in supermarkets and grocery stores, usually in conjunction with a plastic or fibre tray, to package individual cuts of fresh meat, poultry, fish and other food products.
Meat packaging represents one of the largest potential applications for Diamant film. Packagers in this industry require film that has enough oxygen permeability to allow the formation of oxymyglobin, which gives the desired fresh red look to the meat.
But it must also be tough, able to withstand low temperatures, and have good clarity and gloss.
ART International is confident that Diamant film is the answer. It has a low moisture vapour transmission rate required to retain moisture in the packaged product plus an anti-fogging additive to prevent condensation on the inside of the film.
The ever-increasing demand for environmentally friendly and healthier packaging has been pushing companies to find alternative packaging materials for years. Over ten years ago the R&D department of Permapak in Switzerland set out to develop a better performing, environmentally safe stretch film for the food industry – the first real alternative to PVC and the first genuinely recyclable stretch film.
In 2001 Permapak released Diamant Stretchfilm. ART International recently secured a ten-year agreement with for the exclusive marketing and distribution rights in the United States and Canada to the film.
Environmentally sound packaging is beginning to present itself as a viable alternative to traditional methods of packaging. RPC for example recently launched a range of biodegradable Polylactide (PLA) containers targeted at this growing green consciousness among food packagers.
PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from lactic acid that is processed from annually renewable resources, such as corn. This means it uses less fossil resources compared to petroleum-based plastics.
The development of the packaging range comes in response to a raft of recent European packaging legislation encouraging greater environmental responsibility. RPC says that PLA containers not only help to avoid existing and proposed taxes on packaging and packaging waste but can also in some instances qualify for subsidies.
In addition, new biodegradable materials such as PLA offer food packagers an economically-viable alternative to polystyrene-based packaging materials.
Packaging firms have experienced enormous raw material price increases this year - chemical giant BASF recently increased the prices for its plastic material Styrolux by €200 per metric ton in Europe as of 1 August, blaming the rising cost of raw materials.

Packaging firms have experienced enormous raw material price increases this year - chemical giant BASF recently increased the prices for its plastic material Styrolux by €200 per metric ton in Europe as of 1 August, blaming the rising cost of raw materials.

mal sehen, welche folgen!

The Company plans to propel these pilot programs into contracts in the first quarter of 2005, with plans to sell directly to supermarkets and institutional clientele.
http://www.tgreurope.com/main/inheading.asp?HeadingID=160780…

Was hättest du den lieber?

@ miura:
was soll die frage?

an Kapital.

servus miura,

Hope that helps.

Our system posted a WAIT today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 02.04.2005 (9) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0500. Since then DIAAF has fallen -38.00% .
It is now a market with a firm decision to try the lower end. We already have warned you before with our previous confirmed SELL signal. Anyway, we believe that you have sold your shares and even opened a short sale position.
Our WAIT tag says all that is to say. Keep on staying short or at cash until the next signal. Do not bother yourself with any further buying or selling, as long as the WAIT tag stays.

@tdwzb,

...
On February 21, 2005, Diamant Art Corporation f/k/a ART International Corporation (the "Company") sold 4,400,000 restricted shares of its Class C Common Stock. As consideration for the sale of these shares, the Company received a total of $ 1,100,000.00 consisting of $100,000.00 in cash and $1,000,000.00 in forgiveness of existing indebtedness due and owing by the Company..

30.000Stück Limitorder 0,035!! Also 0,035 im BID eigentlich.

Bullish Engulfing
Today a White Opening Marubozu was formed. This shows that the day opened and then the prices continued to go up all day long without coming below the opening level thus forming a long white body, however prices did not close at the high of the day and thus they created an upper shadow.
The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Engulfing Pattern. This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is not very high and it requires confirmation.

@tdwzb,
Bei mir kribbelt es, noch welche nachzukaufen.
Da werde ich nicht der Einzige sein.
Ich wage mal eine Prognose:
(also 7 Cent $).

Hi tdwzb,

@Luto,

mal sehen..

Hallo tdwzb,
interessante Aktie. Leider kein Volumen in Berlin bisher.

- and so on..

http://www2.basf.de/basf2/html/plastics/deutsch/pages/biokst…

Share count :
common - 43,240,914
common C - 603,700 entspricht 60,370,000 common shares
On February 21, 2005, Diamant Art Corporation f/k/a ART International Corporation (the "Company") sold
4,400,000 restricted shares of its Class C Common Stock. As consideration for the sale of these shares,
the Company received a total of $ 1,100,000.00 consisting of $100,000.00 in cash and $1,000,000.00 in
forgiveness of existing indebtedness due and owing by the Company.
Share count :
common - 43,240,914
common C - 5,003,700 entspricht 500,370,000 common shares

http://www2.basf.de/basf2/html/plastics/deutsch/pages/biokst
http://www.alimantis.com/images/Doku_dt.pdf

Diamant Art Corporation Secures Exclusive Rights for the Bahamas
Wednesday March 23, 4:00 pm ET
TORONTO, March 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Diamant Art Corporation (OTC BBIAAF.OB - News) is pleased to announce today that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Diamant Film Inc., it has secured a ten-year agreement with Diamant Plastics Corporation for the exclusive marketing and distribution rights to the BAHAMAS for Diamant(tm) stretch film, a non-PVC food wrap. Diamant Art Corporation has now secured the rights to the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico and with the current addition of the BAHAMAS, gives the Company exclusive marketing and distribution rights for Diamant(tm) stretch film to a $700 million stretch film market.
Stefan Gudmundsson, Chief Executive Officer of Diamant Film Inc. states; ``Due to the fact that Diamant(tm) film can be recycled or incinerated without releasing harmful dioxins or bi-products, we feel that it will be a great benefit to island communities such as the BAHAMAS where garbage disposal and landfills are an issue. Diamant addresses the growing worldwide shift to environmentally conscious and Green products. The market in North America has long awaited an environmentally friendly product that can replace existing PVC products. Nearly a decade and millions of dollars have been spent developing Diamant(tm) film, the world`s first clear, polystyrene, economically viable, non-PVC, food stretch wrap. Diamant(tm) stretch film`s superior performance meets or exceeds those available from PVC films, including clarity, strength, stretch, and food preservation. We anticipate that we will be able to penetrate this multi-million dollar market rapidly.``
Diamant(tm) stretch film is an excellent alternative to PVC film as it does not allow for the migration of harmful agents between the film and the food. Currently, stretch film food wrap products contain Poly Vinyl Chloride (``PVC``), a compound found to be harmful for human consumption and to the environment. In North America, legislation is being considered to limit the use of PVC products. The State of New York has already introduced restrictions on the use of PVC in the food wrap industry. The Company believes they possess the only economically viable polystyrene alternative to PVC stretch film for the North American food wrap industry.
Diamant(tm) stretch film has been approved by the Canadian Health Protection Branch for food contact and qualifies for the United States Food and Drug Administration non-objection status.
Diamant Film Inc. has been authorized to use Canada`s Environmental Choice (M) Program (ECP). The ECP is North America`s leading benchmark of environmentally responsible products and services. The mission of the ECP is to reduce the stress on the environment by encouraging the demand for and supply of environmentally responsible products and services. Canada`s environmental Choice Program and its EcoLogo (M) are internationally renowned because of the program`s stringent certification process. Diamant(tm) stretch film has successfully met the criteria for both environmental and performance standards.
