Für mich ist ein wenig unverständlich wie eine firma mit so einer kleinen MK sich solche Brocken an Projekten holt. Spekulieren die auf eine Übernahme oder wollen die auch was tun?

Andere frage.. wie kommen die überhaupt dran an solche lukrative Konzessionen? Schlafen die anderen Großen da? Irgendwie unrealistisch..
Aber so wie es aussieht kann man da schon was vom Taschengeld riskieren.

Lalo Ventures Inc.`s recent progress toward establishing a solid foundation upon which to build value was the focus of a letter sent to shareholders by the company`s new president, Eric X. Lavarack.

The focus of Lalo`s exploration work is now a portfolio of exciting projects, which has been assembled in very prospective areas of Baja California, Mexico. Along the west coast of the northern half of the Baja peninsula, Lalo has secured 100-per-cent control of seven prospects totalling 175,000 hectares. This choice land position is immediately adjacent to the land controlled by the Anglo/Cardero 70/30 joint venture that is searching for world-class iron-oxide-copper-gold-style deposits. Such deposits can be of enormous size, as suggested by the target currently being developed by Anglo and Cardero at Main Alisitos. IOCG orebodies along the iron belt of Baja California would be strategically close to the Pacific Ocean, ready for export to the hungry Asian markets.

Along the Sea of Cortez, on the east coast of the Baja peninsula, Lalo is exploring for epithermal-type gold and base metals deposits in a highly prospective 65,000 hectare area. The centre of this activity is the former San Juan mine and the 20,000-hectare property surrounding it, located near the village of Bahia de Los Angeles. Lalo has also secured a 100-per-cent interest by way of joint venture.

Widespread mineralization is apparent throughout the property with numerous gold prospects known as Escondido, Manila, Candy Store, El Porvenir, El Tigre and Mina San Borja. No systematic exploration for gold and base metals using most recent epithermal exploration techniques has been applied to this area since it was last mined in the early 1900s.

While corporate strategy has been to acquire a land position in Mexico in order to ensure a substantial mineral exploration footprint, technical exploration strategy will focus on a core of specific projects to be rapidly identified by airborne survey along the west coast and by prospecting to be followed by drilling on the east coast of Baja.

With an attractive advanced exploration package in hand, and plans for additional acquisitions, Lalo is poised to become a significant player in Latin America.

Lalo Receives Positive 43-101 on San Juan Gold Project, Baja, Mexico
Wednesday November 2, 12:15 am ET

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 2005--Lalo Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:LAL - News) today announced it has received a positive Technical Report on its San Juan Gold Project, in Baja, Mexico. Key points:

- Large mineralizing system

- High grade vein targets and bulk tonnage porphyry potential

- Strike length of 21 kilometres

The Report concludes that the mineralizing system is considerable, underlying most of the 20,830 hectare property. While historic production of high grade gold in the San Juan gold mine was from shear-hosted quartz veins and breccias, Lalo believes there is now also potential for bulk-tonnage granite-hosted porphyry mineralization. In particular, the report indicates the same geological signature exists in mineralization over a distance of roughly 21 kilometres. Lalo is immediately organizing the recommended Phase I program for the San Juan project.

Coast Mountain Geological was commissioned by Lalo to visit the San Juan property and author the Technical Report on its merits. Four main areas were visited - the main San Juan Mine, the San Borja mine, the Manila Mine and the "Superdyke" alteration zone in the Sierra la Libertad. Other areas of interest were noted but not studied, such as Tarantula and El Pulpo. Numerous samples were taken, including 73 rock samples, 28 soil and 8 stream sediment samples. The stream sediment samples were augmented by 9 bulk samples taken to determine bulk leach extractable gold. The author, Dr. Paul Metcalfe, P.Geo., reports: "Every chip sample taken from vein material on the property returned a value of greater than 1 g/t gold; the median value is roughly 4 g/t. These results are consistent with and on a larger scale than previous observations."

Dr. Metcalfe also reports that, "The mineralising event is interpreted as intrusion-related, with the geochemical style resembling a gold-bearing porphyry system, associated with a quartz-rich peraluminous granite. Penecontemporaneous brittle and ductile deformation has concentrated some of the gold-bearing mineralization as mesothermal or transitional vein deposits. Such structures would probably have a distinct signature on an electromagnetic geophysical survey."

The recommended work program includes comprehensive field programs to define more precisely the quartz-vein targets and confirm the potential for porphyry mineralization with a budget of $200,000. Logistics will be a priority, including better ground access and on-site camp facilities. Success on this phase of work would lead to drill-testing the most advanced targets, while prospecting continued on grass-roots areas of the licence.

Lalo would also like to announce that in order to gain greater independence within the Board of Directors, there has been a reorganization of roles within the existing management and board structure. Damien Reynolds is taking over the position of non-executive Chairman of the Board from Eric Lavarack, who in turn will become a non-executive Director. Additionally, Steve Flechner is relinquishing his duties as Vice-President Legal Counsel but will retain his role as a non-executive Director.

Lalo Ventures intends to build shareholder value by acquiring, exploring, and developing high-quality gold and Iron Oxide Copper-Gold ("IOCG") prospects in Baja California, Mexico. The Company has assembled an impressive portfolio of properties covering over 220,000 hectares of strategically located, highly prospective and under-explored ground in Baja. VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 6, 2005) - Lalo Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:LAL) today announced it has been assigned an option agreement to earn up to 100% interest of a portfolio of Nicaraguan gold properties. This substantial land package consists of 15 mineral concessions totalling 647,353 hectares (1,590,000 acres) which cover a trend along a highly prospective area of Central Nicaragua - the Central American Gold Belt. Ten of these concessions covering 447,189 hectares have already been granted or are waiting for final approval.

To date, this belt has been defined by a number of deposits and mines discovered in Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica - all appearing to follow a common trend. In Guatemala, the Marlin and Cerro Blanco deposits are found along this trend; in El Salvador, the El Dorado, Potosi, Pedernal and San Sebastian deposits; in Nicaragua the Villanueva, Cinco Pinos, El Limon, La Libertad and Topacio deposits; and in Costa Rica the Crucitas, Conchudita and San Antonio deposits. The Nicaraguan sector of the Central American Gold Belt which stretches between Villanueva and the Costa Rican border has barely been subjected to modern mineral exploration techniques. The area of interest stretches along a 50 by 200 kilometre belt extending from the Cinco Pinos - Vilanueva mining district on the northeast to the Sebaco district on the Southeast. Previous work in the area manifests a geological environment featuring igneous, tectonic and structural settings which are favourable to the formation of epithermal gold deposits.


The Nicaraguan portfolio includes four areas:

1. To the northwest, the Achiote project consists of two concessions covering 85,000 hectares (210,000 acres) in the vicinity of the Santa Lucia Concession.

2. Adjacent to the southeast, the Cuapa project consists of six concessions covering 228,000 hectares (563,000 acres) and is located in the vicinity of the La Libertad Mine in the Central Part of Nicaragua.

3. To the southeast, the Acoyapa project consists of four concessions covering 181,000 hectares (447,000 acres) extends southward in the vicinity of La Batea and Santa Rosa Concessions.

4. To the extreme southeast, the Rama project consists of three concessions covering 146,000 hectares (360,000 acres) and is located in the vicinity of the Topacio deposit

Approximately US$7 million dollars in exploration was completed on these concessions and surrounding areas by a large international mining company between 1994 and 1998. However, no drilling was conducted due to budget cutbacks. Lalo is compiling the data from this work, including 12,600 sediment, rock and soil samples, to identify priority targets.

"We are very pleased to be optioning such a large land package that has had significant reconnaissance work completed on it in the past," says Ari Sussman, President. "We intend to advance these projects to the drill ready stage in our search for bulk tonnage epithermal gold systems."

The option on these concessions was assigned to Lalo from 2059927 Ontario Limited ("205") with Mr. Frank Mena Marenco ("Mena"). Mena is an arms-length individual well respected in Nicaragua for both his business acumen and ability to generate high impact mineral exploration projects. 205 is a company controlled by Ari Sussman who in turn is Lalo`s current President and CEO. Mr. Sussman is not receiving any compensation from this assignment to Lalo, only the reimbursement of costs.

Lalo will initially earn up to 80% interest in each concession from Mena under the following conditions:

1) Cumulatively up to 3 million shares of Lalo will be issued to Mena in the following manner: Lalo will issue 200,000 shares for each of the 15 concessions in 4 equal installments of 50,000 shares. The first installment will be issued upon the formal granting of the concession, while the latter 3 equal installments will be issued at 6, 12 and 18 months respectively after the initial installment.

2) Lalo must expend a minimum of US$100,000 and pay Mena US$50,000 per concession within 4 years from approval of this agreement.

3) Lalo must reimburse 205 for US$50,000 already paid to Mena upon signing of the agreement.

Upon earning 80% in a concession, Mena will have 60 days to elect to convert his 20% working interest to a 2% NSR. In the latter event, Lalo can acquire half of the NSR for US$1,500,000, payable in stock, with right of first refusal over the remaining 1% NSR payable in cash, should Mena decide to sell that remaining interest. Mena has entered into a consulting agreement to provide necessary support for Lalo to operate effectively in Nicaragua.

This agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, and the shares issuable under this agreement may be subject to escrow requirements under applicable securities regulations. Mining concessions in Nicaragua are subject to a schedule of surface land payment fees which increase per hectare held each year over the first ten years. To date, Lalo has expended US$48,000 in land payment fees for the initial 10 concessions.

Lalo has retained Coast Mountain Geological Ltd. of Vancouver to review the projects and plan and conduct a Phase 1 exploration work program.

Private Placement

Lalo also announces a non-brokered private placement for up to three million units at $0.25, consisting of one common share and one-half warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share of Lalo at $0.40 for a period of 18 months. If the share price of Lalo trades above $0.80 for 20 straight days, Lalo has the option to force the exercise of the warrants. The private placement will be subject to a four month hold from the date of closing. The proceeds will be used for exploration on both the Nicaragua and Mexico portfolio of properties with the balance going to working capital.

Corporate Matters

In other matters, the Company reports that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has granted 40,000 incentive stock options to certain consultants of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.35 per share and expire on September 2, 2010.

Lalo Ventures intends to build shareholder value by acquiring, exploring, and developing high-quality gold and Iron Oxide Copper-Gold ("IOCG") prospects in Baja California, Mexico and in Nicaragua. The Company has assembled an impressive portfolio of properties covering over 220,000 hectares of strategically located, highly prospective and under-explored ground in Baja. (TSX VENTURE:LAL - News) reports that the second and final tranche of the non-brokered private placement previously announced on September 6, 2005, and partially closed on November 8, 2005 has now fully closed. VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 2005--

Cardero Resource Corp. (the " Company" or " Cardero" ) (TSXVENTURE:CDU)(AMEX:CDY)(FWB:CR5) is pleased to announce that the initial program of diamond drilling has established the presence of a large IOCG system at the pre-eminent San Fernando target on its Baja IOCG JV Project, Baja California State, Mexico.

To date, a total of ten holes have been completed. Of these, three boreholes have partially tested the hanging wall of the Eastern Anomaly, three have been collared within the hanging wall of the central part of the system and four boreholes have tested the footwall of the Western Anomaly - see press releases of January 12, March 2 and July 5, 2005 for information with respect to these anomalies.

All holes have intersected significant, pervasive to very strong (texture destructive) IOCG alteration. The Company is presently awaiting assay results from the first phase of drilling. A comprehensive update on the project will be disseminated once the Company has had the opportunity to review and analyze the assay results. Based upon the detailed logging to date, Cardero has extended the term of the existing drill permit from six months to two years, expanded the permitted drilling program from 5 to 35 holes, and initiated additional detailed geophysical coverage of the project area. In addition, Cardero has recently retained an additional geologist to assist in logging and splitting the core.

The holes completed to date display a very complex alteration assemblage (as is typically seen associated with the largest productive IOCG systems) with earlier sodic, overprinted by later sodic-calcic and potassic (biotitization and K-spar), alteration phases. Sulphides are ubiquitous in all boreholes and the hydrothermal system appears to extend beyond the limits of the present geophysical coverage. The style of the hydrothermal system encountered appears to be most similar to the Candelaria - Punta del Cobre IOCG district in Chile.

District wise, similar styles of magnetite - potassic alteration associated with outcropping IOCG mineralization occur at the Pilates, Picale and El Cuervito targets. The Amargosa target (located 35 kilometres to the south-east of San Fernando) contains higher-level hematite IOCG mineralization within a similarly permeable host unit associated with a large IP anomaly. Cardero anticipates commencing drilling at Amargosa target early in 2006.

" Although the project is still at an early stage, we have successfully screened a 500 kilometre belt and intersected a major IOCG system during the first round of drilling. Anglo American remains an excellent partner and continues to provide world-class technical input."

Under its joint venture agreement with Anglo American de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., the Company has the right to increase its retained interest to 49% by spending not less than US$ 1,400,000 (of which US$500,000 is required to be incurred on or before June 30, 2006) - see press release of July 5, 2005.

Although Cardero is very encouraged by the results to date, it is important to realize that such results are only from preliminary exploration, and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the discovery of a mineral deposit or resource within the district.

The initial work program at San Fernando was designed by Anglo American. Cardero is employing consulting geologist, Gary D. Belik, P. Geo., to supervise all aspects of the work, including the quality control/quality assurance and data verification program. On-site personnel at the project photograph the core from each individual borehole prior to preparing the split core, which is then security sealed and collected by ALS Chemex Mexico for assay. ALS Chemex`s quality system complies with the requirements for the International Standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 17025: 1999. Analytical accuracy and precision are monitored by the analysis of reagent blanks, reference material and replicate samples. Quality control is further assured by the use of international and in-house standards. Finally, representative blind duplicate samples will be forwarded to ALS Chemex and an ISO compliant third party laboratory for additional quality control.

EurGeol Mark D. Cruise, Cardero`s Vice President-Exploration, a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, has supervised the preparation of the scientific and technical information that forms the basis for this news release.

Es gibt eine mittlerweile auch in London gelistete Aktie namens Asia Energy, sie ist aktuell unser größtes Investment. Lange Zeit war das Papier praktisch unbewegt und dann ist es im September plötzlich von 70 Pence auf etwa vier Pfund gesprungen.

>Was macht das Unternehmen interessant?

Dabei handelt es sich um ein sehr großes Kohlevorkommen in Bangladesch, das hier von London aus von einem australischen Team gemanaged wird. Wir haben sie auf Private-Equity-Ebene unterstützt bei etwa 15 Pence je Aktie und halten nun etwa 20 Prozent des Unternehmens. Das Vorkommen dürfte sich auf bis zu einer Milliarde Tonnen Kohle belaufen, 400 Millionen davon gelten inzwischen als gesichert.

>Das führt zu welchem Kurspotential?

Eine Milliarde Tonnen Kohle in Asien haben etwa einen Marktwert von 75 Milliarden Dollar. Bei Produktionskosten von etwa zwölf Dollar je Tonne bietet das ein riesiges Ertragspotential. Wir wußten davon und haben die Aktie bei etwa 50 Kronen gekauft. Danach ging sie zwar zunächst noch einmal nach unten, ist dann aber schließlich bis auf über 600 Kronen gestiegen. Auch hier haben wir mittlerweile wieder verkauft.

>Wo wurde und wird der materielle Wert eines Unternehmens noch unterschätzt?

Wir halten nach anfänglichen 45,4 noch 30 Prozent an Falkland Oil and Gas Ltd. Wir haben mit demnächst hoffentlich bald 100.000 Quadratkilometern die größte „ausbeutbare” Fläche aller privaten Ölunternehmen weltweit. Das entspricht etwa der Fläche der gesamten britischen Nordsee. Die Geologie sieht vielversprechend aus. Es gibt zwar noch viel zu tun, aber möglicherweise läßt sich ein größeres Ölvorkommen von einer Milliarde Barrel Öl oder mehr entdecken. Der aktuelle Kurs der Aktie liegt bei 60 Pence, eingestiegen sind wir mit fünf Pence. Sollten wir das Öl finden, die Chance dafür liegt bei etwa 50 Prozent, wird der Kurs der Aktie noch deutlich weiter steigen.

>Wie kommen Sie auf die Idee, gerade in dieser Region Öl zu suchen?

Dahinter stehen dieselben Leute wie bei Hardman Resources, die Öl in Mauretanien, Französisch Guyana, Uganda, Gabun, Neuseeland, Australien und eben auch bei den Falklands suchen.

>Der Fonds scheint sich vor allem auf die Rohstoffseite zu konzentrieren?

Nicht exklusiv, aber in der Tendenz schon. Wir werden die Aktien von Falkland Oil and Gas und Asia Energy übrigens weiter halten.

>Wer sind ihre Kunden?

Das sind vor allem so genannten Family Offices und weniger institutionelle Anleger. Denn in diesem Fonds können und wollen wir keine Garantien für vorübergehende Kursverluste bieten. Die Werte sind zwar grundsätzlich immer da, aber es kann Perioden gehen, in welchen die Liquidität der entsprechenden Aktien sehr dünn ist. Unsere Anleger müssen einen längerfristigen Anlagehorizont haben. Er ist nicht dazu geeignet, kurz hineinzuspringen und dann wieder hinaus. Man muß dann verkaufen können, wenn der Zeitpunkt ideal ist.

>Kann ich als Privatanleger in diesem Fonds investieren oder sollte ich besser die Aktie von RAB Capital kaufen?

Wir wollen grundsätzlich niemanden ausschließen. Aber es gibt gewisse Regeln, an die wir uns halten müssen. Die Caymand Islands, dort ist unser Fonds angesiedelt, schreiben einen Mindestbetrag von 100.000 Dollar vor. Für deutsche Anleger ist der Kauf solcher Fonds aus Steuergründen ziemlich nachteilhaft. So bietet sich die Aktie von RAB Capital an. Mit ihr erhält man zumindest eine gewisse Beteiligung am Erfolg der verschiedenen Fonds und der Mittel, die wir verwalten. Der Vorteil :es gibt keine Mindestanlagesumme und man kann jederzeit verkaufen.

>Ist die Hedge-Fonds-Arena in ihren Augen nicht „überbevölkert” mittlerweile?

In manchen Bereich mit geringen Renditen schon. In unserem Bereich weniger, denn die Anleger sind bereit, für hohe Renditen auch hohe Gebühren zu zahlen.

>Wie beurteilen Sie weitere Entwicklung im Rohstoffbereich generell?

Es kommen zwei Effekte zusammen. Erstens hatten wir 20 schlechte Jahre in diesem Bereich, in welchen die Unternehmen wenig investierten. Das Angebot schrumpfte tendenziell, die Preise fielen. Nun führt der Industrialisierungsprozeß in Asien gleichzeitig zu einer starken Nachfrage. Wenn Amerika oder Europa stark wachsen, dann vor allem im Technologie- oder Rohstoffbereich. In Asien dagegen muß erst einmal die Infrastruktur aufgebaut werden. Das heißt tausende von Kilometern Autobahn et cetera.

Das sie damit Erfolg haben beweist die Performance des Fonds und natürlich die Investments, die sie dafür getätigt haben. Er nennt ja einige Beispiele.

Lalo paßt daher in die Strategie von RAB. Lalo hat in etwa 240,000 Hektar (!) auf Baja California. Schaut man noch auf die letzten Nachrichten von Cardero bezüglich ihrer Arbeit auf Baja, wird einem das dortige Potential bewußt. Daher paßt auch die Beschreibung "signifikant unterbewertet" auf Lalo zu.

3. Carderos Bohrergebnisse sind Mist. beide Papiere gehen in den Keller. Cardero wird sich wegen des Sandes wieder erholen. Lalo geht Pleite.

Lalo hat erst vor Kurzem ein Financing abgeschlossen und ich denke dass man hier auch vor hat zu deutlich höheren Kursen noch etwas zu machen, sodass kurzfristig keinerlei finanzielle Probleme anstehen sollten

Die Frage ist sicherlich ob Sussman es hinbekommt z.B. die Company im Zuge eines CDU-Erfolgs teuer zu verkaufen oder die ganze Sache nur ein kurzfristiger Hype werden soll ( dagegen sprechen m.E. nach einige Dinge, seit ich ihn ein winzig klein wenig kenne - aber mit sicherheit kann ich dir das auch nicht sagen)

Doch im großen und ganzen macht die Lal Pos. wie auch AOT bei mir eine "kleine" Summe aus!

Zu deiner Frage warum ich nicht ALLES in CDU investiere?
hm... ehrlich gesagt hatte ich zu Beginn der Storry recht guten Kontakt mit einigen sehr freundlichen Leuten aus dem CDU-Umfeld (wird unvergesslich bleiben mein Besuch bei Henk in seinem Büro in Vancouver ), welcher leider derzeit "eingeschlafen" ist.

Für meine Analyse von Firmen ist jedoch ein enger Kontakt zu den "Menschen" die hinter der Company stehen sehr wichtig!

Ein Erfolg auf der Baja, Sand ... würde mich für die Leute bei Cardero sehr freuen - denn es sind wirklich feine Menschen und ihr ´Herz´ schlägt in der richtigen Tonart

The western side of the concession is underlain by a thin cover of sedimentary rocks of uppermost Cretaceous age. It is probable that the San Fernando intrusions extend westward beneath this younger cover.

La Maya II concession covers a 30,000 hectare area 70 km southwest of the port of Ensenada. The concession is underlain by Cretaceous intrusions which exhibit the same style of alteration as that observed at San Fernando. The alteration zone covered by the concession is extensive and lies 5-10 km from tidewater.

unabhängig davon, ob Lalo den Trittbrett-Effekt nutzt oder selbst aktiv werden will: Sie sitzen auf Land, von dem niemand weiß, ob sich darunter auch nur ansatzweise etwas wirtschaftliches verbirgt.
Und im Falle des Cardero-Erfolges werden die großen Adressen eher Cardero als Lalo kaufen. Die Mitläufer-Spekulation wird nur begrenzt aufgehen.
Mit einem Investment in Lalo würde ich mein Risiko steigern, und meine Chnacen verringern.
Risikosteigerung, weil im Mißerfolgsfall von Cardero auf der Baja von Lalo nichts mehr übrigbleibt.
Chancenverringerung, weil beim Erfolg in erster Linie Cardero gekauft wird. Lalo bekommt da höchstens rein spekulatives Interesse entgegengebracht.
Denn letztendlich ist es doch so: nur weil die Gebiete an erfolgreiche andere angrenzen, muß der eigene Erfolg trotzdem erstmal handfest nachgewiesen werden.
Im Cardero-Erfolgsfall wirst Du mit Lalo die schlechtere Performance haben.
Warum denn auf das riskantere Modell setzen?
Was ich nicht ausschließen möchte:
Lalo eignet sich möglicherweise als Übernahmeobjekt nach dem (erwarteten) Cardero-Erfolg. Aber auch da könnte man vergeblich warten.

Also über die Zukunft würde ich eher den Mund halten. Die Chancen standen mal viel beschissener, und zwar vor den Drillings. Damals musste erst IOCG Alteration und vor allem Kupfer im Boden nachgewiesen werden. Das ist heute geschehen. Der Motherload wurde nicht gefunden und wird vielleicht niemals gefunden, aber das weiss heute noch keiner. Olympic Dam mit seinen 2 Milliarden Tonnen ist auch nicht gerade klein und wurde erst 6 Monate nach den ersten Drillings dort entdeckt. Man kann nicht runterschauen und das macht Exploration zu einem high risk business."

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - April 6, 2006) - Sunrise Minerals (TSX VENTURE:SUN - News) is pleased to report that the Phase I work program on both La Maya II and El Mesquite projects in Baja Mexico is well underway. Both of these projects are Iron Oxide Copper Gold ("IOCG") targets and are underlain by the same prospective bedrock assemblage as the Main Alisitos project currently being developed by Anglo American and Cardero Resources.


The work program initiated at La Maya II property located 70 km south of Ensenada. The program comprises regional detailed geochemical sampling of watercourses to expand upon previous work carried out by the Mexican government's Consejo de Recursos Mineros (COREMIN). This particular program is designed to focus specifically on the detection of anomalous levels of pathfinder elements for IOCG deposits, a broadly defined mineral deposit type that includes the giant Candelaria deposit in Chile.

The sampling at La Maya II will be augmented by sampling of known mineral occurrences within the concession boundaries, prospecting, geological mapping and where appropriate, by geophysical work to better define any anomalous areas identified by the initial sampling. A similar program is planned for El Mesquite located directly to the northwest of Cardero and Anglo's Main Alisitos project.

Additionally, once Phase I is complete, Sunrise intends to complete a 43-101 technical report based on the results obtained from the program.

offenbar werden nicht alle Nachrichten die Sunrise veröffentlicht auf Aktienseiten wie yahoo finance oder stockhouse übernommen. Auf der Website des Unternehmens www.sunriseminerals.com sind dagegen alle Ad Hocs vollständig zu lesen. Nach der 1,3 Mio Finanzierung wurde der neue VP of Eploration vorgestellt und der Tod des ehemaligen Präsidenten bekannt gegeben. Die Meldung zu den ersten Bohergebnissen steht noch aus.

die Aktie hätte einen nachhaltigen Anstieg verdient. Schon kleinere Bohrerfolge sollten dazu beitragen die geringe Bewertung zu verändern. Noch optimistischer für die mittelfristige Kursentwicklung als die einsetztenden Empfehlungen deutscher Börsenbriefe machen mich die Aktienkäufe des Managements. Die Aktienanzahl fully diluted liegt bei ca. 30 Mio. Aktuelle Mcap in Euro demnach erst 9 Mio.

Dann erkläre mir doch nochmal bitte warum du diesen Thread, der mit falschen und irreführenden Informationen aus grauer Vorzeit beginnt, wieder zum Leben erwecken musst. Da wird monatelang von Lalo Ventures gesprochen und Projekten die überhaupt nicht mehr existent sind. Gnade den Anlegern die sich versuchen über diesen Thread über Sunrise Minerals zu informieren. ERGEBNISSE DES PHASE I ARBEITSPROGRAMMS

Vancouver, British Columbia, 12. September 2006 - Sunrise Minerals Ltd. (Nachrichten) [FWB: LL1, TSXV: SUN] ist erfreut über die endgültigen Ergebnisse des Phase I Arbeitsprogramms auf dem La Maya II und El Mesquite Projekten in Baja, Mexiko berichten zu können. Beide Projekte sind sog. IOCG (Eisenoxid, Kupfer und Gold) Lagerstätten und bestehen aus den selben Felsgestein-Formationen wie das Alisito Hauptprojekt, das momentan von Cardero Resources entwickelt wird.

Das Arbeitsprogramm identifizierte Oberflächenbereiche mit höchst ungewöhnlichen Gold und Kupfer Gehalten. Diese ersten Ergebnisse bestätigen die Vermutung von Sunrise, dass diese Projekte wahrscheinlich IOCG Mineralisierungen enthalten.

Zwei besondere Bereiche auf dem La Maya II Projekt ergaben Gehalte von 1% Kupfer. Außerdem ergab ein zusätzlicher Bereich 0,5 g/t Gold. Das El Mesquite Projekt ergab ungewöhnliche Gehalte zwischen 0,8% und 1% Kupfer in Felsgesteinproben.

Der nächste Arbeitsschritt auf diesen Projekten wird sein, diese hocherfreulichen Ergebnisse durch weitere Proben zu testen und die Ausdehnung und Kontinuität dieser Proben festzustellen. Zusätzlich wird eine sog. Airborne Magnetic Survey (luftgestützte magnetische Untersuchung) über dem Gelände geflogen mit dem Ziel zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Bohrziele zu definieren.

Sunrise Minerals entwickelt qualitativ hochwertige Gold, Silber und Kupfer Lagerstätten in Baja California, Mexiko. Die Gesellschaft verfügt über ein ausgeprägtes Portfolio von 315.000 Hektar an strategisch gelegenen Grundstücken. Die Grundstücke in Baja California sind strategisch gut gelegen, besitzen großes Potential und sind zum Teil wenig exploriert. Die Projekte umfassen zwei mesothermale Gold/Silber Lagerstätten und vier Kupfer/Gold Lagerstätten.
