SunnComm Generates Record Revenue by Including MediaMax on More Than 2 Million CDs for April; At this rate, Q2/05 will generate the largest amount of revenue to date for the SunnComm and MediaMax Technology organizations

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2005--SunnComm International (OTC: SCMI), the most universally accepted and best selling enhancement and content protection technology for CDs in the U.S., is pleased to announce that is has generated more revenue during the month of April than any month in its five year history.

The 2 million+ CDs are based on April billings and do not include current outstanding MediaMax orders in addition to several CD titles already authored and delivered to manufacturing facilities, which will be billed in May and June. For this reason, the second quarter revenues are projected to eclipse any previous quarter in the company`s history.

MediaMax Technology Corporation (OTCBB: MMXT) has the exclusive marketing agreement with SunnComm International to sell MediaMax - America`s best selling audio CD content protection and enhancement technology. Both companies earn royalties for every disc manufactured containing SunnComm`s proprietary copy protection and enhancement software.

"We should be able to carry this revenue momentum right through the summer and continue into the fall and early winter - the busiest season for the record labels," noted Scott Stoegbauer, MediaMax Technology`s VP of Sales & Marketing. "Overall sales have begun trending sharply upwards as a direct result of the previously announced rollout plans of our largest record label customers. These units do not include the CD releases of some very well known artists that have begun today (May 10th)." According to SunnComm`s President, Peter Jacobs, "Not included in our 2,000,000+ monthly figure is the substantial residual revenue associated with every commercial release from these major artists due to manufacturing reorders of CDs as these popular albums go gold and then quickly become platinum-selling albums. MediaMax technology is recognized by record companies and a growing number of consumers as the `gold standard` in CD content protection and enhancement technology! What`s coming up? Expect more embedded "killer" applications incorporated on the audio CD coupled with our planned rollout to Europe and Asia expected to begin this summer."

SunnComm Announces Its First Quarterly Shareholder Status Call Scheduled for Wednesday, June 8th 2005

PHOENIX, May 17, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SunnComm International (OTC: SCMI), creator of MediaMax(TM), America`s best selling enhancement and content protection technology for CDs, is pleased to announce that it will begin conducting quarterly telephone conference calls on behalf of its more than 4,000 shareholders.

The corporate status calls are designed to keep shareholders informed of events and issues surrounding the upcoming planned merger between SunnComm and MediaMax Technology Corp., the rapidly accelerating rollout of the Company`s core product -- MediaMax, iPod(TM) integration status, and other corporate matters as they arise. The current plan is to schedule the conference calls every quarter except during quarters in which shareholder meetings occur. The Company will provide their shareholders with at least two weeks notice of upcoming status calls since their actual dates will vary from quarter to quarter. The format of the calls will include an informational segment presented by Peter Jacobs, President of SunnComm and other corporate officers, if necessary, followed by a question and answer segment. Details regarding phone and online access to these calls will be made available prior to the date of the call.

The status calls will also address relevant issues related to SunnComm`s exclusive marketing partner, MediaMax Technology Corporation (OTCBB: MMXT). Both companies earn royalties for audio CDs manufactured that contain SunnComm`s proprietary copy protection and enhancement software.

"Creating better transparency between Company activity and our shareholders is the primary goal for these quarterly conferences," confirmed SunnComm`s President, Peter Jacobs. "MediaMax is coming into its own this year and, as recently reported, new sales of CDs with MediaMax have begun to trend sharply upwards along with an associated increase in residual revenue resulting from the reorder process. MediaMax is preferred by more record labels and artists than any other technology in its market space. It should be a very exciting year for SunnComm!"

SunnComm Announces Commercial Use of Track-Level Protection, On-the-Fly Technology and SecureBurn in Recent Select Audio CD Releases

PHOENIX, June 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- SunnComm International (Pink Sheets:SCMI), creator of MediaMax(TM), America`s best-selling enhancement and content protection technology for audio compact discs (CDs), is pleased to announce that it has received production approval from several of its largest record label clients to include MediaMax (V.5) on its copy protected CDs. This unique full-featured version of content protection has been extensively tested on both pre-release and commercial albums. SunnComm`s president, Peter Jacobs stated, "Our latest version of MediaMax is the best CD copy management technology available today and the fact that we`re North America`s leading supplier of CD copy protection proves it."

MediaMax is the first content protection and enhancement product to include SecureBurn(TM) -- a feature which restricts the consumer`s ability to make "a copy of a copy." In addition, SunnComm`s newest technology incorporates Track-Level Protection(TM) which enables consumers to mix content protected tracks with unprotected tracks, such as music in MP3 format, on the same CD.

SunnComm is also the first company to deliver CDs utilizing its proprietary On-the-Fly Technology(TM), which allows the original uncompressed music on a CD to be encoded with the required DRM security information and delivered "on-the-fly." This provides an enormous amount of flexibility when implemented in real-world situations where CD storage space, time and internet bandwidth are all at a premium. It also eliminates the possibility that duplicate royalties may be due for songs on the audio portion of the CD as well as for the second, duplicated copy-protected version of the same songs which, until now, were required to be incorporated on the same CD.

"SunnComm has included this newest version of MediaMax on 22 releases to date, beginning with Peter Cetera`s "You Just Gotta Love Christmas" this past holiday season. Twelve of those were commercial releases," affirmed Jacobs. "We have also recently delivered several international versions of MediaMax to key record label clients that can be quickly and efficiently be translated and localized to major international markets. This substantial breakthrough lays the foundation to expedite the planned worldwide acceptance and roll out of MediaMax."

In other news, SunnComm`s exclusive marketing partner, MediaMax Technology Corporation (OTCBB:MMXT) has previously announced merger plans between SunnComm International and MediaMax Technology Corp. The definitive merger agreement between the two companies is nearing completion and the company estimates that all due diligence will be completed on or before June 7th, 2005.

      Hi laling,

"SunnComm International to Host First Conference Call and Webcast Wednesday, June 8th"

MediaMax Experiences Largest Quarterly Production in its History
MediaMax Technology Reports its Largest Production Volume to Date for Each of the Three Months of Q2/05
PHOENIX, July 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- MediaMax Technology Corp. (OTCBB:MMXT) seller of MediaMax(tm), America`s most accepted and best selling content protection and enhancement technology for audio CDs, is pleased to announce that, as expected, the second quarter of 2005 has developed into its largest production and revenue-producing quarter ever.

"This should come as no surprise to those who watch our company closely," remarked Scott Stoegbauer, vice president of sales and marketing at MediaMax Technology. "This past quarter has seen MediaMax CDs debut in number 1, number 2 and number 3 positions on Billboard`s Top 200 album charts, which have gone on to become Gold-selling and Platinum-selling albums, all in the same quarter! In just the last three months, MediaMax has consistently been the first choice for well-known and respected musical groups ranging from The Dave Matthews` Band to The Foo Fighters to The Back Street Boys, and many more. This is truly an unprecedented set of accomplishments in our industry and demonstrates that major record labels, publishers, artists, and composers recognize the painstaking care taken by our Company to deliver a memorable and positive experience to consumers while, at the same time, protecting their digital assets."

"As we approach our 20 millionth MediaMax CD in North America, our success is undeniable," asserts Peter Jacobs, president of SunnComm International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SCMI), maker of MediaMax. "MediaMax is being used to enhance and protect some of the world`s largest selling record artists. Every time our technology is pressed onto a music CD, the company is paid a royalty. MediaMax has earned the Company more royalties from CD sales in Q2/05 than in any previous time in the Company`s history. We have worked tirelessly to deliver a unified technology capable of protecting audio CDs as well as music purchased over the Internet and through music kiosks."

MediaMax has been proven to drastically reduce casual copying while delivering a robust set of consumer-pleasing features. The Company`s record label customers often acknowledge that the use of MediaMax on current album releases minimizes the sales drop-off in the first critical weeks of a new CDs release.

Gold, Platinum and Double-Platinum Selling Albums from Dave Matthews Band, Foo Fighters, Backstreet Boys and Velvet Revolver all Include MediaMax Content Protection and Enhancement Technology

PHOENIX, Aug. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- MediaMax Technology Corporation (OTCBB:MMXT) proudly announces that its copy protection and enhancement technology called MediaMax(tm) has been included on many of the world`s best-selling commercial CDs. Just this week, the Company has added Babyface`s latest release "Grown & Sexy" to its constantly growing list of smash-hit album releases that utilize MediaMax to reduce unauthorized copying of an artist`s music. MediaMax Technology Corp. earns royalties for every disc manufactured that includes its proprietary copy management and enhancement software.

Debuting this week in the Top-Ten, Babyface joins six other Platinum and soon-to-be Platinum-selling CDs that are all currently on Billboard`s Top 200 Album Chart! The other top selling albums, all containing MediaMax, include "In Your Honor" from The Foo Fighters and " Never Gone" from The Backstreet Boys, which debuted at #2 and #3 on the charts, respectively. Both releases have already become Platinum-selling CDs. The fourth top album with MediaMax is the Dave Matthews Band release, "Stand Up" which debuted in the #1 spot and is fast approaching Double-Platinum status. The seven top MediaMax`d albums are rounded out with Keith Anderson`s "Three Chord Country And American Rock & Roll" and Raheem DeVaughn`s debut album, "The Love Experience."

"Every week more and more of these music CDs are shipping with SunnComm`s newest features including On-the-Fly Technology(tm) and Secure Burn(tm)," points out Bill Whitmore, MediaMax`s president. "As the dominating CD copy protection and enhancement technology used in the United States, we intend to maintain that lead over our competitors by continuing to provide consumers with an ever-improving mechanism to play, move and share their music in a way that is more responsible -- no matter whether that music is found on CD, an Internet music site or vended through a kiosk. Our continual focus on technology enhancement is designed to create a kinder and gentler way for record labels, publishers, artists and composers to protect their copyrights while delivering an unparalleled user experience respectful of the CD buyers` rights. By including more and more valuable features on our enhanced audio CDs, it is only a matter of time before a typical CD buyer will be searching out the MediaMax name or service mark on CDs they consider purchasing."

Most recently, MediaMax was featured nationally on The Howard Stern radio show, where Howard described to his coast-to-coast audience some of the great features found on the newest version of MediaMax. The Howard Stern show is listened to by more people than any other radio show in the US. Howard talked about America`s most accepted copy management and enhancement technology and reflected that " someday all audio CDs will include MediaMax."

MediaMax -- Now the Number 1 Solution for the Music Industry`s Number 1 Cause of Decreasing Sales
Tuesday August 16, 1:45 pm ET
Recording Industry Executives have Recognized that Unauthorized and Uncontrolled CD-Burning is the Music Industry`s Biggest Piracy Problem

PHOENIX, Aug. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- MediaMax Technology Corporation (OTC BB:MMXT.OB - News), seller of MediaMax(tm), America`s most accepted and best selling content protection and enhancement technology for audio CDs, announced today that major recording industry leaders are now confirming that uncontrolled CD burning of record labels` copyrighted materials has been the leading contributor to the declining sales of newly released CDs and associated profits.
According to Mitch Bainwol, chief executive for the Recording Industry Association of America speaking at the NARM Insights and Sounds.05 event in San Diego (http://www.narm.com), ``Burned CDs accounted for 29 percent of all recorded music obtained by fans in 2004, compared to 16 percent attributed to downloads from online file sharing networks. CD burning is a problem that is really undermining sales. (Copy protection technology) is an answer to the problem that clearly the marketplace is going to see more of.`` According to the story written by Associated Press writer, Alex Veiga, the data to which Mr. Bainwol is referring was compiled by the NPD Group (http://www.npd.com) and went on to suggest that about half of all sales obtained by music fans in 2004 were the result of authorized CD sales and about 4 percent from paid music downloads. (http://www.signonsandiego.com/news).

Several national news articles published within the past week report that the platinum-selling Dave Mathews Band release `Stand Up` and the gold-selling CD `In Your Honor` from the Foo Fighters have been selling well in spite of the presence of copy protection. The articles clearly indicate that there is an industry-wide need for copy protection technology like SunnComm`s MediaMax and that the average consumers are accepting the alternative authorized methodologies. MediaMax has been well received in the marketplace because consumers are provided with the ability to move the music to their PC or Mac`s, portable music players, and in addition, are afforded the ability to make a limited number of uncopyable backup CDs in an authorized and controlled way. Premium content on the MediaMax CD such as artist- and label-approved bonus content provides additional purchase incentives and entertainment value to the consumer that are specifically designed to improve the overall consumer experience and retail sales.

SunnComm president, Peter H. Jacobs, points out, ``As early as 2002, SunnComm recognized the significant damage that uncontrolled CD Burning was causing the music industry and saw it as a valuable business opportunity!: `SunnComm Unveils MediaMax CD-3(tm) Technologies that Limit Unlicensed Music File-Copying While Expanding a Consumer`s CD Experience` (http://www.sunncomm.com/press/pressrelease.asp?prid=20021015… We felt back then that so-called `casual` copying and not illicit peer-to-peer file sharing was (and continues to be) the recording and music industry`s biggest problem. The evolved design philosophy of MediaMax Technology and customer service was born out of that undeniable reality perspective we knew existed back in 2002.``

Jacobs continued, ``The many certified platinum and gold CD releases MediaMax Technology has enjoyed to date reinforces our belief that MediaMax copy protection and enhancement products are perfectly positioned to help the labels and RIAA stem this No. 1 cause of consumer piracy while making a significant contribution toward increasing retail CD sales and the entire music industry`s bottom line! Our agenda and company resources are focused on protecting music, no matter whether it`s delivered via CD, Internet, wireless, or kiosk. SunnComm`s unprecedented achievements to date and future growth stemming from our current successful products and new product development are crystal clear signs of increasing revenues and shareholder value!``

KOCH Records Picks SunnComm as Its CD Protection/Content Management Vendor
NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- KOCH Records announced today that it has selected SunnComm International (Pink Sheets:SCMI), creator of MediaMax(tm), as their supplier of audio CD content protection and enhancement technology products. After reviewing all the viable technology vendors in this market segment, KOCH Records has chosen the MediaMax (OTCBB:MMXT) products from SunnComm to protect their content.

Bob Frank, President of KOCH Records, stated, "CD piracy due to casual copying is an issue that the music industry can`t ignore." SoundScan CD sales reports indicate that a normal sales "drop-off" for unprotected releases of major and developing artists during Week 2 and Week 3 of a release typically range between 50% and 60% compared to first week sales. A significant component of this weekly sales decline is caused by "casual" copying. When consumers copy new unprotected CD releases for their friends who, in turn, make unprotected copies for other friends, it creates a continual cycle of unauthorized distribution of the content. Casual piracy has the potential to grow exponentially and cause a significant number of unauthorized copies to be distributed illegally into the marketplace, thereby negatively impacting the sales cycle for the label, publisher, artists, retailers and music distributors.

Mr. Frank went on to say, "It is our opinion that copy protection with a secure burn feature is an answer to the casual copying problem. Secure burn technology provides limits on the number of legal copies the music fan can make, which will be used to increase our sales results. We believe that SunnComm`s MediaMax technology with Secure Burn(tm) has been very well received in the marketplace and will be welcomed by our music customers, our shareholders and of course our music retailers as a solution they can embrace. We recognize the undeniable success that MediaMax protected CDs have had with some of the industry`s largest releases from major label artists. KOCH Records is making its move now to protect our content as well."

KOCH Records, the largest independent record label, has chosen MediaMax after a comprehensive review of commercial audio CD copy protection and security products. Often referred to as the fifth major label within the global record industry, KOCH Records had more of Billboard`s charting albums in 2001-2004 than any other independent record company. In August 2004, KOCH Records chose to include SunnComm`s MediaMax technology on the most recent album from Boyz II Men named "Throwback." KOCH will utilize the technology on upcoming releases from BG, D-Block, Black Ice and M1.

Mr. Frank points out: The RIAA has placed its focus and attention on unauthorized CD burning over the last few weeks with input from many key players in the music industry. The group is committed to seeing methodologies adopted in the marketplace that will help eliminate this form of piracy. Industry experts were quoted last week as saying, "Copying music to CDs is becoming a bigger threat to record stores` and music labels` bottom line than online file-sharing." A report compiled by the NPD Group found that "Burned" CDs accounted for 29 percent of all recorded music obtained by fans in 2004, compared to 16 percent attributed to illegal digital downloads from unauthorized online file-sharing networks. The report went on to suggest that about half of all recordings obtained by music fans in 2004 were due to authorized CD sales and about 4 percent from paid music downloading services.

Bill Whitmore, president of MediaMax Technologies, said, "Our company exclusively represents the SunnComm MediaMax technology throughout the world. The most important message we convey is that the products were developed to protect digital content while keeping the consumer experience in mind and achieving a mutually beneficial balance in a controlled environment. Music buyers can opt to have legal and licensed access to their favorite music while storing it in a secure manner. This allows the customer to listen to music, copy tracks to their computer, move content to a compatible portable player, share a music mail copy of a song with a friend by e-mail and even make a limited number of Secure Burn CDs for personal use. These features and MediaMax`s flexible functionality are designed to offer the consumer an empowering alternative to violating the copyrights of their favorite artists while enjoying many additional `bonus` features."

Artie Ripp, industry consultant for MediaMax Technology Corporation (OTCBB:MMXT), has been involved in all aspects of the development of this strategic partnership with KOCH Records. Mr. Ripp mentioned, "SunnComm`s MediaMax products have turned out to be the very best CD Copy Protection and Content Management product available in the market to date. This solution is acceptable to music fans and has enabled artists and record labels the very best method available to help fight casual piracy and unauthorized CD Burning."

Bob Frank concluded, "It is important to acknowledge leadership with any new initiative that significantly impacts the marketplace. We would like to applaud Michael Smellie and Thomas Hesse from Sony BMG for their efforts to take action at the forefront of the copy protection battle. They had the vision and unwavering diligence to take on every legal and political challenge presented by copy protection products in the U.S. market. The technical team at Sony BMG set the highest standard for this initiative and collaboratively worked to bring the right solution to market. The Sony BMG team was not comfortable with a `do nothing` attitude. They helped develop and field test the MediaMax product so other companies like KOCH Records could positively move forward and productively join them in the effort to respect the copy rights of the artists."

Toronto-based Linus was founded in 2001 by former Virgin Canada head of A&R Geoff Kulawick. In the past five years the label has established itself as one of the top Canadian independent labels, releasing albums from a wide variety of Canadian artists including Gordon Lightfoot, Ron Sexsmith, Canadian Brass, and Tuuli, in addition to acquiring the catalogs of Ashley MacIsaac, Quartetto Gelato and breaking artists in Canada such as Sophie Milman, Not By Choice, and Shocore.

Enhancements to SunnComm`s Technology Provide Excellent Opportunity for Rapid International Growth
A single MediaMax audio CD master can now be pressed in just one plant and distributed to countries in 12 different languages

PHOENIX, Sept. 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- MediaMax Technology Corp. (OTCBB:MMXT), seller of MediaMax(TM) enhancement and content protection technology, is proud to announce another technologic breakthrough. The software engineering team at SunnComm International (Pink Sheets:SCMI) has developed and fully-implemented localization routines that allow a single MediaMax CD to support multiple languages.

"The immediate benefit to our record label customers is that they can produce and release a single CD into various parts of the world while supporting multiple languages spoken in targeted countries," according to Scott Stoegbauer, VP sales and marketing for MediaMax Technology. "Previously, the estimated cost for localized development of the MediaMax interface, in 12 languages, was conservatively well over $100,000. Further, our strategic partners would have needed to produce separate CDs in support of many different languages, some of which would have produced little or no return on their investment." Stoegbauer continued, "This is a win-win situation. The record labels can now spread their production costs for a single CD across production for many different countries and SunnComm and MediaMax directly benefit due to the ease of implementing a myriad of languages. This new and unique CD technology was designed, developed and delivered under-budget and ahead of schedule."

SunnComm`s new "Internationalization Process" is available today and supports every element of the MediaMax interface including menus, command windows, pop-up messages, prompts and every other textual component that supports the end user experience. The new technology has been demonstrated and shared with the Company`s closest strategic record labels partners and the reception has been outstanding. There have already been several refinements based on record label feedback including the creation of a virtual language database that automatically stores a library of available languages as new international MediaMax CDs are played. The entire library is then made available to other international MediaMax CDs that may not have originally supported a particular language. The ability to "lock in" a selected language thereby making it the default language for subsequent use by a particular CD buyer has been added, as well.

SunnComm`s Chief Technology Officer, Eric Vandewater comments, "We continue to work closely with the largest record labels in the world to ensure that MediaMax maintains its best-of-breed position within the entertainment industry. To that end, we have added several outstanding new software engineers to round out our highly talented research and development workforce. They include Neal Meyer, Shanti Bradford and Edward Heldman who are Senior Software Engineers formally from Intel, Empresa Solutions and Audio Lockbox, respectively. I am elated to welcome our new hires. They share our team`s vision and enthusiasm and will provide us with the means to create the parallel development programs required to maintain our market leadership."

MediaMax Technology on Track to Merge With SunnComm International

MediaMax Technology Corp. (OTC BB: MMXT) Post Effective Amendment No. 4 on September 29, 2005. Once effective, the Company will proceed toward the completion and filing of its S-4 Registration Statement that includes associated audits and an independent fairness opinion. The S-4 filing is the last of many steps required by law before MediaMax Technology and SunnComm International, Inc. (OTC: SCMI) shareholders vote to merge the two companies.

SunnComm`s President, Peter H. Jacobs, explains "The funding associated with our current SB-2, together with current revenue streams will assure that we can continue to grow our MediaMax business aggressively throughout the mandated `quiet period` that will be federally imposed on both companies from the time of its S-4 filing until its effective date. Once the filing is effective, a special shareholders` meeting will be scheduled at the earliest permissible time so shareholders of both companies may have an opportunity to discuss and vote on the merger."

      MORE COMPANY NEWS

SunnComm continues to strengthen its technology team through the addition of two more exceptional Senior Software Engineers. Ron Phillips and Jim DiZoglio have both accepted senior development positions within the Company`s research and development group. Mr. Phillips has joined SunnComm after a successful career as a software and firmware engineer with Hewlett-Packard and Compaq Computer Corp. spanning more than 13 years. Mr. DiZoglio previously worked as a senior applications engineer for Arrow Electronics in Phoenix, AZ, and at Macrovision Corporation in Sunnyvale, CA, where he helped pioneer early R&D in the areas of digital rights management and protection methods associated with audio and video applications. While at Macrovision, he was also tasked to assess product strengths and weaknesses and performed code and product due-diligence for corporate acquisitions.

SunnComm`s Chief Technology Officer, Eric Vandewater, extends a warm welcome, "These newest members of the MediaMax team will be working to maintain the Company`s leadership position within the entertainment technology industry. Their vision and knowledge will be instrumental in creating parallel development paths allowing SunnComm to bring its wide range of intellectual property into the marketplace at light-speed."

SunnComm Ups CD Security Another Notch

MediaMax(TM) Adds Another Level Of Security While Remaining Compact Disc Compatible

MediaMax Technology Corp. (OTC BB: MMXT), seller of MediaMax, America`s most accepted and best-selling content protection and enhancement technology for audio CDs, unveiled its next weapon in an arsenal to curb the rampant piracy that has had such a harmful impact on artists, producers, sound engineers, record labels and music stores.

The first of these incremental content protection components was first announced by SunnComm International Inc. (OTC: SCMI) in July 2004. This newest patent-pending passive technology makes it even more difficult to bypass or "hack" the copy protection structure contained on the MediaMax CDs. Other companies have experimented with various forms of "passive protection technology" over the years but the process inevitably led to incompatibility and playability issues that severely impacted consumer acceptance. SunnComm`s most recent passive protection solution continues to be Redbook and Bluebook compliant. In plain English, that means that CDs containing the MediaMax content protection and enhancement technology can continue to carry the "Compact Disc Enhanced CD" compatibility logo: http://www.sunncomm.com/images/cd_plus.jpg

Eric Vandewater, SunnComm`s chief technology officer, explains, "No company has invented a bulletproof copy protection solution that continues to provide 100% playability on all consumer CD and DVD devices. However, this patent-pending component will now make it substantially more difficult for those wishing to make unauthorized copies to improperly copy or share protected music on a MediaMax CD, without compromising playability. This increased level of copy protection security requires no additional hardware or other production facility modifications during the replication process. In the past, with other technologies, required upgrades at the replication facility always represented significant additional expense and training. Without the need to add equipment and modify processes at each replication plant employed by our record company customers, worldwide rollout of the MediaMax product can be lightning quick and economical. I believe there is nothing commercially available today that compares to our current MediaMax offerings. Our fast-reacting, technology team is second to none in our market!"

William H. Whitmore, Jr., president of MediaMax Technology, comments, "SunnComm`s research and development group has remained extremely efficient, thereby maintaining their Company`s leadership position within the entertainment technology industry. Their hard work and commitment assures us that SunnComm will continue to break new ground without losing sight of the CD buyers` wishes to Play, Move and Share(TM) music in an authorized way. MediaMax Technology is committed to working closely with SunnComm to incrementally increase the protection provided by MediaMax without impacting compatibility and playability, reinforcing it as the most widespread and strongest music CD security solution available in the U.S. Nothing is more important to us than creating a product that fosters a user-friendly, enjoyable experience and acceptance by the CD buying audience."
