Bio-Warm Corp. Acquires Majority Interest in Korean Medical Device Company

(www.msmedi.com), a South Korean company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of medical devices, for a combination of cash and stock. The closing of this transaction is expected to be accretive to the Company immediately.
