Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 62.557.774 von keks911 am 02.02.20 14:40:01Ich meine damit Handel in Frankfurt
Der Unternehmenssitz der TUI Group ist in Hannover und Berlin.
Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 62.557.489 von Informierer am 02.02.20 13:45:47TUI geht wieder in den MDax mit Sitz Frankfurt. London bleibt parallel wieder

Brexit transition period
Following the country’s exit from the EU on 31 January, the UK will enter a transition period until 31 December 2020, while the future UK-EU relationship on aviation is determined. During the transition period, EU law will continue to apply and the UK and its aviation sector will continue to participate in the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) system. The UK will continue to be party to the EU Air Services Regulation and mutual recognition provisions established under the EASA Basic Regulation. Existing agreements between the EU and third country agreements, such as agreements relating to air connectivity and aviation safety, will continue to include the UK. As a result, businesses and individuals operating in the UK should see no change to existing conditions during the transition period.

To obtain and keep an EU 27 operating licence and benefit from the intra-EU air traffic rights, air carriers must comply at all times with the conditions under Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 on air services.
The conditions include the need to be majority owned and effectively controlled by EU Member States and/or nationals of EU Member States. If these conditions are no longer fulfilled because of the UK leaving EU, the Operating Licence at issue would no longer be valid.

European Union: Brexit & Aviation: Flying Towards Unknown Destinations
29 January 2020
Ownership, Control & Nationality
Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community (Recast) only permits the granting of an air operator licence to:
Member States and/or nationals of Member States [who] own more than 50 % of the undertaking and effectively control it, whether directly or indirectly through one or more intermediate undertakings, except as provided for in an agreement with a third country to which the Community is a party.
Therefore, UK Nationals will no longer fulfil the above requirement post Brexit.
Furthermore, from an airline nationality point of view, airlines that are currently in the ownership of UK nationals will no longer be considered as EU carriers and will require further authorisation.
