Signature Leisure Announces Entry into the Information Technology Consulting Arena

MAITLAND, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 2005--Signature Leisure, Inc. (OTCBB:SGLS) announced today that the company has entered into the information technology services industry and has begun servicing clients in Central Florida.

Among Signature Leisure`s first clientele is a premier Orlando based correspondent lender. The Company is targeting its initial marketing efforts to mortgage and real estate clients due to the phenomenal growth the industry has been experiencing. The Company believes that because these target industries are encountering such rapid growth that there will be a great demand for these clients to streamline existing systems to promote greater efficiencies and accommodate increasing employee numbers.

Evan Weybright, Vice President of Operations at Signature Leisure stated, "It is my intention for Signature Leisure to build a full service IT, network/server, and computer services firm. We are focused on building a consulting-oriented VAR (Value Added Reseller) and intend to emphasize service and support to differentiate our company from more price-oriented national chains and enterprise focused service firms."

The Company will provide both computer and network software and hardware products and services to make them useful to small businesses. The systems include both PC-based LAN systems and server-based systems. The Company`s services will include design and installation of network systems, training, support, and administration.

Additionally Mr. Weybright stated, "Our choice of target markets is strategic. We recognize that it reflects our strengths and weaknesses. We are not selling to the self-reliant users, because they buy systems as appliances based on features and price. Instead, we are selling to the service-seeking clients whose needs match our strengths."

Weybright further stated, "We don`t want to compete in the low-end or even medium home markets, because we realize that all except the high end home office buyer is going to look at computers as boxed prices and buy based mainly on price. This market belongs to the chain stores and outlets. Regarding the small and medium sized business segment, our target market will include businesses that will appreciate our added value enough to pay reasonably for it, but aren`t big enough to have expertise in-house or budget for enterprise level consultant groups."

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 2002 saw the total industry revenue for computer systems and related services reach over $175 billion.
