      saftladen, Du wirst Recht behalten.

Der Anstieg wird am 03.08. oder 04.08. stattfinden.

      Warum ???

Loop’s IPO To Emphasize That It’s Not Adultshop
By James Quintana Pearce - Thu 26 Apr 2007 07:35 PM PST

I spoke with Loop Mobile CEO Martin Hoffman about the companies plans for an IPO, announced yesterday. I questioned Hoffman on the relatively low amount being sought in the IPO (the company is looking to raise AU$5 million (US$4.17 million) for a market cap of AU$12 million (US$9.92 million)), and he said the early IPO was necessary to separate Loop Mobile from its current owner Adultshop, which bought the company last year. “There was an underestimation of the reputational confusion,” said Hoffman. “Carriers around the world can be conservative.” That was evidenced in the comments to the story yesterday, and although the name “Kink Kommunity” predated Adultshop’s involvement it took on a whole new meaning after the sale… Adultshop will redistribute the shares it owns in Loop Wireless to its own shareholders so it no longer has any relationship with the social network provider.

Loop needs a further injection of funds to expand overseas (its service is currently on Telstra, 3 Australia and 3 UK) which Adultshop wasn’t going to invest, and Hoffman said the planned IPO will raise enough funds to see it at least through this year. Hoffman said that if Loop needs more funds in the future it can “issue more shares later if need be, at a better valuation”. Loop Mobile is in the process of launching on 3 Scandinavia—although the various 3 carriers are largely independent (as opposed to Vodafone, for example) having a good relationship on 3 Australia works as an introduction. There’s also some development of the platform planned...Loop’s service is interconnected between carriers and browser-based, which helps with portability issues.

Loop is also looking at selling its community service to content providers, ones which are already active on the mobile web. For example, Telstra’s AFL site has content based on teams and matches, and includes links that take users to forums to discuss various aspects of the game (Telstra is a carrier, of course, but that’s the general idea). How that is done depends on the deals the content provider already has in place with carriers—data charges can be a real issue if there are no flat-rate plans. Loop is also looking at diversifying its revenue from subscription revenue to ads or content sales.

      Aussies rate sex films
      By Leah Creighton

      May 22, 2007 12:00

AUSTRALIANS are getting more open-minded sexually, with a recent survey finding hardly any respondents were offended by explicit erotic films - believing they help sexual "communication."

The online Censoring Sex survey attracted 1095 participants from across Australia - aged between 18 and 44.

Asked whether they were offended by X18+ rated explicit erotic films, only two per cent said that they were. Almost 100 per cent of male respondents and a staggering 96 per cent of female respondents said that they were not offended.

Survey hosts adultshop.com said the results provided a strong indication that Australian adults were comfortable with sex and watching it in films and many called for the classification of such films to be dropped from X18+ to R18+.

Most respondents said they believed explicit erotic films actually helped improve relationships by enabling couples to communicate what they like and helping to spice up their sex life and more than half of those surveyed said they incorporated erotic films into their bedroom activities.

Interestingly, 52 per cent of females said they watched erotic films to help them get “in the mood” either to have sex with their partner, or alone.

adultshop.com said there was an increase in “quality couples” films released each year, and this was reflected the fact that 80 per cent of participants said they enjoyed watching the films with their partner - even if it was just on rare occasions.

As it is only legal to sell these films in Canberra and the Northern Territory, and illegal in the states of Australia, 28 per cent of respondents from New South Wales and 22 per cent from Queensland
admitted they had purchased an explicit erotic film through an adult retail store where it is illegal to sell them - and 60 per cent had no idea that it was against the law.

Worryingly, only 16 per cent of total respondents said they were offended by films containing violence, but given the choice of buying a classified explicit erotic film, or a film primarily containing violence, 84 per cent of said they’d choose the erotic film.

N.B X18+ rated films contain no violence, sexual violence or sexualised violence, no coercion and no activity of a demeaning nature.

The Top 60 Web 2.0 Applications in Australia Written by Guest Author / May 29, 2007 / 1 comments

Editor's Note: This post was written by Ross Dawson, CEO of Advanced Human Technologies and Chairman of Future Exploration Network. Ross is holding a Web 2.0 event in Sydney, Australia on June 6, which I will be a speaker at. In preparation for the conference, Ross has produced this amazing list of Top Aussie Web Apps. Almost as amazingly, I personally know people from all of the top 9 companies in this list, mainly because they all seem to be in Silicon Valley at the same time as me ;-) Which is to say, hanging out at Web 2.0 conferences and infiltrating Mike Arrington's house. Australians are a resourceful lot! Indeed, note that Ross almost tries to claim a New Zealand company below (Eurekster), but he admitted it was kiwi in the end... well the technology anyway! Remember Split Enz? :-) Kiwi band claimed by Australians as their own. Anyway, I digress. Here is Ross' excellent post -- enjoy!

At Future Exploration Network's Web 2.0 in Australia event on June 6, we are including a showcase of the top five examples of Web 2.0 coming out of this glorious country. Identifying who we wanted to invite to the showcase proved a marvelous opportunity to take a good look at what's out there in the world of Web 2.0. The result is the following list of Australia's Top 60 Web 2.0 applications.

At the Web 2.0 in Australia event we are showcasing five companies (written up in more detail here) - Atlassian, Gnoos, Omnidrive, Scouta, and Tangler. These fascinating and innovative companies have been chosen for our showcase because they are particularly effective in showing the diversity of the field to our senior executive audience, which gave slightly different results to the Top 60 list.

You'll find our Top 60 below. The sites are ranked in approximate order of how prominent they are (or should be), based on four criteria:

      Web 2.0 characteristics
      Coolness/ Innovation
      Maturity
      Commercial success/ number of users
The first comment to make is that coolness and maturity are often inversely correlated. What used to be hot is now ho-hum, while the more innovative applications just out the door haven't had the time to become mature or gain commercial success. That means some extremely cool and promising applications such as Outback Online, Particls, Vquence, or even SmoothBudget (ranked 59) are outside the top tier on the list, not because they aren't very interesting and exciting, but because they are in alpha or beta, and so don't yet score well on the maturity and commercial success factors. Hopefully that will rapidly change. In other words, you can still find some very interesting early stage applications further down on this list, so please don't just look at the top.

ADULTSHOP.com shareholders have given the green light to the spin-off of social networking services provider Loop Mobile Ltd, which plans to list on the Australian stock exchange (ASX) in June.

Loop is an international provider of mobile social networking services for third-generation or 3G networks, and targets the youth and young adult demographic.

Loop said the initial public offering and listing would help fund the company's desire to take its MOKO 1 chat m-site from current markets in the United Kingdom and Australia to North America, Europe and New Zealand.

Adultshop.com bought the business last year and then proposed to separately list the mobile networking group on the exchange.

Shareholders of the sex products group today gave the go ahead to the spin-off at a special meeting in Perth.

Loop is looking to raise $5 million through the sale of 25 million shares at 20 cents each.

The company is headed by the former chief executive of Ninemsn, Martin Hoffman.

AdvertisementAdultshop.com shareholders have given the green light to the spin-off and public listing of Loop Mobile, a provider of mobile phone services for Big Brother.

Adultshop.com bought Loop, which provides social networking services for third generation or 3G mobile networks, last year.

It then proposed to separately list the company on the Australian stock exchange.

Shareholders of the sex products group gave the go ahead to the spin-off at a special meeting in Perth today.

Loop boss Martin Hoffman, a former chief executive of Ninemsn, said the company, which targets the youth and young adult market, would look to build its presence internationally once the listing process is finalised.

"We'll be appointing some new staff in the UK and we'll be transferring some of our people from Perth over to the US, with a focus on growing the business internationally," he told AAP.

"We have a dual-strategy of focusing on carrier partnerships and also on the white-label deal, where we provide a platform to support other brands.

"We're getting some strong interest in those services overseas."

Loop provides white-label social networking and community services for third-party owners, including ChatZone for sporting events on Telstra's NextG network, and a social network service based on the 2007 Big Brother television program.

The company's flagship mobile social network product, MOKO 1, is used across the 3 Mobile Australia and 3 Mobile United Kingdom networks.

Loop is looking to raise $5 million through the sale of 25 million shares at 20 cents each to list on the ASX next month.

The company is backed by Allco Equity Partners Ltd chief executive and former Publishing and Broadcasting boss Peter Yates, who has injected about $1.25 million in the initial public offering.

Loop Mobile to split from AdultShop and raise $5m though IPO

Loop Mobile is planning to demerge from AdultShop and an initial public offering and listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.

      Apology
AdultShop to get Kinky mobile content
It has lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and plans to begin trading on the ASX on Tuesday 26 June. Twenty five million shares will be offered at $0.20 each to raise up to $5 million, about 41 percent of the company, with a minimum subscription of $4 million. AdultShop shareholders will receive between them 21.7 million shares. The offer will open 30 May and close on 8 June 2007.

Peter Yates, CEO of Allco Equity Partners and former CEO of Publishing and Broadcasting has committed to invest $1.25 million in the IPO. If all the shares on offer in the IPO are taken up he will be the largest shareholder with 12 percent and Greg Kennedy (Loop's initial seed investor) will hold 11 percent. The company intends to use the funds raised from the IPO to expand its range of services and to fund the marketing and roll-out of its services.

Loop was established in Perth in 2004 and is now led from Sydney by Martin Hoffman, CEO and managing director. It was acquired by AdultShop in August 2006. Since then AdultShop has funded Loop's development and operations. Loop had revenue of $632,000 in the six months to December 2006, and is forecasting revenue of $915,000 for the six months to June 2007, giving a total of $1.55 million for the 2007 financial year. This represents an increase of 730 percent over the revenue of $212,000 for the 2006 financial year. Most of the company's' revenue is generated outside Australia, according to Hoffman.

Earnings before Interest and Tax (EBIT) adjusted for one-off and non-recurring costs associated with the offer is forecast to be a loss of $2.32 million for the 2007 financial year. This compares with an EBIT loss of $1.77 million for the 2006 financial year, and, says Loop, reflects the increased investment in the development and roll-out of its services internationally.

Hoffman acknowledged that part of the reason for the IPO was to distance the company from AdultShop and he added: "The transparency of being a public company is a useful thing when dealing with international telcos and having that script may well provide flexibility for future acquisitions and corporate ventures."

Our results for the FY07 year will be consistent with the prospectus forecast." He added: "We have preliminary agreements for further expansion of our third-party branded community service business. Loop will be the provider of social networking services to ITV in the United Kingdom, commencing with communities built around The X-Factor and other television programmes launching initially in August.

"We have further accelerated plans for the launch of our own branded community, MOKO, 'off-deck' in the United Kingdom so that it is available to customers of all mobile carriers via the mobile Internet. Loop has the necessary billing and advertising supplier agreements in place to enable launch in the first quarter of FY08."

Loop's major shareholders include interests associated with Peter Yates at 12 percent, Greg Kennedy (Loop's initial seed investor) at 11 percent, Ian Rodwell (founder of Loop and Head of technology and products) at five percent and Hoffman at three percent.:cool::cool:

The path to profiting from content

      Jun 12, 2007

      By Fiona Chau
With Web-based user-generated content and social networking services like YouTube, Flickr, Bebo and MySpace gaining tremendous success, mobile operators around the world are also rushing into a new potential gold mine: Web 2.0 services.
The operators are bringing equivalent applications to their customers, either by partnering with established social networking Internet players or building their own social networking communities from scratch. Among the most notable examples is Vodafone Group, which in February struck a series of global relationships with key Internet brands including Yahoo, Microsoft (Windows Live Messenger), YouTube and MySpace in a bid to bring established Web-based UGC and social networking brands to the mobile world.
In the US Cingular (now AT&T Wireless), Sprint Nextel and Verizon formed partnerships with FaceBook to allow their users to post messages to their FaceBook profiles via SMS text messaging.
      Asia deployment
In Asia, a handful of mobile operators are also testing the UGC and social networking waters by offering YouTube-like services to their mobile customers in a bid to build their own-brand communities. Singapore's M1, for instance, recently launched a user-generated video-sharing service, called MeTV, which allows M1 subscribers to upload their videos via MMS-enabled handsets for other users to view and download.
"Young people have become increasingly interested in expressing and sharing ideas, views or anything about themselves with their friends and peers," says Chua Swee Kiat, general manager of corporate communications at M1.
"Riding on this wave of mass consumer interest, we offered MeTV to customers as a self-expression platform to 'see-and-be-seen' by the community." Chua says what makes the service attractive is that it adopts a revenue-sharing model with end-users that allows them to make money with videos by earning S$0.05 in cash every time someone downloads the video. The top earners have earned between S$50-S$100 ($33-$66) since the launch of the service in March, he says.
"Rewarding customers with cash payouts for their content is a unique selling point for MeTV, and it provides customers the incentive to submit more creative and innovative videos," Chua notes, adding that response has been good with more than 40,000 customers accessing the service since its launch.
At the same time, Taiwan Cellular introduced a similar service with the same revenue-sharing model in Taiwan in April, according to Arthur Chang, CEO of Green Tomato, which provided the user-generated video platform to Taiwan Cellular. The company has also jointly developed and hosted a mobile blogging portal with CSL in Hong Kong.
The free blog service allows customers of CSL's One2Free brand to upload and view photos and videos either via mobile phone or PC, according to Carol Wan, brand marketing general manager. Wan would not reveal subscriber numbers, but says the response has been "encouraging" since the service launched last September and traffic is growing. In April alone the company recorded nearly 3.4 million page views, according to Wan.
Meanwhile, PCCW in Hong Kong took a different approach by launching a Flickr-like photo and video community called "snaap," which comes with features such as allowing users on the Internet, mobile, broadband TV and residential fixed-line service to view photos and videos.
Monita Leung, PCCW's marketing director for broadband services, says snaap is the first of the company's quadruple-play service offerings. It is available to PCCW customers free of charge with 100MB of storage capacity. Customers can also choose to sign up a paid subscription plan (HK$38 per month) to get 5GB storage capacity and 20 free photo prints every month, Leung says.
Mobile-only vendors like AirG and Jumbuck are also building their own forms of community that include activities such as dating, flirting, gaming and communicating.
      Experimental stage
Many industry players expect that activities around mobile UGC and social networking services will intensify during the next year or two, as mobile operators across the region continue to rollout more services and interactive applications for the mobile Internet. "It's now really in experimental stages, and operators are trying to figure out what is the most viable business case by launching different initiatives," Chang of Green Tomato says.
Among them is Vodafone Australia, which is reviewing its overseas customer experience and conducting research in local markets to assess the possible rollout of Internet-based UGC and social network services to mobile users in Australia, says Keith O'Brien, the operator's head of content.
"Social networking and user-generated content is a fast-growing social trend, and we are exploring ways to deliver that experience on mobile, allowing customers to access Internet services away from their PC and on the move," he notes.
In addition to bringing Internet brands to its users, he says, Vodafone Australia offers a user-generated program called Street TV on the Vodafone live Mobile TV channel which gives customers the opportunity to vote on what is produced for the next week's program.
      Better profit margins
The appeal of such services is understandable. For one thing, the potential number of consumers interested in mobile UGC and social networking is sizable, since more people own mobile phones than PCs. The ubiquity and personalized features of the mobile phone also makes it a major source for today's UGC and social networking sites.
According to ABI Research, there are nearly 50 million worldwide members of mobile social communities, of which 30 million are coming from Asia Pacific. By 2010, the figure is expected to reach 174 million worldwide and 99 million in Asia Pacific.
The brisk pace of mobile UGC and social community growth, say analysts, also presents a significant opportunity for mobile operators to monetize the growing trend. For one thing, they represent relatively small outlays compared to most other types of content services, says Ovum analyst Eden Zoller.
"The value chain for UGC is less crowded (at least for the moment), so there are fewer parties among which revenues must be split, unlike the value chain for mobile music where the margins left to operators are tiny," she notes, citing the SeeMeTV user-generated content service launched by 3 in the UK as an example.
"Of the 10 pence download charge for SeeMeTV, 3UK gives 1 pence to users and shares the remaining 9 pence with white-label partner YoSpace," she says.
      Subscription fees
Telecom. It now has an estimated 15 million members in South Korea, almost a third of the country's population.
While the examples of 3UK and CyWorld illustrate that an operator's own brand of community service is worth exploring, in Asia some operators see UGC as a valuable tool to enhance customer loyalty and for cross-selling opportunities with their content-oriented network. PCCW, for instance, is aiming to enhance the stickiness of all its customers with the introduction of its snaap service. Such a cash-for-clips approach provides a strong incentive for end-users to use the services, driving traffic and downloads of user-generated content such as video clips.
Beyond traffic and data usage, early evidence indicates that mobile operators can profit from subscriptions. But, Zoller notes, to achieve this the pricing has to be very low.
3 UK's Kink Kommunity:eek: is an example of this approach. The company introduced the mobile community service in the spring of 2006. It provides picture and video posting chat features in a traditional social networking environment, charging people 1.49 pounds ($3) per month. The company claims it had 52,000 paying users of Kink Kommunity by November 2006.:D:D:D Another example is in the US market, where Verizon Wireless and Cingular (now AT&T Wireless) charge customers $2.99 per month to access what is called the Rabble online community. In Asia, the most notable example of an inexpensive mobile subscription networking service is CyWorld, created by SK
"We see a promising future of content sharing services, and we want our customers to make full use of our quadruple-play platforms to share their work to their friends and relatives," Leung says.
      Cross-network connectivity
Many believe that another lucrative revenue opportunity in mobile networking is in advertising, which already has proven successfully on the Internet. But before that happens, analysts say mobile operators need to first address the issue of cross-network connectivity to build the sort of scale seen on the Internet.
"At the end of the day, consumers want to communicate with anyone, not just other subscribers on a particular network," says Ovum's Zoller. "This is very different from the big social networking sites on the Internet that really do have global reach. Anybody with Internet connection can take part in these social networks."
Indeed, this would be especially critical for operators trying to build their own mobile social communities. However, most operators at this point are not ready to open up their networks, and most, if not all, of the mobile social networking services are still confined to the same network.
Chang at Green Tomato says mobile operators are still reluctant to open up their networks to competitors because they don't want to share revenues with other operators. "It's more a business issue because technically it's easy to interconnect networks of different operators," he says.
Whether the lack of cross-network connectivity would constitute a significant barrier to scale may vary from market to market. In markets like Hong Kong, this is definitely a major problem. By contrast, it would be less of an issue in markets like China, where there are two mobile operators, Chang adds.
In China, he says, China Mobile alone is capable of building the necessary scale without the need to interconnect with China Unicom.
      Flat-rate data tariffs
Cross-network connectivity aside, Zoller says mobile operators should also be cautious about pricing strategies when they introduce mobile UGC and social networking services. Metered services and browsing and downloading are expensive for consumers and a deterrent to social networking, she says. Operators, therefore, need to put in place flat-rate data tariffs in order for these services to take off. She points out that this is much more an issue in Europe than in Asia, where flat-rate date tariffs are already common.
Even so, some operators like CSL suggest that operators should take a step further by offering the service for free to encourage consumers to use the service. "Currently our freeBlog service is free of charge, because we strongly feel that we should build up the user habit first. We would like our customer to experience the convenience of using mobile to do some of the applications that one used to do on the PC," says Wan at CSL. "This in turn will stimulate the data usage of other kinds of mobile data services."
      Partnering or going solo?
In tapping the UGC craze, mobile operators face a choice between trying to go it alone or seeking partnerships with the established online social network service providers. While both approaches have their strong points, analysts say the two camps should work together, instead of on their own.
For one thing, launching a mobile social networking space is not easy, and the lessons learned in the Internet environment will not all be relevant to the mobile environment. Meanwhile, the mobile operators should pursue partnerships with the existing Internet-based social networking vendors because these companies have a familiar brand name, the trust of their members and more importantly, an existing network.
Indeed Vodafone's recent tie-ups with Yahoo, MySpace and others underscore the need for the two camps to work together. Gartner research director Sandy Shen says that mobile operators in the near-term tend to adopt both strategies to quickly build up the community and letting the market decide which strategic option is more viable.
Working with a big online social networking brand could enable mobile operators to tap into existing, popular social networks. The flipside is that it would also potentially dilute the mobile operators' own brand, says Ovum analyst Eden Zoller. There is also a danger such an alliance could turn operators into pipes for the online social networks, which means they could miss the chance of exploiting UGC and social networking to its fullest, she warns.

MOKO : THE NEW KINK KOMMUNITY

In March 2007, Loop Mobile made a decision to change the brand naming of its flagship mobile social network product - from Kink Kommunity to MOKO (or Mobile Kommunity). Although the KK brand has been successful to date in attracting an audience within the target market, Loop believes that building a large global mobile social network requires a fresh approach to branding which fully reflects the breadth and quality of the service provided, and the audience targeted. On April 17th, Kink Kommunity became MOKO!

      Podcasts to go
This is an article by Bena Roberts published in The Wireless Business Review

The mobile content market currently resembles guerrilla warfare where everyone is fighting to make money, but no-one is winning the war. Yet the argument that mobile services haven’t delivered and SMS is still the undisputed leader is suffering from battle fatigue. There is no doubt that mobile operators are being forced to rethink their mobile content strategies.

Older directors of mobile portals and multimedia strategies are being replaced by younger, messier individuals who need to tune into youth and inject up to the minute ideas into mobile portals and content.

In the meantime, user generated mobile content has become a household term, while music and gaming on mobile are starting to become trendy. Now mobile podcasts are entering the arena.

Unlike all other mobile content, which is often adapted from the web, mobile podcasting is the only true, new, made for mobile service on the market. Mobile podcasting uses audio and listening is rapidly becoming the killer app of the mobile Internet: in March M:Metrics published research showing that ownership of musicphones (defined as phones that are capable of music storage and playback) is growing rapidly across Western Europe and the US. The UK has the highest penetration of these devices at 40%, while the US lags at 17%.

Mobile podcasts can range from bursts to sustained instalments of audio content and the time is ripe for them to become very hot indeed. The biggest barrier to them becoming a mass market phenomenon, as with so very many other mobile services, is operators’ weak business models. At the moment, the most common way of charging for mobile podcasts is through subscription, which removes all spontaneity and is truly middle-aged. Alltel in the US charges USD 3.99 per month for its mobilecast service and M1 in Singapore charges 5.99 Singapore dollars per month.

In keeping with new trends in mobile, operators need to start employing younger and funkier billing and tariff setters too to ape the early successes.

The most impressive uptake of mobile podcasts has been in the US. Vendors such as Mobilcast and UpSnap are stimulating podcast sales via SMS, then enabling customers to listen to them via a phone call or voice mail. This is a simple idea – using traditional audio services as the delivery mechanism – and is especially popular with users stuck in traffic on their way to work.

Users pay per minute to listen and the charge is integrated into standard call charges. This is critical as customers use their existing voice minutes as part of a bundle or listen to free podcasts at the weekend as part of an operator package.

In Europe, which has a far higher penetration of musicphones indicating a much greater interest in audio services, operators are already in danger of fudging their mobile podcast services by opting for a streaming data transfer model, which is an untidy, unnecessarily complicated delivery mechanism, inappropriate for mobile podcasting.

The 3 network in the UK falls into this category. It is the first UK-based mobile operator to launch mobile podcasts, as part of its X-Series bundle. Audio is native to mobile. Data (even on 3G) is not. Mobile operators should be using the inherent audio stream to sell and push these new podcasting services.

By bringing data and streaming into the equation, the price of the podcasts rises and the potentially brilliant audio quality deteriorates, moving from hero to zero in one fell swoop. This is because mobile operators eager to secure return on investment (ROI) from podcasts forget about user experience and the fact that the mobile device is already an audio rich media. Or at least that’s one argument.

Another is that the early adopter mobile operators tend to mask the introduction of new data features to encourage competitors to play catch up, then them with an even better service. Certainly 3’s history reveals that it has scored several successes through this strategy.

There are several new players in mobile podcasting who are using more innovative ways of podcasting, which are also being introduced through social networks such as YouTube and Flickr. The arrival of podcast RSS will really herald the benefits of audio on mobile and demonstrate clearly how users can listen to the highlights of their favourite RSS feeds on their mobile phone instantly.

In addition, IM alerts of audio RSS could be set up to ensure that once the service is set up it will be hard for customers to resist. Audio, in the form of mobile podcasts, could be the sticky service mobile operators are desperate for.

There is still an everything to play for and mobile operators need to wake up and grind the beans. Mobile podcasting has huge potential. For these services to deliver on their potential, operators need to action now. Some slick marketing, simple to use services and transparent tariffs are the order of the day.

Podcasting and podcasters have their own community on the Internet and there is no reason why this should not be replicated on mobile. Recently AirG, Boost Mobile and West Coast Customs launched a community based mobile promotion to win a new car which caused mobile traffic to increase three fold and nearly every community member participated. These types of promotions are needed to kick start mobile podcasting.

This means positioning all new mobile services as community services and then watch their popularity spread virally via mobile. The trick is not simply to launch a mobile podcast service, but to bundle it as part of a community offer such as :DKink Kommunity :D or Boost Mobile. This way mobile podcasts can be integrated, paid for features or self-created to gel consumers together. This approach is simpler and new business models can be created using a sponsorship or funding through advertising. Consumers will no longer be restricted to accessing content by subscription only or through data tariffs. Instead they’ll be able to indulge in happy hours or special content subsidised by third parties.

Players to watch in the mobile podcasting space include; MOKO , Mobilecast, Pod2Mob, UpSnap, Kimia, Voice Genesis and Voice Indigo.

      MEDIA RELEASE

Sydney, 27 June 2007 – Loop Mobile Limited (ASX Code: LPM) is pleased to announce that the Company has been admitted to the Official List of the Australian Stock Exchange and has successfully raised $5 million as a result of strong support from institutional and retail investors. Going down with no bad news and no large sells. Lots of buyers. Martin Hoffman stated that "The business is going according to our stated plan". In the propectus was the stated plan. Adultshop and Loop are cased up and looking good. Please sell your shares of Loop to me. Bought another 20,000+ of loop today. Lots of risk here but much more chance to make a lot of money. Thanks losers for selling your shares to me! :D:D:D

Hmmm. Also genau nach plan. Danke losers! oldmanbadman rdncoic :cool::cool:

      Hmmm...WhoWouldHaveThoughtThat...oldmanbadman rdncoic

Who would have thought that Adultshop was going to pay a nice dividend last year? Certainly no one on this board.:D:D:D

      :laugh::laugh::laugh:

I got my 10,000 shares in my depot, and then the bank informed me that due to the tremendous nachfrage fuer Loop, they were taken back. I had alread paid for them. Oh well, I got 77,000+ shares at a 20% discount in the last few days so I guess it is ok.:eek:

And the ""DIVIDEND" from Adultshop of 130,000+:eek::eek:shares of Loop because I bought so many Adultshop on the cheap leading up to the spin-off. By the way, that was the first :D"DIVIDEND":D that Adultshop has paid in their history. For all un-informed investors, a spin-off is a dividend. DUH! :keks:

Hmmm, I wonder why the SP is already starting to go up? Is the oldmanbadman rdncoic right again? I hate that when it happens. Don't you? oldmanbadman rdncoic :cool::cool:

Shares in pornography company could be up for grabs

New Zealand investors are about to be offered the opportunity to invest in the porn industry.

Controversial businessman Steve Crow is looking to float his adult entertainment company, Vixen Direct, on the NZX.

Crow is seeking up to $5 million to expand the business, which mostly sells adult DVDs, into Australia and South Africa.

He is also keen to launch a chain of upmarket adult stores, aimed at women.

The move is somewhat ironic for the stock exchange, given that it was sued by Crow in 2003 for changing its name to NZX. It was, he claimed at the time, infringing the copyright of his adult magazine with the same name.

And Crow, who is also planning to run for the Auckland mayoralty, has already come up against resistance to the move.

While he says he has lined up a broker for the float, he has been unable to find an accountancy firm willing to value the business for a prospectus he plans to launch next month.

According to Crow, every firm he has approached has turned him down on moral grounds - even Ernst & Young, which he says was happy to provide a valuation for his Australian rival, Adultshop.com.

So far, just nine adult companies are publicly traded around the world. Most are based in the United States, although Germany, Spain and Australia each has one public porn company.

Smart Investors, buying adultshop at less than value of cash on hand. By now, everyone should know that Adultshop has 0.015+ Euro cash on hand. No value given to the business that has been built, and no value given for a buyout.
But lots and lots and lots of "investors" bought at one Euro and above without a clue.:cry::cry: I know, I sold my first 10,000 shares of Adultshop for 1+Euro back then :D:D:D

650,000 shares ready to make a quick profit. I wonder who bought them? Not me. I am buying Loop now. I have over 2 million shares of adultshop ready for the pop. Where is that other smart investor here? Good Luck. HA HA HA You know the deal! oldmanbadman rdncoic

      Hmmm... 40,000+aDay ...oldmanbadman rdncoic

Getting interesting now. Since the begining of August 07, MMS on the MOKO Stat Board are about 40,000+ per day. That is about 1.2 million per month if it keeps up. Good for LOOP MOBILE GROWTH
      .

Now, we need to find out what the stats are for paid subscribers and daily use per pay members to get a good idea of what is going on. Numbers will be out End of Aug 07 and we will know just what is going on.

Shortly before the huge increase in submission of MMS Mr. Martin H. stated he is satisfied with the business plan of Loop. We had 60,000 monthly users on one of the PRs quite a while back. There are about 10 times more MMS being sent now so what whould the monthly user count be now? Has to be at least 5 times (Estimate) or more now than back then. That is also a lot more income for Loop.
We shall see said the blind man. oldmanbadman rdncoic :cool::cool:

Was ging eigentlich?
