      Corporation to promote the rollout out of AT&T`s DSL broadband access
      technology. The deal further strengthens SpikeRadio`s growing revenue
      base.

      From the SpikeRadio site located at www.spikeradio.com, users will be
      able to register for high-speed Internet access which allows
      transmission of data at bandwidths several times higher than 56K over
      conventional telephone lines. SpikeRadio will receive a commission
      share from all sales closed from online referrals. The twelve-month
      campaign is effective immediately.

      The relationship with Cabrillo East Media Corporation will allow
      SpikeRadio to demonstrate the high responsiveness of its
      Internet-savvy, global youth audience to the US telecommunications
      giant, AT&T.

      Hier mal wieder news, wenn auch keine guten:
      Hanlon ist der treibende/visionaere Kopf hinter Spike, ich frage
      mich was jetzt passiert ??
      Kommentare ?
      Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass Spike im momentanen Trubel mit
      runtergerissen wird, der konstante Kursverfall deutet allerdings
      eher auf eine Reaktion auf O`Hanlons Ausscheiden hin...

      Spike Networks (ASX: SPK) today announced the resignation of C Chris
      O`Hanlon as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the company,
      with immediate effect.

      On April 14 2000, Mr O`Hanlon informed Spike`s Board members of his
      concerns with respect to the impact a medical condition he has been
      suffering from for some time has had on his ability to perform his
      executive responsibilities in an appropriate manner.

      Spike`s Board fully supports Mr O`Hanlon`s decision to resign and his
      desire to focus on seeking the medical attention required to regain
      health.

      "Personally and on behalf of everyone at Spike I would like to wish
      Chris all the best in his recovery process," Spike Executive Chairman
      John McGuigan said. "Chris`s contribution to the business during the
      past five years has been extremely significant."
      On March 9 2000, the company announced certain executive changes,
      where John McGuigan assumed responsibility for the day-to-day
      management of the company and Lawrence Maltz, the former Chief
      Operating Officer of Starbucks Coffee Company, assumed responsibility
      for the day-to-day management of the company`s LA-based Spike Radio.
      Due to these previous changes, the resignation of Mr O`Hanlon will
      not affect the ongoing management and strategic direction of the
      company.
