Der Kurs bleibt erst einmal stabil, das ist sehr gut. Bin mal gespannt wie der Tag so läuft. Spannend wird es wieder, wenn um 15.30 Uhr in US die Börse eröffnet.

Über Dermisonics

Dermisonics, Inc. ist ein Hersteller medizinischer und kosmetischer Geräte und kon­zen­­triert sich derzeit primär auf die laufende Entwicklung, Erprobung und spätere kom­merzielle Nutzung eines transdermalen Pflasters, das entwickelt wurde, um die wirk­­same, nadelfreie Verabreichung groß- molekularer Wirkstoffe zu erleichtern. Das Potenzial allein für den von Dermisonics entwickelten Handheld wird insgesamt auf weltweit ca. 1,2 Milliarden US-Dollar geschätzt. Allein die Army ist hierbei ein für Dermisonics interes­sant­er Kunde, da Soldaten durch die von Dermisonics ent­wickelte Technologie vor Ort mit notwendigen Medikamenten versorgt werd­en könnt­en. Der Markt für diese Technologie

Wie man sich bestimmt vorstellen kann ist der Markt für diese Technologie gigant­isch. Über 175 Medikamente verabreicht durch ein Pflaster in Kombi­nation mit einem Mini- Ultraschallgerät. Allein der Markt der Diabetiker ist enorm. Es gibt nicht nur Million­en von Menschen mit Diabetes TYP I (Jugenddiabetes), die sich mit ihren täg­lich­en Insulininjektionen her­um­quälen müssen, darüber hinaus gibt es auch noch über 150 Millionen Diabetiker des Typs II (Altersdiabetes, also Opfer einer globalen Pan­demie, die durch schlechte Essgewohnheiten und mangelnde Bewegung her­vor­ge­rufen wird), die kein Insulin nehmen, weil sie es sich nicht spritzen wollen. Zur Kon­trolle ihres Blutzuckers greifen diese Typ II-Diabetiker auf alle möglichen anderen Medi­kamente zurück. Bei einigen führt die zerstörerische Krankheit zu Spätfolgen wie Behinderung, Erblindung oder Amputation. Nach Schätzungen des US-Diabetes­ver­bandes American Diabetes Association betrug die Zahl der Diabetiker im ver­gang­en­en Jahr weltweit 145 Millionen. Das Potenzial allein für den von Dermisonics entwickelten Handheld wird insgesamt auf weltweit ca. 1,2 Milliarden US-Dollar geschätzt. Allein die Army ist hierbei ein für Dermisonics interessanter Kunde, da Soldaten durch die von Dermisonics entwickelte Technologie vor Ort mit notwendigen Medikamenten versorgt werden könnten. Weitere Anfragen für die A-Wand kommen auch aus dem Pharma- als auch Hospitalbereich. Es ist also für die nächsten Wochen mit einem weiter starken Newsflow zu rechnen.

Arius Research Inc. has licensed to Genentech, Inc. (NYSE: DNA) rights to one of Arius`s novel anti-cancer antibodies and others in the same family for development in human disease.

Under the terms of the agreement, Arius will receive an upfront licensing fee and may receive milestone payments based on progress through clinical development as well as royalties on net sales of any products resulting from the collaboration. Genentech will assume the responsibility and costs of development and commercialization. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Die GuV des Unterneh-mens wurde deshalb von den Aufwendungen für die Forschungsaktivitäten ge-prägt. Insgesamt ist im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr ein Verlust von 6,96 Mio. US-Dollar angefallen, von denen rund 78 Prozent auf die Ausgaben im Zusammen-hang mit der Produktentwicklung zurückzuführen sind. Die übrigen Kosten sind schwerpunktmäßig in den Bereichen allgemeine Verwaltung, Umschuldung und Zinsen angefallen. Im ersten Quartal der laufenden Periode 2005/06 ist ein wei-terer Fehlbetrag von 1,4 Mio. US-Dollar verbucht worden.

Bedeutende Finanzie-rung abgeschlossen
Ende März haben zwei in Luxemburg ansässige Fonds 7,2 Mio. Aktien gezeich-net, was Dermisonics einen Mittelzufluss von rund 4,13 Mio. US-Dollar beschert hat. Damit wurde nicht nur der finanzielle Spielraum für weitere Forschungsak-tivitäten ausgeweitet, sondern auch das Vertrauen der Investoren in die Er-folgsaussichten der Technologie erneut dokumentiert. Erst kurz zuvor hatte das Medizintechnikunternehmen zur Erhöhung seines Bekanntheitsgrades eine Ko-operation mit International Market Trend Inc., einem Tochterunternehmen der gleichnamigen Schweizer Aktiengesellschaft, geschlossen. Der neue Partner ver-fügt über umfangreiche Kontakte bei institutionellen Investoren in den wesentli-chen Zielmärkten USA und Europa und wird für seine Dienstleistungen im Rahmen eines Ein-Jahres-Vertrages mit 400.000 Dermisonics-Aktien entlohnt.
Fortschritte bei A-Wand
Währenddessen schreitet die Weiterentwicklung der innovativen Technologie weiter voran. Zuletzt konnte das Unternehmen Fortschritte bei A-Wand vermel-den, dem Ultraschallsystem für die Behandlung von Wunden mit Antiseptika und Antibiotika. Dermisonics hat einen ersten Prototypen erstellt, mit dem die Vorteile des Systems, u.a. seine mobile Einsetzbarkeit und ein Transport der Wirkstoffe in tiefere Hautschichten, veranschaulicht werden können. Mit diesen Eigenschaften ist die Applikation auch für den militärischen Sektor interessant, in dem ein Interesse an einer schnellen Behandlung von verletzten Soldaten möglichst vor Ort besteht. Um diese potenzielle Nachfrage zu bedienen, wurden im letzten Monat Gespräche mit dem Army Institute of Surgical Research über die Entwicklung einer schlachtfeldtauglichen Variante des Produkts aufgenom-men.

Entwicklung der Po-wer-E Cell
Auch bei der Energieversorgung für die U-Strip-Technologie konnte Dermiso-nics einen Durchbruch erzielen. Zur Lösung dieses Problems hat das Unterneh-men die so genannte Power-E-Cell entwickelt, eine speziell auf den Einsatz in dem Ultraschallgerät abgestimmte Batterievariante. Durch stark verbesserte Eigenschaften bei der Stromabgabe und die Möglichkeit, die Batterie selbst aus-zuschalten, verfügt das Produkt über eine besonders lange Einsatzdauer. Das Unternehmen sieht darin so weit reichende Verbesserungen, dass es hierfür ein eigenes Patent beantragt hat. So könnte zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt auch die Vermarktung für andere Einsatzfelder erfolgen.

Patentfragen behindern Zusammenarbeit
Anfang Februar hat das Konkurrenzunternehmen Sontra Medical Corporation Dermisonics über eine Pressemitteilung informiert, dass es in der U-Strip-Entwicklung eine Verletzung seiner eigenen Patentrechte sieht. Sontra arbeitet mit dem Produkt SonoPrep ebenfalls an einer Technologie zur Medikamenten-verabreichung mittels Ultraschall und adressiert damit denselben Markt. In die-sem Zusammenhang wurden mehrere Patentrechte erworben, die nach Auffas-sung von Sontra nun von der Produktentwicklung bei Dermisonics betroffen sind. Dermisonics zeigte sich von dem Vorstoß des Konkurrenten überrascht. Nach Angaben der Gesellschaft wurde seit September auf Betreiben von Sontra über ein gemeinsames Vorgehen bei der Weiterentwicklung der Technologie verhandelt und im Dezember sogar eine Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung unter-zeichnet, um die Kompatibilität der jeweiligen Technologien und Applikationen zu prüfen. Das Management ist bislang davon ausgegangen, dass dieses Procede-re im laufenden Jahr fortgesetzt wird, und betont, dass es mit den unterneh-menseigenen Entwicklungen keine Verletzung fremder Patentrechte beabsich-tigt.

AusblickHohes Marktwachstum
Dermisonics bewegt sich mit seiner Ultraschalltechnologie in sehr dynamischen Märkten. So sollen die Umsätze mit den so genannten Drug Delivery Systems (DDS) allein in den USA bis 2007 auf 41 Mrd. US-Dollar zulegen, ein durch-schnittliches Wachstum von etwa 11 Prozent p.a. (Quelle: Unternehmensanga-ben). Dementsprechend forschen derzeit neben Universitäten und Instituten auch über 300 Unternehmen an neuen Methoden zur Medikamentenverabrei-chung. Dermisonics sieht sich mit seiner Technologie hier in einer aussichtsrei-chen Position. Allerdings ist die Entwicklung noch in einem frühen Stadium. Im laufenden Jahr erwarten wir zunächst bei U-Strip den Abschluss der Testphase I, und bei erfolgsversprechenden Resultaten im Anschluss das Anlaufen der zwei-ten und letzten klinischen Testphase. Das Management geht davon aus, dass schon in den nächsten zwölf Monaten erste Umsätze mit Testreihen erzielt wer-den können, bei denen die Einsetzbarkeit des Ultraschallsystems für weitere Wirkstoffe evaluiert wird. Für die kosmetische Anwendung U-Wand ist eine klinische Prüfung nicht notwendig, da die Substanzen nicht in die Blutbahn gelangen sollen. Stattdessen erfolgen hier Kosmetikkonzernen, wobei wir in den nächsten Wochen mit ersten Ergebnissen rechnen.

Potenzial immens
In unserer Erststudie vom November 2005 haben wir in Anlehnung an Progno-sen des Managements einen möglichen Unternehmensverlauf skizziert, der bei einem planmäßigen Fortgang der Produktentwicklung und -vermarktung eintre-ten könnte. Die Fortschritte der letzten Monate lassen diese Umsatz- und Ge-winnentwicklung nach wie vor möglich erscheinen. Bisher ist allerdings noch offen, ob das Unternehmen tatsächlich bereits in diesem Jahr über die Testreihen erste Umsätze mit dem Kerngeschäft erzielen kann. Um hier konservativ vorzu-gehen, haben wir deswegen die ersten Erfolge bei der Kommerzialisierung sowie den weiteren Geschäftsausbau um ein Jahr nach hinten verschoben. Unter dieser Prämisse fallen für 2005/06 keine Erlöse an, bei einem geschätzten Verlust von 5,0 Mio. US-Dollar. Daraus resultiert die folgende modellhafte Geschäftsent-wicklung:

Markt trotz Fortschritten pessimistisch
Aus den modifizierten Planungen des Managements ergibt sich ein Wert, der um ein Vielfaches über der aktuellen Börsenbewertung liegt und das immense Kurs-potenzial bei einem optimistisch geschätzten Geschäftsverlauf darstellt. Der Markt ist hingegen trotz der Fortschritte bei der Entwicklung des Kerngeschäfts und der Unternehmensfinanzierung nach wie vor sehr pessimistisch. Eine Gegenüberstellung der retrograden Bewertung mit der von uns modifizierten Pla-nung des Managements zeigt, dass bei der derzeitigen Kapitalisierung der positi-ven Entwicklung nur eine Wahrscheinlichkeit von 5,4 Prozent zugebilligt wird.
Unverändertes Urteil: „Spekulativ kaufen“
Dermisonics bewegt sich in sehr attraktiven Wachstumsmärkten und forscht dabei an einer Technologie, die im Erfolgsfall für eine Revolution bei der Verab-reichung von Insulin und Antiseptika führen könnte. Die Entwicklung ist aller-dings nach wie vor in einem frühen Stadium und eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung kann zu diesem Zeitpunkt kaum prognostiziert werden. Nichtsdestotrotz hat das Unternehmen zuletzt einige Erfolge im Forschungsbereich vermelden können und zudem eine große Finanzierungsrunde zum Abschluss gebracht. Der Akti-enkurs liegt trotzdem deutlich unter dem Niveau unserer Erststudie vom No-vember, auch, weil vom Konkurrenten Sontra in der Zwischenzeit Patentverlet-zungen moniert wurden, die im schlimmsten Fall zu einem langwierigen Rechts-streit führen könnten. Für Investoren, die das Konzept der Gesellschaft über-zeugt und die das hohe Risiko des frühen Unternehmensstadiums nicht scheuen, steigt damit allerdings auch das Upsidepotenzial bei einem positiven Verlauf. Unsere Einschätzung bleibt deshalb bei „Spekulativ kaufen“. Dem Risiko eines Totalverlusts sollte allerdings in jedem Fall mit der Setzung eines Stop-Loss begegnet werden.

IRVINE, Calif., April 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dermisonics, (Nachrichten) Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DMSI.OB), a medical device company focused on the development of painless, needle-free drug-delivery technology, has begun recruiting recipients to proceed with a planned Human Pilot Trial-2 on its U-Strip(TM) delivery system for use with insulin. This phase is being carried out on an initial group of Type-2 adult diabetics, which the Company believes represents the larger population of diabetics who could immediately benefit from this technology.

The U-Strip is a patented electronic system that uses a specialized form of ultrasound waves to enhance the delivery of drugs through the skin and into the bloodstream from a specially modified patch.

This clinical trial will test the Company's patented U-Strip ultrasonically assisted transdermal drug-delivery technology versus insulin pump technology. The goal is to deliver insulin via the U-Strip Insulin Patch up to one unit per hour, mirroring the exact delivery rate of a conventional insulin pump. This trial, to be conducted in Media, Pennsylvania under the direction of Rex Kessler, MD, will compare the invasive insulin pump to the delivery profile of the non-invasive U-Strip Insulin Patch over a five-hour test period.

Recruiting of volunteers began in April 2006 for the trials, which are slated to begin after the initial group of volunteer patients has completed the selection examination and enrollment process. The Company has already completed trial preparations including site selection, monitoring logistics and insurance bonding to cover trial participants. These preliminary steps clear the way for the trial to begin immediately following recruitment.

Midas Research: Dermisonics - Die zweite Chance nutzen!

Wie soeben gemeldet, hat das Medizintechnik Unternehmen Dermisonics (Nasdaq: DMSI / Frankfurt: FQC / WKN: A0DK4Y) mit der Rekrutierung von Patienten zur Durchführung seiner geplanten HPT-2-Humanstudie für das U-Strip™-System zur Verabreichung von Insulin begonnen. Auf den ersten Blick macht doch DMSI nur das, was bereits im Dezember vollmundig angekündigt wurde, nämlich endlich den Test seiner Technologie mit wirklichen Diabetes-Patienten. Aber das Entscheidende steht quasi im Kleingedruckten: Für diese klinischen Humanstudien hat DMSI Versicherungsschutz bekommen. Niemand kann es sich in dem streitsüchtigen Amerika leisten, klinische Studien an Patienten durchzuführen, ohne dass eine Versicherung diese Tests absichert, selbst wenn die Patienten sich freiwillig gemeldet haben.
Der bisher fehlende Versicherungsschutz ist der Hauptgrund, dass die Tests bisher nicht gestartet werden konnten. Immerhin will die Versicherung gut 200.000 Dollar an Prämie. Dank der kürzlich bekannt gegebenen Finanzierung durch zwei Luxemburger Fonds ist dies für DMSI nun kein Problem mehr. Aber nicht nur das: Die Tatsache, dass für die Tests Versicherungsschutz gewonnen werden konnte, ist auch ein klares Indiz für die Erfolgschancen, die die Versicherungsgesellschaft der DMSI Technologie beimisst. Wenn das Risiko also überschaubar – und versicherbar – ist, heißt das zwangsläufig, dass den Diabetes-Patienten genug Insulin mit der DMSI Technologie zugeführt werden muss, um ein erhöhtes Gesundheitsrisiko auszuschließen. Das sind wirklich gute Neuigkeiten.

Insgesamt sollen nun 50 Patienten rekrutiert werden, kein großes Problem. Die Tests sind dann pro Patient in nur wenigen Tagen durchgeführt, so dass wir in der Tat schon bald mit den höchstspannenden Ergebnissen rechnen können. Geplant ist, alle Ergebnisse zusammen auf einer großen Konferenz Mitte Mai in den USA zum Thema Drug Delivery (also alternative Verfahren für die Zuführung bzw. Verabreichung von Medikamenten) en bloc vorzustellen. Vielleicht gelangen bis dahin aber auch schon erste Zwischenergebnisse an die Öffentlichkeit …


Das U-Strip ist ein patentiertes elektronisches System, das eine spezielle Form von Ultraschallwellen einsetzt, um die Verabreichung von Wirkstoffen über die Haut in die Blutbahn über ein besonders modifiziertes Pflaster zu optimieren. Mit diesem klinischen Versuch soll das patentierte Ultraschall-gestützte U-Strip zur transdermalen Wirkstoffverabreichung im Vergleich zur Insulinpumpe getestet werden. Ziel ist es, bis zu eine Insulineinheit pro Stunde über das U-Strip zuzuführen, was genau der Verabreichungsmenge einer konventionellen Insulinpumpe entspricht. Bei der Studie, die unter der Leitung von Dr. med. Rex Kessler in den USA durchgeführt werden soll, wird über eine Testzeitdauer von 5 Stunden die invasive Insulinpumpe mit dem Verabreichungsprofil des nicht-invasiven U-Strip-Insulinpflasters verglichen. Hierin liegt der besondere Clou.

Denn ca. 5 Prozent aller Insulinpatienten nutzen mittlerweile die Insulinpumpe, ein Bahnbrechender kommerzieller Erfolg für den Hersteller in kürzester Zeit. Diese, neuen Therapieformen gegenüber aufgeschlossene Patientengruppe stellt deshalb auch für Dermisonics einen hoch attraktiven Zielmarkt dar, über den dann das Milliarden-Potenzial im Insulingeschäft erschlossen werden kann. Deshalb sind die nun anstehenden – und endlich durchfinanzierten – Studien von so überragender Wichtigkeit. Kann Dermisonics nachweisen, dass das Verabreichungsprofil des U-Strip dem der Insulinpumpe mindestens entspricht, aber natürlich keine Permanentkanüle von den Patienten mehr zu tragen ist, sollte die Pharmaindustrie Schlange stehen, um mit Dermisonics ins Geschäft zu kommen. Bisher nur positive, und sehr gute Aussichten und trotzdem nur negative Kursentwicklungen!
Ist mir unverständlich. Wird versucht günstigst Aktien einzukaufen?
Ich halte trotzdem meine Positionen, da ich in spätestens einem Jahre Kurse > 20€ sehen werde.

zb...aussage des managements ist, dass sie mit dem u-strip gg insulin spätestens 08 auf dem markt sein wollen.
bei a-wand u. u-wand brauchen sie noch nicht mal eine zulassung durch die fda!!
also bevor du solche aussagen tätigst informier dich vorher lieber mal ein bisschen über die firma in die du investierst!!!

Die Pressemitteilungen von DMSI sind alle zukunftsorientiert und das interessiert die meisten Börsianer kaum..... u. diese aussage zeigt, dass du anscheinend v. börse selbst bzw solchen unternehmen wie dermisonics absolut keine ahnung hast!!!
solche unternehmen, aber auch biotech-unternehmen leben hauptsächlich erstmal v. der zukunftsphantasie!

Keine Ahnung, warum ich hier als Investierter angegriffen werde. Natürlich habe ich mich über die Firma informiert. Beobachte den Wert seit September letzten Jahres.

Ich darf daran erinnern, dass man erstmal als Firma Umsätze machen muss! 08 auf dem Markt, Anlauf, Ausbau usw. dauert wohl nochmal zwei jahre. Sind wir also bei den fünf Jahren. Ich sprach lediglich davon, dass es ein Wert werden könnte, der sich wie Solarworld (als Beispiel) entwickeln könnte. Das aber erst mittelfristig.

Also, ich denke, dass ich mich nicht unsachlich verwerflich geäußert habe.

Goal of Study -- This trial specifically examined the effects of the unique ultrasonic transmission utilized in the U-Strip insulin delivery system upon the skin of Type-2 diabetic patients. The goal of this study was to demonstrate that ultrasound alone, at levels used for ultrasonic drug delivery, does not cause skin damage or irritation.

Study Design -- The study was conducted upon 25 adult Type-2 diabetic patients of both sexes, with an average time on disease of at least 10 years. A blank transdermal patch (without insulin) was fitted on the left upper arm and the right side of the abdomen of each volunteer. The volunteers were tested over a five-hour test period, where ultrasound was applied continuously. The duration of the application of the ultrasound during the test period is greater than what is proposed for the application of insulin applied by U-Strip system. The U-Strip system produces an ultrasonic signal that is less than 1/5 the power of a ultrasonic toothbrush. The completed trial revealed no adverse skin reactions, no skin irritation or skin damage among any of the volunteers.

Results -- The trial revealed no adverse skin reactions, no skin irritation or skin damage among any of the volunteers. In a word, this study demonstrates that the ultrasound component of the U-Strip system does not damage the skin, even the skin of highly sensitive Type-2 diabetics.

Currently, people with diabetes rely on regular, frequent needle injections of insulin to control blood glucose levels. Dermisonics' proprietary U-Strip system employs proprietary microelectronics and ultrasonic technologies with a drug-carrying patch to enable the painless delivery of large-molecule drugs through the skin's natural pores and hair follicles.

Continuing Studies -- The Company is continuing its two other investigational review board (approved human pilot trials (HPT-2 and HPT-3) to further demonstrate the efficacy of the U-Strip system. Wie soeben gemeldet, hat das Medizintechnik Unternehmen Dermisonics (Nasdaq: DMSI / Frankfurt: FQC / WKN: A0DK4Y) mit der Rekrutierung von Patienten zur Durchführung seiner geplanten HPT-2-Humanstudie für das U-Strip™-System zur Verabreichung von Insulin begonnen. Auf den ersten Blick macht doch DMSI nur das, was bereits im Dezember vollmundig angekündigt wurde, nämlich endlich den Test seiner Technologie mit wirklichen Diabetes-Patienten. Aber das Entscheidende steht quasi im Kleingedruckten: Für diese klinischen Humanstudien hat DMSI Versicherungsschutz bekommen. Niemand kann es sich in dem streitsüchtigen Amerika leisten, klinische Studien an Patienten durchzuführen, ohne dass eine Versicherung diese Tests absichert, selbst wenn die Patienten sich freiwillig gemeldet haben.

Der bisher fehlende Versicherungsschutz ist der Hauptgrund, dass die Tests bisher nicht gestartet werden konnten. Immerhin will die Versicherung gut 200.000 Dollar an Prämie. Dank der kürzlich bekannt gegebenen Finanzierung durch zwei Luxemburger Fonds ist dies für DMSI nun kein Problem mehr. Aber nicht nur das: Die Tatsache, dass für die Tests Versicherungsschutz gewonnen werden konnte, ist auch ein klares Indiz für die Erfolgschancen, die die Versicherungsgesellschaft der DMSI Technologie beimisst. Wenn das Risiko also überschaubar – und versicherbar – ist, heißt das zwangsläufig, dass den Diabetes-Patienten genug Insulin mit der DMSI Technologie zugeführt werden muss, um ein erhöhtes Gesundheitsrisiko auszuschließen. Das sind wirklich gute Neuigkeiten.

Insgesamt sollen nun 50 Patienten rekrutiert werden, kein großes Problem. Die Tests sind dann pro Patient in nur wenigen Tagen durchgeführt, so dass wir in der Tat schon bald mit den höchstspannenden Ergebnissen rechnen können. Geplant ist, alle Ergebnisse zusammen auf einer großen Konferenz Mitte Mai in den USA zum Thema Drug Delivery (also alternative Verfahren für die Zuführung bzw. Verabreichung von Medikamenten) en bloc vorzustellen. Vielleicht gelangen bis dahin aber auch schon erste Zwischenergebnisse an die Öffentlichkeit …

Das U-Strip ist ein patentiertes elektronisches System, das eine spezielle Form von Ultraschallwellen einsetzt, um die Verabreichung von Wirkstoffen über die Haut in die Blutbahn über ein besonders modifiziertes Pflaster zu optimieren. Mit diesem klinischen Versuch soll das patentierte Ultraschall-gestützte U-Strip zur transdermalen Wirkstoffverabreichung im Vergleich zur Insulinpumpe getestet werden. Ziel ist es, bis zu eine Insulineinheit pro Stunde über das U-Strip zuzuführen, was genau der Verabreichungsmenge einer konventionellen Insulinpumpe entspricht. Bei der Studie, die unter der Leitung von Dr. med. Rex Kessler in den USA durchgeführt werden soll, wird über eine Testzeitdauer von 5 Stunden die invasive Insulinpumpe mit dem Verabreichungsprofil des nicht-invasiven U-Strip-Insulinpflasters verglichen. Hierin liegt der besondere Clou.

Denn ca. 5 Prozent aller Insulinpatienten nutzen mittlerweile die Insulinpumpe, ein Bahnbrechender kommerzieller Erfolg für den Hersteller in kürzester Zeit. Diese, neuen Therapieformen gegenüber aufgeschlossene Patientengruppe stellt deshalb auch für Dermisonics einen hoch attraktiven Zielmarkt dar, über den dann das Milliarden-Potenzial im Insulingeschäft erschlossen werden kann. Ziel der Studie - Diese Studie prüfte die Auswirkungen der einzigartigenUltraschall-Übertragung des U-Strip-Insulin-Verabreichungssystems auf dieHaut von Typ-2-Diabetikern. Das Ziel der Studie war es zu zeigen, dassalleine der Ultraschall in der Intensität, wie für die Verabreichung vonArznei per Ultraschall erforderlich, zu keiner Verletzung oder Irritationder Haut führt.

Konzeption der Studie - Die Studie wurde an 25 erwachsenenTyp-2-Diabetikern beider Geschlechter durchgeführt, die die Krankheitmindestens 10 Jahre haben. Ein Pflaster ohne Insulin wurde am linkenOberarm und auf der rechten Seite des Bauches angebracht. In einem Zeitraumvon 5 Stunden wurde kontinuierlich Ultraschall angewendet. Die Dauer derAnwendung des Ultraschalls war größer als die Dauer, die bei der Gabe vonInsulin mittels des U-Strip-Systems empfohlen wird. Das U-Strip-Systemerzeugt einen Ultraschall, der weniger als ein Fünftel der Energie einerUltraschall-Zahnbürste hat. Die abgeschlossene Studie ergab keinenachteiligen Hautreaktionen, keine Hautirritation und keine Hautverletzungbei allen Personen.

Ergebnisse - Die Studie ergab keine nachteiligen Hautreaktionen, keineHautirritation und keine Hautverletzung bei allen Personen. Zusammengefasstlässt sich sagen, dass die Studie zeigt, dass die Ultraschallkomponente desU-Strip-Systems die Haut, sogar der hochempfindlichen Typ-2-Diabetiker,nicht verletzt.

Derzeit müssen Diabetiker regelmäßig Injektionen von Insulin mit einerSpritze vornehmen, um den Zuckergehalt im Blut zu steuern. DasU-Strip-System von Dermisonics verwendet eigene Mikroelektronik- undUltraschall-Technologie sowie ein Pflaster mit Arzneimittel, um schmerzfreiArznei mit großen Molekülen durch die Poren und Haarfollikel der Haut zuverabreichen.

Unregistered Sale of Equity Securities, Financial Statements and Exhibits



ITEM 3.02 UNREGISTERED SALES OF EQUITY SECURITIES.
On September 14, 2006, Dermisonics, Inc. (the "Company") sold 1,300,000 restricted shares of its common stock, par value $.001 (the "Share"), to Mercatus & Partners, LP ("Mercatus") for a purchase price of $.25 per share for total proceeds of $325,000. The $.25 per share price represented an $.11 per share premium over the closing price of $.14 per share on September 13, 2006. In connection with the sale of the shares, the Company also issued a common stock purchase warrant (the "Warrant") entitling Mercatus to purchase an additional 1,300,000 shares at an exercise price of $.25 per share. The Warrant expires on September 30, 2009. The Shares and the Warrants were issued pursuant to Regulation S promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933.

The proceeds of the sale of the shares will be used for general working capital purposes, including costs associated with the HPT-2 human pilot trial being conducted on the Company's U-Strip technology, a patented electronic system that uses a specialized form of ultrasound waves to enhance the delivery of drugs through the skin and into the bloodstream from a specially modified patch.

The agreement previously announced on March 22, 2006, which provided for the sale to Mercatus of 7,200,000 shares for $4,134,240 ($.57 per share) is being renegotiated due to the decline of the market value of the Company's stock from the original date of the agreement to September 14, 2006. However, there is no assurance that an agreement for additional financing will be reached.

Auszug aus Börsenregeln....

Was das Kürzel aussagt

Festzustellen, in welchem Segment eine Aktie geführt wird, ist sehr einfach. Bei den Kursauskünften auf FAZ.NET lassen sich in der Auswahlbox „Börse” sämtliche Börsenplätze anzeigen, ob NYSE, Nasdaq, OTCBB oder Other OTC. Weitere Anhaltspunkte gibt das Tickersymbol. NYSE- und Amex-Aktien haben üblicherweise ein- bis dreibuchstabige Symbole F für Ford, oder IBM), Nasdaq- und OTC-Aktien vierbuchstabige (etwa MSFT für Microsoft).

Folgt ein fünfter Buchstabe, so gibt dieser in der Regel über eine Besonderheit Auskunft. Die wichtigsten Buchstaben sind dabei E, F, Q und C. ich beobachte dermi nach wie vor...
die sache mit dem e ist wirklich halb so schlimm, sobald sie ihre zahlen vorlegen verschwindet das wieder.
diejenigen die im jan od feb irgendwelche testergebnisse erwarten, werden sicher enttäuscht werden, aber das hab ich auch schon anfang nov geschrieben.
das wichtigste ist jetzt definitiv, dass sie frisches kapital an land ziehen, aber das werden sie sicher nur zu sehr schlechten konditionen bekommen, weil sie eben mit dem rücken zur wand stehen!
mal sehen ob sich da jetzt endlich mal was tut...

Wenn ich das richtig verrstanden habe, ist das "nur" wegen dem versäumten Quartalsbericht.
Sollte der aber bis 16.02. veröffentlich werden, dann erfolgt auch kein Delisting.
Ich persönlich denke das die Führung von Dermi das nicht riskiert und bis dahin den Quartalsbericht veröffentlicht.

ITEM 3.02 UNREGISTERED SALES OF EQUITY SECURITIES

On July 9, 2007, the Board of Directors of Dermisonics, Inc. (the "Company")
approved the issuance of an aggregate of 13,011,569 shares (the "Shares") of the
Company's common stock at a deemed issuance price of $0.07 per share to two of
its creditors (the "Shareholders") in order to settle an aggregate of $910,810
of the Company's indebtedness. On the same date, the Board of Directors of the
Company approved the entering into by the Company of a $0.07 Share for Debt
Private Placement Agreement (the "Private Placement Agreement") with each of the
Shareholders regarding such Share issuance. The Company determined that the
issuance of the Shares to the Shareholders is excluded from the registration
requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, pursuant to Regulation S
promulgated thereunder, based on representations and warranties made by each of
the Shareholders in its respective Private Placement Agreement.

On behalf of the board of directors of Dermisonics, Inc. (the "Company"), I cordially invite you to attend a Special Meeting of stockholders to be held at the offices of Lang Michener LLP, Suite 1500, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

1. A proposal to consolidate the Company's current issued and outstanding share capital on a one (1) new share for seventy-three (73) old shares basis, such that the Company's issued and outstanding share capital shall be reduced from 62,235,574 common shares to 852,542 common shares;
2. A proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the Company's authorized share capital from 100,000,000 shares of common stock to 500,000,000 shares of common stock with the same par value of $0.001 per share; and
3. A proposal to adjourn the Special Meeting, if necessary or appropriate, to solicit additional proxies.

Our board of directors has unanimously approved (i) the proposal to consolidate the Company's current issued and outstanding share capital; (ii) the proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the Company's authorized share capital; and (iii) the proposal to adjourn the Special Meeting to solicit additional proxies. Our board of directors recommends that you vote "FOR" such proposals.

The proposals to consolidate the Company's current issued and outstanding share capital and to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the Company's authorized share capital will not be effectuated unless the proposal is approved by the holders of at least a majority of the voting power of the outstanding shares of our common stock. To the Shareholders of Dermisonics, Inc.:

We will hold a Special Meeting of the stockholders of Dermisonics, Inc. (the "Company") at the offices of Lang Michener LLP, Suite 1500, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be:
1. to consider and vote on a proposal to consolidate the Company's issued and outstanding share capital on a one (1) new share per seventy-three (73) old shares basis, such that the Company's issued and outstanding share capital shall be reduced from 62,235,574 common shares to 852,542 common shares;

Only holders of record of our common stock at the close of business on August 28, 2007, the record date for the Special Meeting, may vote at the Special Meeting. Each share of our common stock is entitled to one vote on each matter to be voted upon at the Special Meeting.

Your vote is very important. Even if you do not expect to attend the meeting in person, it is important that your shares be represented. Please use the enclosed Proxy Card to vote on the matters to be considered at the Special Meeting by signing and dating the Proxy Card and mailing it promptly in the enclosed envelope. This Proxy Statement and the accompanying Proxy Card are furnished to the holders of common stock of Dermisonics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), by the board of directors of the Company, in connection with a Special Meeting of the stockholders of the Company to be held at the offices of Lang Michener LLP, Suite 1500, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be:
1. to consider and vote on a proposal to consolidate the Company's issued and outstanding share capital on a one (1) new share per seventy-three (73) old shares basis, such that the Company's issued and outstanding share capital shall be reduced from 62,235,574 common shares to 852,542 common shares (sometimes referred to herein as the "Share Consolidation");
2. to consider and vote on a proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized share capital of the Company from 100,000,000 shares of common stock to 500,000,000 shares of common stock with the same par value of $0.001 per share (sometimes referred to herein as the "Increase in Authorized Share Capital"); and
3. to approve the adjournment of the Special Meeting, if necessary or appropriate, to solicit additional Proxies if there are insufficient votes at the time of the Special Meeting to approve the Share Consolidation and/or the Increase in Authorized Share Capital.

The board of directors has approved, and recommends the shareholders of the Company approve, the proposed Share Consolidation and the proposed Increase in Authorized Share Capital. If the Share Consolidation is approved by the shareholders of the Company, the Company shall direct its transfer agent to effectuate the share consolidation as soon as practicable after such approval. If the Increase in Authorized Share Capital is approved by the shareholders of the Company, the Increase in Authorized Share Capital will be effected by the filing of a Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Company with the Secretary of State of Nevada. The board of directors intends to file the Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation as soon as practicable once shareholder approval is obtained.

A: The Company's board of directors has determined that it is in the Company's best interests to consolidate its issued and outstanding shares capital on a one (1) new share per seventy-three (73) old shares basis, such that the Company's issued and outstanding share capital shall be reduced from 62,235,574 common shares to 852,542 common shares. Similarly, the Company's board of directors has determined that it is in the Company's best interests to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the Company's authorized share capital from 100,000,000 common shares to 500,000,000 common shares with the same par value of $0.001 per common share. The Company needs the approval of at least a majority of the voting power of the outstanding shares of our common stock in order to effectuate these proposed actions. Q: What approval of the stockholders of Dermisonics, Inc. is required?
A: The proposal to consolidate the Company's issued and outstanding shares on a one (1) new share per seventy-three (73) old share basis and the proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the Company's authorized share capital must be approved by the holders of at least a majority of our outstanding shares of common stock. The proposal to adjourn the Special Meeting to solicit additional proxies must be approved by holders of a majority of the voting power of a quorum, which consists of a majority of the voting power of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock.
Q: How does our board of directors recommend that I vote?
A: Our board of directors recommends that you vote "FOR" the proposal to consolidate the Company's issued and outstanding shares on a one (1) new share per seventy-three (73) old share basis, "FOR" the proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the Company's authorized share capital, and "FOR" the proposal to adjourn the Special Meeting for the purpose of soliciting additional Proxies, if necessary or appropriate.

A: The purpose of the proposed Share Consolidation and the proposed Increase in Authorized Share Capital is to make available additional shares of common stock for issuance for general corporate purposes, including financing activities, without the requirement of further action by the shareholders of the Company. The board of directors believes that the Share Consolidation and the Increase in Authorized Share Capital will provide the Company with greater flexibility and allow the issuance of additional shares of common stock in most cases without the expense or delay of seeking further approval from the shareholders. The Company is at all times investigating additional sources of financing which the board of directors believes will be in the Company's best interests and in the best interests of the shareholders of the Company.
Q: How many votes am I entitled to cast for each share of Dermisonics, Inc. stock I own?
A: For each share of our common stock that you own on August 28, 2007, the record date for the Special Meeting, you are entitled to cast one vote on each matter voted upon at the Special Meeting.
Q: I don't hold a significant number of Dermisonics, Inc. shares; do I still need to vote my shares?
A: Yes, your vote is important. Since we need the approval of at least a majority of all of our outstanding shares to approve each of the Share Consolidation and the Increase in Authorized Share Capital, your vote is important.

A: Before you vote, you should read this Proxy Statement in its entirety and carefully consider how the proposed Share Consolidation and the proposed Increase in Authorized Share Capital may affect you. Q: Can I change my vote after I have delivered my Proxy?
A: Yes, you may revoke and change your vote at any time before your Proxy Card is voted at the Special Meeting. You can do this in one of three ways:
. first, you can provide a written notice to the Company prior to the Special Meeting stating that you would like to revoke your Proxy;
. second, you can complete and submit a later dated Proxy in writing; or

GENERAL INFORMATION CONCERNING

SOLICITATION OF PROXIES

The Procedure

The proposed Share Consolidation and the proposed Increase in Authorized Share Capital require approval of the Company's shareholders under Nevada corporate law. Pursuant to Section 78.2055 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, the approval of at least a majority of the voting power of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock is required for approval of the Share Consolidation. Similarly, pursuant to Section 78.390(1)(b) of the Nevada Revised Statutes, the approval of at least a majority of the voting power of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock is required to approve the amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation to effectuate the increase in authorized share capital.

The Company will hold a Special Meeting of its stockholders at the offices of Lang Michener LLP, Suite 1500, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be:
1. to consider and vote on a proposal to consolidate the Company's issued and outstanding share capital on a one (1) new share per seventy-three (73) old shares basis, such that the Company's issued and outstanding share capital shall be reduced from 62,235,574 common shares to 852,542 common shares;
2. to consider and vote on a proposal to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized share capital of the Company from 100,000,000 shares of common stock to 500,000,000 shares of common stock with the same par value of $0.001 per share; and

The Record Date

As of August 28, 2007, there were 62,235,574 shares of the Company's common stock issued and outstanding. The common stock constitutes the sole outstanding class of voting securities of the Company. Each share of common stock entitles the holder thereof to one vote on all matters submitted to shareholders.

Solicitation of Proxies

Solicitation of Proxies by the Board will initially be made by mail, but may also be made in person or by mail, telephone, telecopy, telegram, facsimile or other means of communication by directors, officers and regular employees of the Company for no additional or special compensation. In addition, brokerage houses, banks, nominees, trustees, custodians and other fiduciaries may be requested by the Company to forward Proxy solicitation materials for shares of common stock held of record by them to the beneficial owners of such shares, and such fiduciaries will, upon request, be reimbursed by the Company for their reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred in connection therewith. PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION AND
INCREASE IN AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL

The board of directors is seeking shareholder approval to consolidate the Company's current issued and outstanding share capital on a one (1) new share per seventy-three (73) old share basis, such that the Company's issued and outstanding share capital shall be reduced from 62,235,574 common shares to 852,542 common shares. In addition, the board of directors is seeking shareholder approval to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized share capital of the Company from 100,000,000 shares of common stock to 500,000,000 shares of common stock with the same par value of $0.001 per share. The purpose of the proposed Share Consolidation and the proposed Increase in Authorized Share Capital is to make available additional shares of common stock for issuance for general corporate purposes, including financing activities, without the requirement of further action by the shareholders of the Company. The board of directors has considered potential uses of the additional authorized shares of common stock, which may include the seeking of additional equity financing through public or private offerings, establishing additional employee or director equity compensation plans or arrangements or for other general corporate purposes. The Share Consolidation and the Increase in Authorized Share Capital will provide the Company with greater flexibility and allow the issuance of additional shares of common stock in most cases without the expense or delay of seeking further approval from the shareholders. The Company is at all times investigating additional sources of financing which the board of directors believes will be in the Company's best interests and in the best interests of the shareholders of the Company.

The shares of common stock do not carry any pre-emptive rights. The adoption of the proposed Share Consolidation and the proposed Increase in Authorized Share Capital will not of themselves cause any changes in the Company's capital accounts.

The Share Consolidation and the Increase in Authorized Share Capital will not have any immediate effect on the rights of existing shareholders. However, the board of directors will have the authority to issue authorized shares of common stock without requiring future approval from the shareholders of such issuances, except as may be required by applicable law or exchange regulations. To the extent that additional authorized shares of common stock are issued in the future, they will decrease the existing shareholders' percentage equity ownership interests and, depending upon the price at which such shares of common stock are issued, could be dilutive to the existing shareholders. Any such issuance of additional shares of common stock could have the effect of diluting the earnings per share and book value per share of outstanding shares of common stock of the Company.

One of the effects of the proposed Share Consolidation and the proposed Increase in Authorized Share Capital, if adopted, however, may be to enable the board of directors to render it more difficult to or discourage an attempt to obtain control of the Company by means of a merger, tender offer, proxy contest or otherwise, and thereby protect the continuity of present management. The board of directors would, unless prohibited by applicable law, have additional shares of common stock available to effect transactions (including private placements) in which the number of the Company's outstanding shares would be increased and would thereby dilute the interest of any party attempting to gain control of the Company. Such action, however, could discourage an acquisition of the Company which the shareholders of the Company might view as desirable.

The Company has no current plans, proposals or arrangements to issue any of the additional shares that will become authorized share capital of the Company pursuant to the Share Consolidation and the Increase in Authorized Share Capital.

Under Nevada law the Company's shareholders are not entitled to appraisal rights with respect to the Share Consolidation or the Increase in Authorized Share Capital.

(2) Bruce K. Redding, Jr., one of our directors, is the president, chief executive officer, a director, and the owner of approximately 80% of the capital stock of Encapsulation Systems, Inc. ("ESI"). These shares (the "ESI Shares") had been held by a third party escrow agent subject to release as follows:

(A) ESI shall be entitled to distribute a number of the ESI Shares as may be required in order to satisfy claims of non-affiliates of ESI, as provided in a plan of reorganization of ESI to be approved by the Bankruptcy Court.

(B) Commencing after July 28, 2005, one ESI Share shall be released to ESI for each dollar of gross revenue derived by the Company from the commercial exploitation of certain intellectual property.

(C) On February 28, 2007 any ESI Shares held in escrow shall be released to ESI.

The Company is not a party to the escrow agreement but has no reason to believe that the provisions of the escrow agreement regarding the release of the ESI shares have not been followed.

Zur Zeit gibt es 62 Mio Aktien. Bis zu 100 Mio sind zur Zeit möglich. Aufstockung auf 500 Mio zeigt evt. das man einen Investor gefunden hat. Letzte Ausgabe von Aktien an Investoren waren 13 Mio zu 0,07 $.
Die möglichen 400 Mio Aktien reduzieren sich nach der Zusammenlegung 1/73 auf 6,8 Mio, die Investoren gegen Cash angeboten werden können. Berlin (ots) - Berlin (ots) - Im aktuellen PENNYSTOCK REPORT empfehlen die Analysten erneut die Dermisonics Inc. (News) (WKN: A0DK4Y / ISIN: US24983U1043). Seit der letzten Kaufempfehlung stieg die Aktie kurzfristig von 0,38 EUR auf über 0,70 EUR.
Dermisonics unterzeichnete einen Ein-Jahresvertrag mit der International Market Trend Inc. (IMT). IMT wird zukünftig Dermisonics im Bereich der Finanzkommunikation vertreten. Weiter wird Dermisonics nächste Woche ein groß angelegtes IR-Programm in den USA und in Deutschland starten. Grund des Programmstarts ist die aktuelle Pressemitteilung. Dermisonics konnte eine Finanzierung über 4,1 Millionen US-Dollar verkünden. Es wurden 7,2 Millionen Aktien bei zwei Luxemburger Fonds platziert. Geh mal auf google und gib Dermisonics report 2010 ein und ruf den zweiten Beitrag auf. Das ist ein Bericht für € 76,- zum bestellen. Irgend was stimmt doch nicht wenn die Firma eigentlich (Pleite) ist, warum gibts da noch ein Bericht?. Vielleicht ist der Patentstreit,das ich mal gelesen hatte, vorbei und die Firma hat das Patent wieder !!!

ja hab ich mir mal angeguckt....könnte aber eine weitere finte sein um Kohle abzuzocken...es gibt ja keine Firmenseite mehr oder ähnliches....kann jedenfalls nichts finden....die eigentliche Idee ist ja nach wie vor Genial deshalb hatte ich auch damals gekauft.

Danke für den Hinweis! Sieht mir sehr sonderbar aus. Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass irgendjemand dafür 76 Pfund ausgeben würde. Gibt wohl kaum jemanden, dessen Aktien noch mehr wie das wert sind...
Dermisonics haben ja keine Mitarbeiter mehr und horrende Schulden, kann mir nicht vorstellen, was auf diesen 25 Seiten stehen soll.
Klar, die Idee war genial, sonst hätt ich damals auch nicht gekauft.

Ich weiss nur noch, dass eine Studie rauskam, die die Verträglichkeit der Pflaster auf der Haut belegen sollten. Darauf hin verdreifachte sich der Kurs innert kürzester Zeit.
Danach - statt weitere erwartete Studien rauszubringen - kam nix mehr, das Geld ging aus, Patentrechte wurden angefochten und der Kurs nahm seinen uns gut bekannten Lauf

Tatsächlich, die versuchen nochmal was. Die Firma sei seit August 2010 wieder administrativ lebendig. Der Quartal 3-Bericht ist grad rausgekommen, obwohl nicht viel interessantes drin steht... Mal schaun wies hier weiter geht. Vielleicht kann man ja die Firma noch irgendwie als börsenkotierten Mantel verscherbeln!

Geh mal auf www.finanznachrichten.de, da kannst du ihn dir angucken. Aber wie schon gesagt, es steht nicht viel drin. Trotzdem war ich sehr angetan davon, man bedenke, dass jetzt schon ziemlich lange Funkstille herrscht...

Genau, das ist es ja. Sie sind nun durch irgendein Gerichtsurteil wieder aktiv und müssen deshalb wieder Berichte schreiben. Dadurch kommen zukünftig aber zwangsläufig auch wieder Verluste, wenn nix passiert, braucht ja Arbeitszeit und Infrastruktur dafür...
