Belo Sun Announces Filing of Technical Report

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 27, 2012)

Belo Sun Mining Corp. (TSX:BSX) (the "Company" or "Belo Sun") announces that further to its news release dated June 11, 2012, it has filed a new technical report (the "Technical Report") in respect of the Company's 100%-owned Volta Grande gold project in Para State, Brazil (the "Project"). The Technical Report was prepared to include a mineral resource estimate for the newly delineated South Block deposits (named the Pequi, Grande and Itata deposits), at the Project.

The Technical Report, entitled "Mineral Resource Technical Report on the Volta Grande Project, Pará, Brazil", was authored by Carlos Henrique Cravo Costa, P. Geo., who is a "qualified person" as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and the Director of Belo Sun Mineração Ltda., the Company's wholly owned subsidiary. The Technical Report is dated effective July 26, 2012 and may be found under the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

Die Chancen sind jedoch die gleichen bzw. haben sich noch erhöht.
Auch Insider kaufen weiter zu; und der Goldpreis sollte seine (künstlich erzwungene) Zwischenkonsolidierung bald überwunden haben...

Belo Sun Announces Brazilian Court Repeals Injunction

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 27, 2013) - Belo Sun Mining Corp. (TSX:BSX) (the "Company" or "Belo Sun") has received notice that the Court of Appeal Judge (Tribunal Regional Federal) has overturned the preliminary interlocutors decision of the Federal Judge of Altamira and has repealed the injunction sought by the Brazilian Public Prosecutor's Office ("MPF") against the State Government of Para ("SEMA") and the Company. Globe says Belo Sun hits licensing snag in Brazil

The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday edition a Brazilian court has suspended the environmental and provisional licences of Belo Sun Mining. The Globe's Stephanie Nolen writes this puts a significant new obstacle in the way of the company's plans to develop Brazil's largest gold mine on a tributary of the Amazon. Last November a federal court suspended the company's environmental permit, saying Belo Sun had not taken necessary steps to analyze the mine's potential impact on indigenous peoples. In December, Belo Sun won temporary permission to keep operating while awaiting a final ruling, and when that ruling came last week, the judge said the mine would cause "negative and irreversible damage to the quality of life and cultural heritage" of the Juruna and Arara peoples and that Belo Sun must complete a study of this issue before it can proceed. Chief executive officer Mark Eaton said the indigenous impact study is already under way and that the new ruling does not extend the company's timeline for production. Mr. Eaton said the company needs another five months to finish the study, and will "probably appeal" the federal court suspension. Belo Sun closed Monday at 17.5 cents, down half a cent.

Im Lichte der jüngsten Ereignisse (wirtschaftsfreundliche Regierung für mindestens ein halbes Jahr an der Macht, aber "fora Dilma" wird kaum zurückkommen können, wird Brasilien als Investitionsland wieder interessanter.

Der bras. Real hat in diesem Jahr ausserdem über 19% an Aussenwert zugelegt.

Gesellschaften wie Belo Sun oder Brasil Resources (BRI.V) scheinen mir als Explorer mit grossem Potential interessant. Die beiden Hinweise stammen von Rick Rule (Sprott).

Die Genehmigung für die Mine ist nun da. Damit ist BSX wieder interessant.

Auf jeden Fall ist "Agnico" nach meinen Informationen Großaktionär und es gibt Leute die behaupten das die Liegenschaft von BSX das Portfolio von "Agnico" gut ergänzen würde.
