Bist duch auch in Terra Tech investiert oder hast die die nur auf der Watchlist?

Ich bin seit 2 Wochen dabei, lief ja bisher echt spitze.

An dem "Greenrush" in den USA scheint ja tatsächlich etwas dran zu sein.

Nein hab momentan nur TerraTech im Depot. Weitere 14 Cannabis-Aktien sind auf Watch. Sind viele dabei die ich für aussichtsreich halte.

Da ich aber momentan zu 80% in ARIAD drin bin (Übernahmegerüchte + Turnaroundstory), habe ich momentan kein Kapital weiter frei.

Ariad hatte ich auch schon zweimal nach dem Absturz, hat sich bisher immer gelohnt. Zur Zeit nur Watchlist. Hier ist sicherlich noch einiges drin.

14? Wow, das ist viel.

Ich denke im Bereich Cannabisaktien ist zur Zeit noch viel heiße Luft dabei, aber so ist das bei einem Hype, geht erstmal alles hoch, egal was dahinter steckt. Ähnlich wie die Dotcomblase Ende der 90er.

Meiner Recherche nach scheint Terra Tech eines der besseren Investments in dem Bereich zu sein.
GW Pharma und Growlife halte ich auch für ausssichtsreich und nachhaltig.

Zur Zeit sieht alles danach aus, dass wir den $ erreichen.
Das wären gut 80 % Plus, stand heute.

Terra Corp war ja im Q3, ohne Cannabis, ja schon fast profitabel.
Im Q4 sollte ein Plus stehen.
Wenn Terra Tech es schafft jedes Quartal die Umsätze und den Profit zu erhöhen, und das halte ich für wahrscheinlich, dann kann das ein super Investment werden.

Der CEO, Derek Peterson, kommt von der Wallstreet, d. h. er weiß worauf es ankommt. Was man da so alles an Partnerschaften und Expansionsinitativen sieht, stimmt mich sehr positiv.

Gebe Dir Recht. Terra Tech ist ja vom Portfolio schon länger gut aufgestellt und das Cannabis-Geschäft konnte somit wunderbar integriert werden.
Produktpalette ist vielseitig und nicht wie bei anderen Cannabiswerten auf ein Gebiet zugeschnitten.
Bin positiv was die Zukunft angeht --> sonst wäre ich ja auch nicht eingestiegen :-)

Ja, du hast recht, der Kursverlauf passt nicht zu den gestrigen positiven Meldungen.

Soweit ich das überblicken kann, hat heute der ganzen Cannabissektor nachgegeben. Das wäre vielleicht ein Grund.

Auf der anderen Seite, die 0,50 USD haben gehalten und wir sind immer noch im positiven Trend, ich denke 0,50 USD ist ein starker Support, von hier kann es weiter steigen, jeden Tag 10 % gibts hier leider auch nicht, muss ja auch mal ein Rücksetzer geben.

Ja Stimmt. Der komplette Sektor war gestern rot. Bis auf 2-3 Ausnahmen alle Cannabisaktien tiefrot. Da hat sich TRTC im Verhältniss sogar noch gut gehalten.
Aber warum ist der Sektor gestern so eingebrochen? Gab es irgendwo BAD News????

Bad News gab es m. W. keine.

Schau dir mal den OTC-Chart an, nach den letzten starken Anstiegen gab es immer eine Korrektur in Höhe von ca. 0,10 USD, so auch jetzt.
Somit ist alles im grünen Bereich. So lange die 0,50 USD nicht unterschritten werden, sind wir noch im Aufwärtstrend.

Starke Kursschwankungen sind hier normal, wenn es 40 % hoch geht, kann es auch mal 10 % runter gehen.

Da muss man cool bleiben, das hier ist ja kein Bluechip.;-)

Some quickly came up with, Oh but TRTC always told
New 5-Acre Greenhouse annually $ 10 Mn and now
what’s the matter, because they need every Quarter or
3 Months to complete an other Section with Seedlings
until end of 2014.
This where the Seedlings depending on the Kind of Plants
will take 8 - 12 Weeks to be ready to generate Profits
by Products To Sell !!
It was not correct of TRTC to inform April 2014 5-Acre
Greenhouse ready at Full Capacity. Need to Say This !

But don’t worry this means not “No Profit”, contrary.
As said, it depends also on the Kind of Plants, for
example “Lettuce” under intense daily 16 hours Day-
Light also by LED- Lights will be ready after 8 Weeks
and otherwise about 12 Weeks Grow- Cycle and then
the Plant is gone and sold with the Roots.
At for example Tomatoes, from Seedling to Products
to Sell it takes about 8 - 12 Weeks and the Plants can
during 10 Months produce Tomatoes under busy Bumble-
Bees Support and get about 15 Feet High !

As seen here at Thanet UK’s world biggest Hydroponic
Greenhouse of 220- Acres, they produce Tomatoes from
February to November 10 Months and during 2 Months
by Seedlings will completely reconditioning with New

Means at Thanet, the way they have organized the
Production, depending on the Kind of Plants they
have every year 2 - 3 Months of not any Plants
Profits, but at Edible Garden it looks different the
way they organizing the Production for All Year

house to have always ¼ of 3 Months with Seedlings
and ¾ or 75% as under Profit Production Condition
and this resulting to Annual Revenues of $ 10 Mn !

Greenhouse to Start, do we have in 2014 the situation
of per ¼ = Revenue $ 3,333 Mn, from April to September
for 2/4 = Revenue $ 6,666 Mn and the last ¼ October

At the Indiana 30-Acre Greenhouse they started already
in November 2013 and the former Flower- Production
where the Plants usually not longer than 3 Months last,
can relatively quickly cleaned and with Bio-Vegetable
and Herbs reconditioned ! For sure as from February
2014 Indiana Revenues will start to flow and by the
Hydroponic completion at GrowRite as from January
2014 the Revenues will also be increased with the
same also by NB Plants and not to forget Florida !
We should also get TRTC reconfirmations of above.
TRTC’s Edible Garden Corp. Av. Margin is 18,5 % !!

When we look now to all this, sure somebody would
come and say, well but in that case Butterfly should
modify his 2014 Stock- Price Valuation, as principally
correct. Sure I will do it as soon I have the time for,
but please keep also in mind, at that Valuation there
are so many things not taken into calculation to be
save and additionally for a Penny Stock PE 60x is
more like a Joke, about middle of NASDAQ, because
much too low compare the Reality when we generally
look and compare the PE of Penny Stocks, Right ?!

TALLAHASSEE, Florida (Reuters) - Florida state legislators introduced identical bills on Monday to legalize medical marijuana treatment in the 2014 legislative session, in a bid to win approval before a constitutional amendment on the issue comes up for a public vote in November.

Senators Jeff Clemens and Joe Saunders, both Democrats, brought numerous patients and their family members to the unveiling of their bill, which would effectively implement by statute the constitutional amendment that is on the November ballot

"This bill puts patients before politics," said Cathy Jordan of Parrish, president of the Florida Cannabis Action Network, who has lived 28 years with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig Disease.

Jordan, whose speech is slurred by her illness, sat in her wheelchair next to her husband, Robert, who read her statement at a news conference in front of the Florida Senate.

The amendment, and the newly introduced legislation, would specify tight state regulation for doctors to prescribe marijuana for treatment of conditions like cancer, HIV/AIDS, ALS and other severe afflictions.

Identically worded bills were introduced in both houses of the state legislature on Monday, offering greater ease of passage.

The session starting March 4 will mark the fourth year such a bill has been introduced. Republican legislative leaders, along with Governor Rick Scott and Attorney General Pam Bondi, vigorously oppose the constitutional amendment.

The Florida Supreme Court approved the ballot language on the amendment, though, and it will become law if 60 percent of the voters approve it next November.

Polls show the ballot proposal has a strong chance of success. If the amendment passes, Saunders said the 2015 Legislature will have to pass implementing legislation specifying "how will we grow it, how will people who need it get access to it and how will those who are seeking to abuse it receive consequences?

While Republican leaders oppose the medical marijuana amendment, a separate bill allowing use of a non-euphoric marijuana extract known as "Charlotte's Web" is also making progress in the Florida House. The derivative is drawn from a portion of the marijuana plant that does not get users high, but has shown results in treating seizures.

The constitutional amendment is seen as a driver for Democratic voter turnout at the polls in November. The petition campaign that put it on the ballot was bankrolled by Orlando attorney John Morgan, a close ally of former Governor Charlie Crist, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for another term as governor.

Crist supports the amendment and political observers expect the referendum will draw more young and minority voters, who tend to vote Democratic.

Sehr ärgerlich, ich habe eigentlich gedacht, dass es gestern dreht.
Na ja, erstens kommt es anders und zweitens als man denkt.

Hoffen wir mal das das ein Rausschütteln der Zittrigen Hände war. Fundamental hat sich für Terra Tech ja nichts verschlechtert, im Gegenteil, die Meldungen der letzten tage waren gut.

Die großen haben wieder aufgeladen, die Volumen waren ja ziemlich hoch, jetzt kann es ja wieder hochgehen, sagen wir mal bis 0,80 USD, dann wieder Rausschütteln bis 0,60 USD, dann knacken wir den 1 USD.

Hmmm... kleine Einschätzung zwischendurch.

Terra Tech Corp. (OTCMKTS:TRTC, TRTC message board) had a successful trading session on Feb. 4, closing 35.40% up. Its upward surge didn't last long, however – the company's last two trading sessions ended in the red, closing 7.09% and 9.00% down, respectively.

News of the partnership between TRTC and Inergetics Inc. (OTCMKTS:NRTI) certainly made a splash. TRTC stated that it aims to combine Inergetics's expertise in successfully developing and marketing nutritional supplements with TRTC's own agricultural expertise and established distribution network. TRTC investors saw that as their cue to start buying aggressively and the ticker soared for a session. That happened a week ago.




As expected, the hype died out quickly as the news went cold. Two days later TRTC made another attempt to re-ignite it by announcing the launch of their GrowMass program. The release was perfectly timed to push the ticker upwards, but failed to do so. Evidently the news that TRTC is going to give qualified permit winners access “to high quality, commercial grade cultivation equipment” was not as impressive to potential investors as company officials might have hoped.

Offering free consultations on the manufacture and use of its facilities didn't seem to do the company's market standing any good either, as the news proved largely irrelevant next to the other announcement made by the company on the very same date.

Said announcement turned out to be the first relevant news to come out of the company for some time now. It was issued in the form of a press release by TRTC, that was published on Feb. 6 and informed investors of the company's purchase agreement with Dominion Capital LLC.

Under the terms of the Purchase Agreement, Dominion is to purchase up to $6,550,000 worth of TRTC common stock in 12 tranches over the period of one year, starting Aug. 5, 2014, at a price TRTC later estimated to be “approximately $0.30753 per share”.

It is obvious how such an agreement may eventually give the company some financial reach, however its effect on TRTC's market standing was immediate and negative to say the least.

The 8-K that made it official wasn't filed until Feb. 10, but by then the news that stock will be sold at half its current price had already pushed the ticker down significantly. As it was, even the optimistic statements of Derek Peterson failed to halt its descent. Obviously investors didn't find the news that TRTC's sustainable and locally-grown produce is now available at DeMoulas Market Basket throughout Massachusetts as “thrilling” as the company's CEO did, especially in light of other recent news.

Another thing that investors might have found disconcerting is the fact that the company's secretary and treasurer Amy Almsteier has sold 2.5 million shares of common stock since December. Under the circumstances, it is no wonder that TRTC stock fell nearly a dime and closed at $0.507 yesterday.

War ne blöde Zeit letzte Woche. Jetzt will ich nochmal neu starten und glaube Terra ist eine ganz gute Sache - scheint aber noch etwas runter zu gehen. Meine Frage, ob Ihr in Dtl. oder direkt an der OTC kauft. Was ist besser? (bin noch nicht so,lange "im Geschäft")

Gibt´s noch andere Play´s die Ihr empfelen könnt? Evtl. per Nachricht, damit der Thread hier nicht gestört wird.

herzlich willkommen!
Also ich habe Terra Tech in Deutschland gekauft. Da bin ich momentan flexibler, da Abends viel unterwegs. Handle generell aber auch in US. Bin hier auch erst vor paar Tagen (freitag) rein, seitdem ich Terra seit Wochen auf Watch hatte. War natürlich zum Höchstkurs :-( Halte sie aber für sehr aussichtsreich und die Votalität muss man halt aussitzen.
Den krassen Absturz von 0,60$(mein Einstieg) auf jetzt 0,38$ halte ich für absolut übertrieben und kann es mir auch gar nicht erklären.

Hier ist definitv einiges drin, die Dips muss man aussitzen oder nachlegen, oder man schafft es die Ups and Downs zu traden? Aber wer findet schon die optimalen Ein- und Ausstiegspunkte...da müsste man ja standig mit dem Finger am Abzug auf den Kurs schauen.

Habe auch vor einigen Tagen gekauft (Nasdaq OTC). Ich bin leicht im Plus. Heute zu Beginn in US, alle meine anderen Aktien, HEMP, MJNA, EAPH (allesamt auch erst einige Tage alt) alle wieder viel verloren, nicht so bei TRTC. Wenn sich´s wieder gegen Ende dreht, bin ich auch da (hoffentlich) leict im Plus. Heute versuche ich noch SK3 Group (SKTO) für 0.36 zu kaufen, gehen auch leicht runter im Moment.

Allgemein gesprochen ist es halt schei... dass man so "relativ spät" von diesem Boom erfahren hat. Die Meisten sitzen schon mit vielen 100 Prozent auf der sicheren Seite. Da ist einerseits die Angst (bei mir), das nach diesem 600- 1000%tigem Anstieg es um einen großen Prozentsatz wieder runter geht. Andererseits ist die ganze Branche erst im Aufbruch. Naja, ich bin ganz gut nach der letzten Konsolidierung eingestiegen, ob das aber wirklich schon alles war? Es sieht immer noch recht "wackelig" aus.

Ich bin noch dabei, hab auch nicht vor so schnell auszusteigen.
Ist doch alles gut, bis auf die Tatsache, das Kurs mal einen Gang runter geschaltet hat, war aber auch nach dem krassen Anstieg wohl nötig.

In Kürze kommen die Zahlen zu Q4, hier sollte erstmals ein Gewinn stehen und das ohne Cannabis.

Ich hoffe das wir dann die 0,60 USD nachhaltig überwinden.

Hallo, bin neu hier. Schön, dass es hier auch Investoren gibt, die TRTC als interessante Anlage ansehen.
Die aktuellsten Infos und Meinungen über TRTC erfahre ich über IHUB, doch würde es mich freuen, wenn auch in Deutschland die Fangemeinde für Terrra Tech grösser werden würde. Wieviel leute sind hier in diesem Thread aktiv? Zwei? Vielleicht werden es ja noch mehr?
Lt. meinen amerikanischen Investorenkollegen sollten die Q4/2013-Zahlen Ende diesen Monats herauskommen und die Q1/2014 Mitte Mai 2014.

Warum ging es am Freitag nach oben? Ausbruch aus dem Seitwärtstrendkanal? Ich abonniere aus den USA mehrere Börsenbriefe und zwei davon, welche hauptsächlich Momentumaktien im Fokus haben, haben unabhängig voneinander TRTC empfohlen. Kursziel 1 Dollar + .
Ich selbst werde TRTC mehrere Jahre halten, da ich es als ein gut aufgestelltes Unternehmen halte. Auch wenn es vorerst noch wenig oder gar kein Geld mit Marijuhana verdient, wird es alleine durch die Edible Garden- Produkte einen stetigen und ansteigenden Umsatz erwirtschaften.
CEO Peterson hatte nach Börsenschluss ein Interview auf Blomberg TV.
Nächste Woche sollen voraussichtlich die ersten Zahlen für die Steuereinnahmen in Colorado bekanntgegeben werden. Seit Januar nimmt Colorado durch Marijuhana zusätzliche Steuern durch die Legalisierung von Marijuhana ein.
Bin auch auf nächste Woche gespannt.

Es freut mich, dass es noch mehr Leute gibt, die Interesse an Terra Tech haben, bzw. Terra Tech als Langfristinvestment sehen und nicht nur als Zock.

Wie du schon geschrieben hast, Terra Tech ist OHNE Cannabis schon sehr gut für die Zukunft aufgestellt und sollte jedes Quartal seine Umsäzze signifikant steigern können, wenn sich dann auch noch das Cannabisgeschäft auszahlt...Boom!

Wenn das Momentum bei den Cannabisaktien weiterhin positiv bleibt, Terra Tech Ende März und im Mai gute Zahlen abliefert, sehen wir hier bald den 1 USD.

Hallo Ralph,
schön das Du hier mit aufspringst. Lese ebenfalls viel im IHUb mit und hole mir dort den Großteil an Infos, da dort die News am schnellsten zu finden sind.
Der Kurssprung am Freitag hat wohl mit der Bekanntgabe zu tun, das Inergetics als Partner von TRTC den Dr. Shao "verpflichtet" hat. Und der hat einen richtigen Plan was F&E angeht.
Siehe meinen Beitrag NR.60, da hab ich den Artikel mal eingestellt. Wahrscheinlich ist das bei den Amis etwas später angekommen und hat den Kurs geholfen, aus der seitwärtsbewegung auszubrechen.

Ich denke wir werden im Zuge der Zahlen im Mai den Dollar überspringen, bis dahin sind es noch 0,30 USD, ca. 40 %. Vorher kann ich mir es ehrlich gesagt nicht vorstellen.

Heute wird erst nochmal hochgehen, das wird sich aber im Laufe der Woche abkühlen und der Kurs kommt wieder etwas zurück, so war es das letzte mal bei einem starken Anstieg auch gewesen. Ich hoffe das wir uns dann erstmal so bei 0,70 USD einpendeln.

Uplisting an die NASDAQ wäre natürlich klasse.
Falls das kommt, gibt es sicherlich ein Aktiensplit.

bin hier auch investiert. Vorab: bin relativ neu in Aktien, MJ-Aktien sowieso – also alles nur meine bescheidene Meinung – wenig Kenntnisse!
Also:
Terra scheint das seriöseste Unternehmen in diesem Bereich zu sein; allerdings sind nicht so drastische Anstiege wie bei evtl. anderen zu erwarten.
Ich denke auch dass es nach dem heutigen Interview noch eins, zwei Tage hoch geht – dann scheint der nächste Catalysator die Umsatzzahlen Ende März zu sein. Sollte man also spätestens Freitag, wo generell immer Gewinnmitnahmen zu erwarten sind , kurzfristig wieder raus gehen. Es ist halt traurig, dass heutzutage gute News immer nur wenige Tage (manchmal nur einen Tag) halten. Ohne das absolute Tief / und Hoch zu erreichen, kann man trotzdem ein paar Punkte gut machen.
Ich lese auch ihub. Über ihub wurde allerdings schon sehr negativ (zu Recht) geschrieben. Da haben einige – sogar die Boardbetreiber – Ihre eigene Agenda. Trotzdem gibt es da auch objektive Leute/ Informationen. Ist halt nicht immer leicht, dass zu durchschauen Hier noch ein Link.zu einer Facebook Comunity, die sehr objektiv – ohne Bashing und Pumping ist. Ich bin KEIN Facebooker!!! aber diese Seite ist o.k. Steht Terra im Vordergrund, aber auch andere MJ-Aktien.

Also ich teile Deine Meinung zum seriösen Unternehmen in diesem Sektor. Und da es halt keine kleine Zockerklitsche mehr ist wird man hier auch keine 100% Sprünge am Tag sehen.

Aber warum sollte man Freitag raus gehen? Sicher kann es Gewinnmitnahmen geben, aber wer long ist kann diese Rücksetzer eher zum Nachkaufen nutzen. raus und rein ist schon wieder viel zu viel Trading für mich-->und genau da fängt wieder das zocken an.

Für mich ganz klar long und an Freitagen eben nicht raus! Was wenn übers WE News kommen? Dann steht ma Montag da und schaut hinterher...

Traden - das stört mich ja auch, aber . .

- man kann mit dem gleichen Geld wieder ein paar mehr kaufen.
- wie gesagt, die News halten nicht lange und es geht meistens zurück
- morgen soll es noch ein Gupta-Interview geben, danach halt nix mehr neues bis zu den Zahlen!
- deshalb Freitag späteste Zeitpunk raus zu gehen, weil am Freitag noch die "normalen" GewinnMN dazu kommen. Natürlich am Freitäglichen Tiefpunkt kurz vor Schluß wieder kaufen, oder eben nicht, da keine News zu erwarten sind.

Ich vermute der Kurs dümpelt bis zu den Zahlen so dahin und geht runter.

Natürlich liegt man nicht immer richtig und den Tiefstpunkt erreicht man nie, aber ein paar Punkte schon. Unvorhergesehene News sind natürlich immer "drin", aber eher selten - die meisten Catalysatoren kennt man ja , wie z.B. die Interviews (hab kurz davor gekauft) und wie gesagt die zu erwartenden positiven Zahlen Ende März. Früher war wohl das ein kurzer Zeitraum (2-3 Wochen) wo es kaum Rücksetzer gab, aber heute reicht dieser Zeitraum schon aus, das der Kurs runter geht.

Wie gesagt, ich will nicht besonders "klug" klingen , aber die kurze Zeit (ca. 2 Jahre "Erfahrung") hat gereicht um dies zu erkennen. Vermutlich ist das bei bluechips anders - bin halt da nicht "tätig".

Ich bin zwar mit meinem Portfolio fast auschlißelich in US-Werte investiert, in den USA direkt habe ich aber bisher noch nicht gekauft.
Ein Kauf an der OTC direkt kostet doch auch ziemlich viel Gebühren, oder?

Klasse war auch der kurze Absturz kurz nach Handelsbeginn,
und das Volumen dazu, ein sicheres Zeichen für weiter steigende Kurse.
Da haben einge ma wieder teuer Lehrgeld bezahlt...

Wie gehts wohl weiter?
RSI ist bei 77.
Könnte also noch ein bißchen steigen.

Aber das wir den 1 USD jetzt so "einfach" dauerhaft durchbrechen kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.

Einfach so sicher nicht. Aber er ist auf jeden Fall das nächste Ziel.
Wann wir ihn erreichen ist schwer zu sagen, könnte aber spätestens nach den Zahlen soweit sein.

Ich habe übrigens Depots bei Diba und Comdirect. Hab neulich mal alles auf Comdirect umgeschichtet da ich dort momentan die günstigeren Ordergebühren habe.

During the first month of recreational marijuana sales, Colorado's licensed dispensaries generated a total of more than $14 million, putting about $2 million of tax revenue into state coffers in the process.

The state Department of Revenue released the figures on Monday, which showed how much Colorado has taken in from both medical and recreational marijuana taxes and fees.

The medical marijuana sales for January generated an additional $900,000 in sales tax, for a total tax revenue of $2.9 million for both sides of the state's marijuana dispensary market. Including fees, the figure jumps to $3.5 million.

"The first month of sales for recreational marijuana fell in line with expectations," Barbara Brohl, executive director of the department, said in a statement. "We expect clear revenue patterns will emerge by April and plan to incorporate this data into future forecasts."

The figures represent the tax returns from 59 businesses around Colorado, according to the department.

The recreational marijuana tax numbers come from two levies that state voters approved last November -- a 10 percent special sales tax and a 15 percent excise tax.

Gov. John Hickenlooper (D) recently announced that he expects that the combined sales from both legal medical and recreational marijuana in the state will reach nearly $1 billion in the next fiscal year -- about $600 million of that is projected to come from just recreational sales. The state stands to collect at least $134 million in taxes and fees.

The first week of sales was robust in the state. With only 37 dispensaries open at the time, they collectively brought in roughly $5 million in total sales.

Although the initial crush of retail pot sales has tapered off since January, sales and tax figures are expected to remain steady with more than 150 recreational marijuana dispensaries now licensed, and more added to that list every month.

Though the first $40 million in tax revenue from the industry is flagged for school construction, Hickenlooper has proposed that the state use additional revenue to fund a statewide media campaign to address substance abuse treatment and highlight the risks associated with drug use.

Der Anstieg von 0,50 USD bis 1,40 USD ist bombastisch!

Fünf Tage grün, mit mindestens 10 % Plus, Kursrückgang gibts lediglich intraday, alles wird aufgekauft, super Volumen, das kommt ja einer Neubewertung gleich.

Zur Zeit kann man den Kollegen in den USA nur beipflichten:
Buy the Dips - LONG AND STRONG TRTC

Das Cannabisbusiness wird ja mit dem neuen Markt Ende der 90er verglichen, Paralellen sind da, war da zwar nicht live dabei, hab aber dazu einiges gelesen, damals stieg ja auch jede Aktien, die auch nur um entferntesten mit Internet zu tun hätte, so was in der Art sehen wir wohl hier bei den Cannabisaktien. Klassiche Bewertung ist hier außen vor, hier entwickelt sich wohl ein Hype. Und Achtung, den letzten beißen die Hunde!
Aber bis dahin ist es noch...

Wer weiß was kurstechnisch bei TRTC noch alles drin ist, trotz fettem Plus, verkaufe ich keine einzige Aktie.

Alles nur meine persönliche Einschätzung.

Ich habe neben Comdirekt 3 Depots in US-Dollar.
1)Bei Tradeking bezahle ich 4,95 USD (egal welche Stückzahl)
2)Bei Agora 1,1 % vom Auftragswert , mindestens 6,60 USD
3) Und bei Etrade 9.99 USD (egal welche Stückzahl)

Tradeking ist von den Gebühren am günstigsten, aaaaber...man kann nur Aktien ab einem Wert von 0,01 Dollar kaufen. Und nur 50.000 Stk pro Order. Der Mindestkurswert von 0,01 USD interessiert uns ja bei TRTC nicht... :-)




TRTC ist phänomenal. Ich werde diese Aktie noch mindestens bis 2016 halten.

Yesterday the stock price of Terra Tech Corp. (OTCMKTS:TRTC, TRTC message board) parked itself at a new high by the closing bell. The ticker went through some major swings in both directions, but ultimately ended the session at $1.40 per share, or another 18% up.
TRTC is soaring ever higher, logging a fifth green session in a row. It may already be getting a little dangerously high as yesterday volatility was rampant. After opening at $1.32 with a significant gap up, the ticker bounced as high as $1.42 intra-day, but also dipped below a dollar per share. An intra-day swing amounting to about 35% of the closing price could be a sign that momentum is waning.




TRTC CEO Mr. Peterson's appearance on Fox Business didn't quite manage to command as big a green run as those of the previous sessions, even though it got many investors excited. Additionally, an article appearing on Seeking Alpha cast TRTC in a very favorable light, more or less suggesting that it could be a good stock to go long in. The article in question is practically devoid of any merits as its disclaimer states the author has a long position in TRTC.

TRTC is a company that is still making money off its edible greens produce and despite having an installed base of hydroponic equipment in several locations across the U.S., it's not growing marijuana in those and it's not too clear when it thinks it could start doing that. While it's true that the company has secured access to lines of capital, those involve conditions that we have examined multiple times in the past, which have the potential to hurt retail shareholders through convertible notes that convert at significant discounts from the current price of $1.40 per share, or as low as $0.30 per share.

3TRTC_Logo.jpgHas enough changed fundamentally from the time TRTC was trading at under $0.10, just three months ago, to warrant the company's valuation to shoot to over $170 million? Traders are best left answering this one on their own, doing their own due diligence on the company and going through its official public filings.

Pot tickers propelled by the continuing frenzy in this sector of the OTC dominated the volume charts yesterday. Growlife, Inc. (OTCBB:PHOT) outperformed TRTC in terms of total dollar volume but slid 8% down. Medical Marijuana, Inc. (OTCMKTS:MJNA) also closed down, stopping 5% down at the bell.

TRTC slid down more than 11% to $1.24, on selling volumes above $17 million. This makes the ticker among the bigger losers of the Marijuana index, which had few winners on Thursday. trtc1403.png
And TRTC does not even need to fabricate its own publicity- by now, mainstream news sources such as Bloomberg took notice that TRTC is an experienced greenhouse company, and could take a pivotal role as the demand for recreational or medical cannabis expands. TRTC has the potential to benefit from almost all mainstream mentions of marijuana, whether related to the business or the regulation side of the matter.NRTI1403.png

Now, the big news for TRTC would be the next bout of earnings results, and the expectations of investors may bring up the stock price to new heights, with $2 a reachable target.


Also, the structure and experience of TRTC seem much better compared to the other numerous opportunities for exposure to the MMJ sector. In all, this ticker remains a powerhouse, though not without the risk of setbacks, if the sector as a whole starts losing its bubble features.

TRTC, as other similar offers, is also not yet a truly MMJ company- its past quarters rely on other produce to prop up the bottom line. For now, perhaps the only direct revenues should come from dispensaries, and TRTC for now is only in the partnership stage of offering medical cannabis.

Recently, TRTC received a recommendation from Seeking Alpha, deeming it worthy of "microcap speculative investment", meaning that the waters are less murky, the company is actively communicating its clear goals, and it has access to financing for its expansion. Still, while not resembling a mere flash-in-the-pan MMJ stock, TRTC hides enough risks, mostly due to its over-inflated price range. What helps TRTC is that differently from cheaper selections, it is not flipped and traded actively, despite the positive days, and so enjoys stability on good daily volumes.

One of the latest PR messages sees TRTC unite forces with Inergetics, Inc. (OTCMKTS:NRTI), a producer of nutritional supplements. The graph of NRTI is a strange recall of the climb of TRTC, though at a lower range. NRTI recently tried to reach $0.30, but after Thursday also proved shaky, is now at around $0.25.

A similar story unrolls for Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. (OTCMKTS:FITX), which still hangs at around $0.08. This ticker also had its best days in February, and is now sinking lower, though more slowly.

Der Kurs kommt in den letzten Tagen wieder etwas zurück, nach dem Anstieg ist das okay und notwendig, war nach dem letzten Anstieg auch nicht anders. Den Dollar sollten wir nun aber sicher haben, hätte ich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt echt nicht erwartet.

Ich frage mich nun, in wie weit, die, voraussichlich guten Zahlen von Q4, nun Auswirkung auf den Kurs haben?

MCig hat am 17.03. das erste grüne Quartal der Firmengeschichte gemeldet, ein fettes Plus war die Folge.

Wäre schön, wenn dies bei Terra Tech ebenfalls passieren würde und wir die 1,50 USD nachhaltig überspringen. :-)

Von 1,40 jetzt wieder auf 1,04$ zurück ist trotzdem ganz schön heftig und frustrierend

Das war beim letzten Anstieg genauso, wir waren intraday über 0,60 USD, dann teilweise runter bis 0,43 USD, das waren auch -30%.
Jetzt von 1,40 USD bis 1,04 USD sind -25%. Also, alles im grünen Bereich.

Klar, es ist nicht schön, wenn man den Gewinn teilweise wieder abgeben muss, aber, erstens, wer findet schon die optimalen Ein-und Austiegspunkte?
Zweitens, deine Gewinne musst du ja auch versteuern, wir machen hier ja nicht den Hoeneß.
Bei jeder Gewinnrealisierung über dem Freibetrag bist du 1/4 deiner Gewinne wieder los.

Wenn man von Terra Tech überzeugt ist, und die Rücksetzer in Kauf nehmen kann, lebt es sich hier mit LONG and STRONG entspannter!

Oder man legt sich hier zu dem Langfristivestment noch ne Position zum traden an?

Wobei man sagen muss, die Rücksetzer sind schon ziemlich groß.
2 Schritte nach vorne, einer zurück, am besten die Woche nicht mehr nach dem Kurs schauen, nächste Woche dann ein fettes Gap Up nach den Zahlen.

Gestern haben viele Cannabis-Aktien im Rot geschlossen. Einer der Gründe könnte der Handelsstopp von CANN gewesen sein. Viele Anleger sind gestern aus den hochspekulativen Cannabisaktien ausgestiegen und haben Gewinne mitgenommen und sind auf Aktien, wie z.B. TRTC umgestiegen, die ein solides Geschäftsmodell besitzen. Qualität ist hier das Ausschlaggebende, die man bei TRTC vorfindet. Sehr gutes Management, CEO Derek Peterson, vormals Wallstreet-Banker, macht einen sehr guten Job, die Idee sich ein zweites Standbein mit Edible Garden aufzubauen, ist ein genialer Schachzug. Wo andere Cannabisaktien noch lange kein Geld verdienen, kann TRTC mit dem Verkauf von Basilikum, Salat und anderem Gemüse in der Zukunft steigende Gewinne einfahren. Wenn der Zeitpunkt für den Anbau von Marijuhana gekommen ist, kann TRTC die bestehende Infrastruktur hierfür nutzen. Vielleicht bin ich zu euphorisch, doch bin ich für diese Aktie sehr bullish eingestellt. Ich kaufe bei Rücksetzern immer einige Aktien hinzu. TRTC ist eine Wachstumsperle par Excellence!

ich kann dir was Terra Tech betrifft nur beipflichten, hier läuft alles super.

Rücksetzer wird es weiterhin geben, Gründe gibt es ja genügend: angeblich überzogene Insidertrades, oder Bashing in einem Seeking Alpha Artikel (vor kurzem erlebt bei MCig), oder eventuelle Verwässerung durch Dominion Capital...irgendein Grund findet sich immer, es kann ja nicht jeden Tag steigen, wobei die Rücksetzer mit um die 40 % schon heftig sind, da hilft nur cool bleiben, oder wer es kann, traden, ich kann und will es nicht, daher LONG AND STRON TRTC!

Mögliche Good News für einen weiteren Kursanstieg sind da, Q4 Zahlen 2013 in Kürze, Meet and Greet am 16.04., Growwinglizenz in Nevada, Q1 2014 Zahlen im Mai, ....

Trotz aller Europhorie sollte man wachsam bleiben, die PotStocks sind im Hypemodus, auch ist Terra Tach nach konventienellen Bewertungsmethoden klar überbewertet. Und irgendwann ist der Hype beendet, dann sollte man seine Schäfchen im trockenen haben, denke aber bis dahin ist es noch ne Weile.

diese ganz starken Kurssprünge mag ich gar nicht, da in der Vielzahl der Fälle diesen sehr starke Rücksetzer folgen. Genau, wie Du schreibst, diese 40 % Rücksetzer sind schon sehr heftig. Hoch verkaufen und dann mit dem freigewordenen Kapital zu einem niedrigen Kurs um so mehr Anteile kaufen, das habe ich einmal gemacht. Beim zweiten Mal bin ich auf dem falschen Fuß erwischt worden und deshalb nur noch buy & hold. Ich merke, dass Du Dich auch sehr intensiv mit Terra Tech beschäftigst. Müssen wir wohl, denn wir wollen ja wissen, was wir da kaufen...

keiner mehr hier seit Tagen. Was meint Ihr zum Verlauf die letzten 2 Wochen? Ich persönlich hätte gedacht, das der $ zur Unterstützung werden würde/könnte. Was soll man jetzt machen?
Den restlichen Gewinn retten? Und ggf. tiefer wieder rein?
Oder Augen zu und durch, muss ja wieder drehen? Und kann ja auch jeden Moment wieder drehen.

So ziemlich alle PotStocks verlieren kräftig an Boden, hab bei Twitter mehrmals von einer großangelegten Shortattacke gelesen.

Vielleicht bei nächsten High, erstmal raus und tiefer wieder rein, war bisher immer so, aber wer weiß das schon...

Ich denke auch, das es jetzt wieder dreht.
Es gab ja gestern ein schönes Intradayreversal mit starken Schluss.
Heute dann das Meet und Greet und morgen der Investorday an dem auch Derek Peterson teilnimmt, das sollte uns wieder ein Stück nach oben tragen.

Ich bin aber mittlerweile der Meinung das der Markt total manipuliert ist, die Kursbewegungen sind null vorhersehbar, -10% bei guten News, Riesenanstiege ohne News oder ähnlichem. Charttechnik ist auch nicht wirklich anwendbar.

Ich habe mir vorgenommen, sollten wir noch in die Region des letzten Hochs kommen, ich entweder erstmal ganz aussteige oder wenigstens meinen Einsatz rausnehme.

Ich hatte mir zwar eine andere Strategie vorgenommen, aber wenn man sieht wie aus 250 % Gewinn nur noch knapp 50 % werden, dann sollte man m. E. umdenken, wir sind an der OTC, da ist ja alles möglich.

Langfristig bin nach dem Businessupdate mehr denn ja von Terra Tech überzeugt.

Gut möglich das die euphorischen Kursziele auch erreicht werden, aber nicht heut und nicht morgen, hier wird es weiterhin sehr schwanken.

Daher sollte man m. E. auch mal Gewinne mitnehmen.

CANN und PHOT von Handel ausgesetzt, VAPE gestern 50 % abgestürzt, die waren ja die letzten Wochen ohnehin nur am fallen, wer da zu Höchstkusen gekauft hat, oh Gott...

Die Euphorie ist scheinbar erstmal verflogen..., sollte man jetzt aussteigen?

Ich halte auch, jetzt ist es zu spät für einen Austieg.

Wenn Terra Tech die Lizenz in Nevada bekommt, geht das Teil durch die Decke, da wird es schwer sein auf den fahrenden Zug aufzuspringen.

Wobei, in DE hat die Aktie null Eigenleben, bildet 1:1 den Verlauf in den USA ab, dadurch kann sich für uns in DE eine Riesenchance ergeben.

Wir stehen weiterhin am Anfang eines Milliardenmarktes in US. Und TRTC ist sehr breit aufgestellt und wird definitiv davon profitieren. Man braucht halt etwas Geduld, die mir auch gerade etwas schwer fällt. Hätte ich weiterhin meine 150% wäre ich auch beruhigter. Aber dann hätte ich auch nicht nachgelegt....

US Supreme Court Justice Stevens (Ret.): Time to Legalize Marijuana

It is now time for the federal government to legalize Marijuana, as public opinion is changing and “the distinction between Marijuana and alcoholic beverages is really not much of a distinction,” US Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens (Ret.), 94 anni, believes.

“I really think that that is another instance of public opinion that has changed,” Justice Stevens said in an interview Thursday. “Alcohol, the prohibition against selling and dispensing alcoholic beverages has I think been generally, there is a general consensus that it was not worth the cost. And I think really in time that will be the general consensus with respect to this particular drug.”

Polls reveal that most Americans agree with Justice Stevens’ stance.

A Gallup poll last October found that 58% of Americans favor legalizing Marijuana, and a Pew Research Center survey in early April showed that 75% of those responding think legalization of Marijuana is inevitable.

“Justice Stevens is right. Public opinion is shifting rapidly in favor of Marijuana legalization,” the Chairman of Marijuana Majority, said Thursday. “Polls now consistently show that a clear majority of the public supports ending prohibition and, as this trend continues, we’ll start to see more prominent people and politicians saying it’s time to change the laws.”

Justice Stevens, appointed by Republican President Gerald Ford, considers himself a conservative, but he has always been considered a liberal when it comes to his stances on the court.

But the retired Justice, has been creating controversy in recent days while promoting his new book “Six Amendments: How and Why We Should Change the Constitution,” in which he has chapters that propose constitutional changes for amendments governing gun control, the death penalty, gerrymandering, and state sovereignty, each concluding with a proposed amendment.

In his interview, Justice Stevens said that there has been a drastic shift in public opinion on gay marriage, and he believes that “in due course when people actually think through the issues they will be able accept merits of my arguments.”

Coiled spring on any news and as the fundamentals start to reassert themselves.
It's already showing signs that a turnaround is imminent and that the shorters and profit takers are just about finished.

TRTC is such a standout in the MJ field when one looks at all the terribly junk companies/frauds out there. What a good feeling knowing we're in su h a quality company, with quality plan and management and profitable already with the millions yet to come for MJ in the days ahead.

Ich bin seit ein paar Monaten dabei (m.W. Schnoprs auch).
Erst der Aufstieg bis 1,40 USD, jetzt das ausbluten bis 0,47 USD. Eine extrem bittere Lektion für mich...
Meine Euphorie hat sich mittlerweile gelegt, das kann natürlich auch an den persönlichen Erfahrungen liegen ("hätte ich doch bei 1,40 USD verkauft", etc.), daher würde mich es interessieren warum du dich für die Aktie entschieden hast. Ein andere Sicht der Dinge ist immer hilfreich.

Ich hatte an sich erwartet, daß zwischen 45-und 50 Dollarcent die Konsolidierung erstmal zu Ende ist. Habe die Aktie schon lange im Auge, mich interessiert die Technik des Indoor- Anbaus (auch für Nahrungsmittel!) generell und ich fand auch den Internetauftritt ganz ansprechend.
Gärtnerisches knowhow wird auch in Zukunft generell gefragt sein!

Ich glaube die Q1 Zahlen kommen nächste Woche, der Umsatz sollte eine ordentliche Steigerung aufweisen, ob das den Abwärtstrend stoppt....?!

Generell geben die Pot Stocks seit Anfang Mätz kontinuierlich an Wert ab, siehe Marijuana Index, http://marijuanaindex.org/.

Einer der wenigen Aktien, die sich wieder erholt haben ist GW Pharma, ist auch die einzige "Cannabis-Aktie", die nicht an der OTC ist.

Ob das hier alles ein klassiches "Pump and Dumb" war?
Ich denke/hoffe nicht, da die Legalisierung von Cannabis in den USA real ist und in Zukunft ein Riesenmarkt darstellt.

Terra Tech ist ein Pennystock an der OTC, ist also hochriskant, aber die Chance auf hohe Gewinne sind ebenfalls da.

Tja Herr Doktor, dann wollen wir mal hoffen, daß es wirklich Müll ist ! Man erfährt ja wenig über die Firma, ich hoffe nur, das Management taugt etwas. Der Markt scheint mir auf die nächsten Jahre gegeben, man sagt ja immer es profitieren die, "die die Schaufeln und Geräte liefern" (vgl. Sartorius im Bereich der Laborausrüstung und Biotechnologie). Grundsätzlich glaube ich ja an das indoor growing (dies betrifft nicht nur den Trend mit dem Cann.), und ich erwarte in diesem Bereich erhebliche Zuwächse. Der Chef der Truppe macht auf mich jedenfalls keinen schlechten Eindruck, er hat zumindest Charisma !

Was heißt man erfährt relativ wenig über die Firma?
Wie meinst du das?

Terra Tech ist an der OTCBB gelistet und berichtet nach den Regularien der SEC. Das ist für einen Pennystock schon mal gar nicht schlecht.
Weitere Informationen zu TRTC gibt m. E. auch reichlich, schau mal z. B. bei IHub.

Natürlich gibts hier auch Schattenseiten: z. B. Verwässerung! Das läßt sich aber m. E. nicht vermeiden, ist auch verkraftbar, wenn alle Ziele erreicht werden.

Gestern war ja seit langem mal wieder ein erfreulicher Tag, ich hoffe der Trend setzt sich die Woche fort, sollte eigentlich, den die Woche kommen ja auch die Q1-Zahlen.

Eins habe ich hier aber mittlweile gelernt, bei Pennystock muss man auch Gewinne mitnehmen, buy and hold ist vielleicht doch nicht die beste Strategie.

Aber von dem Absturz von 1,40 USD haben bisher keine Unterstützungen gehalten.

Und das Klima könnte zur Zeit schlechter nicht sein, man wird sich bewusst, das der Run von Janunar bis Mitte April nur eine Blase war, die geplatzt ist.

Vielleicht gibt es heute einen Bounce an der 200 ma, aber obwir nachhaltig wieder steigen.....

Ja, stimmt. Es könnte auch noch ein gutes Stück weiter runter gehen.
Kann man hier sehr schwer einschätzen.
Wenn wir heute nicht einen ordentlichen Sprung nach oben machen, sehr ich kurzfristig schwarz.

Wie ich hier schon geschrieben habe, sehe ich meine Käufe bei TRTC als Langfristinvestment. Die Bashers bei Twitter oder bei IHUB sind momentan klar in der Überzahl (z.B. die Beiträge von LaughinPaulRyan: hier wird der CEO von TRTC und seine Ehefrau diffamiert. Es werden sogar Fotos vom CEO und seinen Kindern ins Netz gestellt.) Es wird vieles von diesen Bashern in Frage gestellt.
Auch hier meine Empfehlung : Einfach ignorieren!
Die Charttechnik sieht miserabel aus. Seit geraumer Zeit geht es nur nach unten. Es gibt zwar kurzzeitige Kursanstiege, doch danach geht es wieder weiter Richtung Süden. So lange die Charttechnik so düster aussieht, kaufe ich keine weiteren Aktien hinzu. Falls sich eine klare Kaufformation (mehrfache Bodenbildung, W-Formation oder Untertasse mit Henkel..)ausbildet, sieht das natürlich wieder anders aus. Auch auf die Gefahr hin, dass ich eventuell nur zu höheren Kursen dazu kaufen kann.
Der 5. Juni soll ja ein interessantes Datum wg. Vergabe der Lizenzen in Nevada sein. Bin mal gespannt wie sich der Kurs, je nach Erhalt oder Nichterhalt der Lizenzen dann entwickelt.
Schaut man sich den Gesamtmarkt an, ist der Kursrückgang nicht ein TRTC-spezifisches Problem. Die Gesamtstimmung ist momentan sehr negativ. Viele Marijuhana-Aktien , sieht man sich deren Chartverläufe an, sehen nicht viel besser als TRTC aus.
Derzeit generiert TRTC seine Umsätze durch den Verkauf seiner Treibhausprodukte wie z.B. Basilikum, Petersilie, Salat usw. und das mit steigender Tendenz. Die Vorschau für das 2. Quartal (3,5 Mio USD Umsatz) sieht sehr vielversprechend aus. Auch die stetig steigenden Abnehmer dieser Produkte. Vielleicht gibt es noch einen weiteren Ausverkauf der Aktie, wenn die Nevada-Lizenzen nicht an TRTC vergeben werden, wer weiß? Viele Anleger betrachten oder haben TRTC als sicheres Marijuhana-Play bezeichnet, doch was passiert, wenn am 05.06. die Erwartungen enttäuscht werden?
Ich sehe das ziemlich gelassen (das Geld, welches ich bis jetzt investiert habe, benötige ich "momentan" zum Glück nicht), so dass ich mich zurücklehnen kann und die Entwicklung abwarten kann).
Die Quartalsberichte sind überwiegend positiv. Klar, die Verluste haben sich zum Vergleichsquartal noch erhöht. Doch wie war und ist das beispielsweise bei einer Amazon? Auch hier wurde und wird erstmal in großem Stil investiert und erst später die Früchte geerntet. (Verwässerung ist unvermeidlich, wenn aber über kurz oder lang dadurch Mehrwert geschaffen wird, interessiert mich diese herzlich wenig.)
Ich hoffe für uns alle, dass wir an dieser Aktie bald wieder unsere helle Freude haben!

Der Ausgang bezüglich der Lizenzen in Navada Anfang Juni ist ungewiss.
Außerdem ist das auch m. W. nicht die endgültige Entscheidung, sondern eher eine Vorauswahl, die endgültigen Lizenzen werden dann später im jahr von einer höheren Stelle vergeben.

Der 200 SMA scheint zu halten, es sind nur noch rund 2 Wochen bis zu der Vorauswahl in Nevada, die jetzt entstehende Spekulation sollte den Kurs steigen lassen.

Der gestriege Kursverlauf zeigt doch mal wieder deutlich, dass die Kurse hier zu 100 % manipuliert sind.

Oder warum steigen hier aus heiterem Himmel um 32 %, nachdem wir in 1,5 Monaten um 75 % gefallen sind?! Es hat sich in der Zeit nichts Elementares geändert.

Darüber sollte man sich im klaren sein, es würde mich nicht wundern wenn wir bis Ende nächster Woche ordentlich zulegen, das hoffe ich natürlich, wenn dem so ist, werde ich die Kursgewinne diesmal realisieren. So ein Fehler wie beim letzten Anstieg passiert mir nicht nochmal. Möglichkeiten für einen Einstieg gibt hier immer wieder.

Ein weiterer Anstieg beruht doch nur auch Spekulation und Hype, selbst mit dem prognostzierten Umsatz in Höhe von 3,5 Mio. USD in Q2.
Selbst mit der Vorlizenz, es dauert min. noch ein halbes Jahr bis TRTC Cannabis anbauen kann, bis sich die Umsätze hieraus dann in den Zahlen wiederspiegeln ist es Q2 2015, also noch lange hin, bis dahin kann noch sehr viel passieren.

Die gleiche Euphorie und Aussage utopischer Kursziele hatten wir bei dem letzten Run ebenfalls, wiederholt sich gerade alles.

Nicht falsch verstehen, ich rechne auch mit weiter steigenden Kursen, allerdings nicht in solche Regionen und vor allen Dingen nicht nachhaltig.

Was ich echt kurios finde, niemand zieht es in Betracht das TRTC keine Lizenz bekommt...

Auf jeden Fall werden die nächsten Tage sehr interessant.

Die Aktie ist bärenstark zur Zeit.
Gestern wurden die Gewinnmitnahmen bei 0,70 USD und der damit verbundene Rückgang intraday wieder aufgefangen, hat sogar grün geschlossen. Das Volumen zieht ebenfalls an.

Ähnliches hatten wir im März/April schon mal, sieht echt gut aus.

Mit postiven Ausgang bei den Vorlizenzen geht wohl noch einiges!

Nicht vergessen Gewinne zu realiseren (Gilt auch für mich!)

Ich finde die Präsentation von DP überzeugend.
Hab aber kein Vergleich zu den anderen Antragsstellern da ich nur die von TRTC gesehen habe.

Der Vorsitzende fragt ob es breits börsennotierte Unternehmen in den USA gibt mit einer Lizenz im Bereich Marijuana.

Nein-TRTC wäre das Erste.

Es scheint das TRTC alle Anforderungen zu Lage, etc. erfüllt, siehe Vortrag Rory Reid.

Auch denke ich das DP einen guten und professionellen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Ich denke der sprigende Punkt ist, will man jetzt schon ein börsennotiertes Unternhemen in den USA mit Marijuana-Lizenz oder nicht.

Ich fand die Präsentation auch überzeugend vorallem das video hat mir sehr zugesagt......Habe mir ca 20 Präsentationen angeschaut und trtc gehörte eindeutig zu den Besten (meine Meinung).....trtc wirkte im Vergleich zu vielen anderen sehr professionell....

was mich ein bisschen störte waren die Fragen zum schluss (Shareholders ,SEC,OTC Pennystock)obwohl dp diese recht flott beantwortete....

Wenn ich alles richtig verstanden habe werden die Ergebnisse heute after hour oder Montag bekannt gegeben......

Beim springenden Punkt stimmm ich dir zu .... mal gespannt wie mutig die Commission ist....

Las Vegas, June 9, Jun 09, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Terra Tech Corp (TRTC)(the "Company"), a hydroponic company focused on sustainably grown produce and medical cannabis cultivation technology announces Clark County preliminary dispensary results. After 2 days of hearings, the company's subsidiary, MediFarm, was not selected as one of the 18 applicants to operate a medical cannabis dispensary within unincorporated Clark County. Competition was significant as there were 18 slots for 79 applicants, some of those competing were some of Las Vegas's most notable and influential residents. MediFarm made it through the initial rounds only to be eliminated in the at-large round. The Company thanks the Commissioners who committed their time to work through this process and who created these opportunities for the applicants.

Salwa Ibrahim, MediFarm Executive Director stated, "While we are disappointed with the results it was a great learning experience and it allows us to refine our approach and process for other upcoming opportunities within Nevada."

In a procedural move, commissioners "trailed" the 61 applicants who were not selected as the final 18. That allows the county to bring the applicants forward for consideration if cities in Clark County do not move forward with approval of medical marijuana dispensaries allowed within their boundaries. In addition the Company plans to move forward with the state application for their 2 locations within unincorporated Clark County in the event there is any change in process or rules that could make the company eligible.

Moving forward the Company intends to apply for production and cultivation permits within Clark County, North Las Vegas and Reno as well as dispensaries in Clark County, Reno and the City of Las Vegas. Terra Tech has recently become aware of libelous statements made through multiple online sources. In particular a Seeking Alpha article written by an anonymous author, who admits to being short the company's stock. The article makes numerous misrepresentations with respect to the company, its directors and officers. Terra Tech has already identified at least one individual responsible for the false statements made to the Clark County commissioners regarding Terra Tech as Norman Gates aka "@LaughinPaulRyan", and has retained counsel to pursue him and anyone affiliated with, encouraging, or directing, his activities to the fullest extent permitted by law. These individuals or groups emailed county officials what the Company believes is false and misleading information in an attempt to affect the outcome at the Clark County hearings.

erra Tech Corp (TRTC) subsidiary, MediFarm LLC, is pleased to announce that it has successfully secured a special use permit in Clark County, Nevada for a medical cannabis cultivation and production facility. On June 17th the Company presented to the Board of Commissioners and successfully secured a special use permit for its proposed Las Vegas facility. The MediFarm team presented to the commission their extensive experience in traditional agriculture as well as medical cannabis cultivation and extraction. The Company received unanimous consent from the commission and will move forward in applying to the State for a business license to operate its cultivation and production facility.

Aber eine negative Marge mit 99 Tsd. USD und ein operativer Verlust von knapp 4 Mio USD, das ist m. E. verdammt schlecht. Gut die Cashposition ist mit 2,6 Mio USD ganz gut, aber schaut man sich den Verlust pro Quartal an, ist das auch ganz schnell aufgezehrt, hier wird es weitere Verwässerung geben.

Der Hype um Cannabis ist zur Zeit absolut tot, so lange der nicht wieder aufflamt wird sich hier m. E. kursmäßig nicht viel positives ereignen. Leider. Also Augen zu und durch und ggf. nachkaufen, ob jetzt oder eventuell noch tiefer, I dont know...

Ja, endlich mal wieder ein erfreulicher Kursverlauf für Terra Tech.

Andere Pot Stocks haben auch ordentlich zuleget, vielleicht dreht das ganze jetzt wieder, so stark die Werte von Januar bis März nach oben gepusht wurden, so stark sind sie in den Folgemonaten nach unten geprügelt worden, fundamental war sowohl das eine als auch das andere nicht begründbar, hier gehts nur über Hype und Angst.

Das es hier auch wieder ganz schnell in die andere Richtung, nach Norden, gehen kann ist m. E. sicher; ich bin gespannt, die nächsten Wochen werden es zeigen.

Gestern hab ich gesehen das TRTC bei 3 Pennystockseiten auf Promotion war.
Daher realistisch bleiben.

Ich tippe auf Buy on rumor, sell of facts.
Fallen die 0,37 USD, kanns wohl laut Charttechnik nochmal bis 0,49 USD gehen, dann wäre der RSI auch ziemlich hoch und eine Korrektur angebracht.

Spätestens hier könnte man Gewinne mitnehmen.

Was eine Lizenzvergabe mittel- und langfristig für TRTC bedeutet sollte klar sein, wenn die MM mitspielen, stehen wir hier an Anfanf eines schönen Anstieges.

Appearing before the commission was the last step in the process before the city council votes on whether to approve both the special use permit for land use and compliance permit for business licensing. With unanimous approval of both the design review committee and planning commission, MediFarm is now seeking final approval by the city council on October 29th. All permits to operate are pending final state approval.

Ich bin positiv überrascht wie wenig Terra Tech nach dem starken Anstieg abgegeben hat, kein großer Selloff nach dem Bekanntwerden der Vergabe der Special Use Permit, für mich ein sehr gutes Zeichen.
Auf Twitter habe ich auch schon des öfteren glesen, das die Pot Stock wieder anziehen. Schauen wir mal!

In March of this year the company announced they are developing a research and industrial extraction facility focused on the medical cannabis market. Bei einem Wert wie Terra Tech muss man Gewinne mitnehmen, das habe ich hier mittlerweile gelernt, alles andere ist Träumerei. Für diese Einsicht habe ich sehr, sehr viel Lehrgeld bezahlt.

Die letzten Tage sah es nicht gut aus, aber ich denke gegen Ende des Monats zieht es wieder an, da steht die Bestätigung der Lizenz durch den Staat Nevada an.

The process to get a license is a long and tedious one fraught with potential "game ending" obstacles. Yesterday was for the state rankings. Next, a list of the state ranked businesses applicants will be sent to the various city and county commissioners who will be the ones who actually approve the licensee's. We made an excellent showing, one of the best according to the committee. Next week or possible sooner the state will finalize the lists and we will be on or near the top which means unless a local committee member has some kind of major issue with trtc and is able to convince the others we will be awarded multiple licenses. We have cleared every hurdle placed before us by both the state process and the illegal outside forces and we have done so with class.

Nachher wird es interessant, dann entscheidet sich ob Terra Tech eine "State provisional registration certificate for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary" erhält.

Ist zwar so wie ich es verstanden habe immer noch nicht der letzte Schritt zur endgültigen Lizenz, aber dann wäre nur noch eine Hürde zu nehmen.

Außerdem wird diese Woche in einigen Staaten über die Legalisierung von Cannbis entschieden, das sollte weiterhin Auftrieb geben, schon im Vorfeld haben die Pot-Stock ja ganz gut angezogen.

Chartechnnisch scheint alles für einen großen Breakout angerichtet zu sein. Außerdem ist die Aktie massiv geshortet, knapp 50 % am Freitag, könnte also hier richtig steil noch oben gehen.

Von den 4 Staaten haben, außer Florida, alle für eine Legalisierung gestimmt. (Washington, Alaska, Oregon)
In Florida war sogar die Mehrheit dafür 57 %, mußte aber über eine 60 % Hürde, daher gescheitert.

Ich denke die Abstimmungen kann man positiv werten, insbsondere Washingtion, da dort ja der Regierungssitz ist.

Wie schon geschrieben, der Sieg der Republikaner wird eher negativ gesehen.

Die Lizenzen für Terra Tech waren ja nur provisorisch, wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, gibt es für die endgültige Vergabe nochmal einen Termin.

Zieht der Kurs dann vorher wieder an?

Dispensaries sold $27.1 million of pot in Nevada in July alone.

Oha, hast wohl Recht. Kurs sackt sogar um 5% ab. Is eben kein CAN-"Wert" *lol*. Irrational: Terra ist am Markt, will expandieren, ist mit BLÜM bereits eine Hausnummer in Vegas, verkauft wie doof, macht Umsatz(!) und 30% mehr Umsatz im Vgl. zum Q3 2016 und der Kurs honoriert es nicht.

Egal, Einstiegschance bei Top-Zahlen - gibts ja auch nicht oft.

Die kalifornische vorläufige Zulassung für den Verkauf, die Herstellung, den Anbau und den Vertrieb von medizinischem und Erwachsenen-Cannabis-Einzelhandel ist 120 Tage gültig und kann um weitere 90 Tage verlängert werden. Diese Übergangszeit vom 1. Januar 2018 bis zum 1. Juli 2018 ermöglicht es bestehenden Betreibern, ihre jährlichen Genehmigungen zu beantragen, und bietet der Industrie die Möglichkeit, alle Geschäftsaktivitäten an neue staatliche Anforderungen anzupassen. In diesem Zeitraum sind bestehende, lokal zugelassene Betreiber berechtigt, den vorhandenen Lagerbestand zum 31. Dezember 2017 zu veräußern, sofern er entsprechend gekennzeichnet und kontrolliert verpackt ist. Schöne Entwicklung heute - mal sehen was nach 16 Uhr passiert.
Oft überrascht Terra Tech ja bei guten Nachrichten mit schlechter Kursentwicklung, aber heute sieht es ja mal anders aus.

Aktienanzahl sagt nicht viel meiner Meinung. Die Marktkapitalisierung lieg bei grob 300mio. Muss jeder selbst einschätzen was er hier an Kapitalisierung zutraut 😉

Als sie bei 0,42 € waren demnach 368 Mio

Der Markt ist gigantisch. Mit jeder Legalisierung in US wächst auch der Druck auf die anderen Bundesstaaten nachzuziehen. Das wird ein Dominoeffekt werden.

Erst die Bundesstaaten in US und parallel dazu ziehen immer mehr Länder weltweit nach. Für die Staaten Steuereinnahmen in Milliardenhöhe. Vor ein paar Jahren war ich mit Terra Tech noch zu früh dran, aber jetzt ist Cannabislegalisierung und der mögliche Markt wohl langsam überall in den Köpfen angekommen :-)

Die Verwässerung ist ein Problem, aber das sollte auf Grund der Begrenzung der Aktienanzahl bald vorbei sein. Außerdem ist das Wachstumspotenzial aktuell noch nie höher gewesen.
Ich empfehlen auch die Facebookseite von denen. Da werden viele News neuer Projekte gezeigt. Die brauchen halt auch Geld.

Wenn Sie versuchen, etwas zu erreichen, ist es am besten, eine Strategie zu entwickeln, von der Sie denken, dass sie Ihnen die beste Chance gibt, Ihr Ziel zu erreichen. Für Unternehmen ist das nicht anders. Jetzt hat DP hochgesteckte Ziele für TRTC gesetzt, als er vor Jahren sagte, dass sie sich nicht für eine Single entscheiden würden, sie würden für eine Homerun gehen. Bei dieser Homerun-Strategie ging es darum, in der Anfangsphase des Spiels so viele Marktanteile zu gewinnen wie möglich. Ich vergleiche es mit einem Monopolspiel und gebe viel Geld aus, um Boardwalk und Park Place zu kaufen und mit Hotels zu laden. Es kostet eine Menge Geld im Voraus, aber schließlich sind die Belohnungen riesig und gewinnen Sie das Spiel.

Die Illegalität von mj hat Hindernisse auf den Plan gebracht, die den Plan für TRTC finanziell schwieriger gemacht haben. Nichtsdestoweniger hat die Illegalität auch die Konkurrenz von Big Pharma, Big Tobacco und großem Alkohol fern gehalten, wodurch TRTC eine Chance hatte, diesen Marktanteil zu erobern. TRTC hat Verbindungen zur Bundesregierung. Zum Beispiel ist Dingy Harrys Sohn ihr Anwalt, und Rand Paul und andere aus dem Senat oder Kongress haben TRTC besucht. Es ist meine Überzeugung, dass die Federal Govt vor Jahren entschieden hat, dass sie mj legalisieren würden, aber sie wollten es aus einer Vielzahl von Gründen langsam ausspielen und wahrscheinlich die größte ist, dass eine langsame Rolle der beste Weg wäre, den Schwarzmarkt zu verhindern vom Gedeihen in einer legalisierten Umgebung. Wenn die Federal Govt eine Auserwählte hat, glaube ich, dass es TRTC ist.

Die Strategie, Marktanteile zu verschlingen, hat zu einer massiven Verwässerung geführt, die den PPS ohne Zweifel zurückgehalten hat, aber er ist ein notwendiger Teil der Strategie. Vergessen Sie nicht, dass ein Großteil ihres Geschäfts in CA war, das bis vor einem Monat noch ein "Non-Profit-Staat" war. Solange Sie nicht Profit zeigen dürfen, sollten Sie vielleicht versuchen, Ihre Finanzen so wenig wie möglich profitabel zu machen. Vor allem in einer Branche, die stark besteuert wird. Jetzt, da CA "gewinnorientiert" ist, erwarte ich, dass die TRTC-Finanzdaten ab dem Q1-Bericht anders dargestellt werden. Wir werden also viel bessere Finanzdaten haben, gepaart mit dem Luxus, Steuerabzüge gleichzeitig in Kauf nehmen zu können.

Ein weiterer wichtiger Faktor ist, dass TRTC kein eigenes Produkt entwickelt hat. Sie hatten es meist von anderen Züchtern gekauft, aber in letzter Zeit kommen TRTC-Anbaubetriebe ins Netz, die enorm helfen werden.

Alles macht nur Sinn für mich und ich bin so zuversichtlich in TRTC wie ich es je war.

Das ist ein gutes Geschäftsmodel, so kann terra tech auch in Bundesstaaten Gewächshäuser errichten und Vertriebswege aufbauen, die noch nicht legalisiert haben. Ich denke sie haben dadurch gute Möglichkeiten nach einer Legalisierung einen Teil ihres Anbaus auf Cannabis umzustellen.

Breit aufgestellt

TRTC ist m.M. breit aufgestellt, nicht mit versprechenden Vorhaben in der Zukunft, sondern mit realen Geschäften.
Was fehlt sind eigentlich nur neue Daten.
Einmal abgesehen davon, ((dass wir Heute ( 9. februar 18))) ,in US-Gesamt und DAX etc. im minus sind - wundert es mich, dass bei dem Can-hyp, diese Aktie so wenig Beachtung in Germany findet.
(und an der Diskussion hier sollten sich auch die stillen Mitleser beteiligen)

schau dir mal das marapharm forum an ....zum glück sind diese trolle hier nicht....hoffe das es noch lange so bleibt ....ausserdem wird trtc nicht von gewissen leuten pepusht ........
für mich ist das volumen an der heimatbörse entscheidend ....aber gebe dir recht ein wenig mehr Volumen bei steigenden kursen wäre natürlich nicht verkehrt....meiner meinung ist zur zeit die komplette branche in wartestellung auf ergebnisse oder news(bankkredit,schedule 1,280 e,New Jersey Lizenz,Verkaufzahlen Kalifornien usw)....

scheinbar schon über die neue Wertpapiernummer US88102J2096 in Stuttgart und Berlin...

Die Papiere mit der alten Nummer sind bei mir im Depot jedoch noch immer nicht wieder handelbar. Vermutlich muss meine Bank erstmal bemerken, dass es eine neue WKN für das Papier gibt. Dann noch den Computer anwerfen, ein wenig multiplizieren und dividieren... und dann darf ich bestimmt auch bald wieder
