wohl wahr - nicht jedes pferd kann SOOO anfangen zu gallopieren wie zb. grad die
austr. LTR, wobei die vor kurzem auch noch kaum jemand aufm radar hatte !!!

EMR für mich nicht nur TOP gemanaged, sondern verfügen auch über spannende proj.
sowie ein schönes ´speckstück´ in form von 3,75mio TLG- shares !!!

Business Strategy

EMGOLD EXPANDS THE NEW YORK CANYON PROPERTY, NV

Emgold Mining Corp. has staked 92 additional claims, expanding the size of its recently optioned New York Canyon property. Emgold now controls 152 unpatented and 21 patented mineral claims located in the Santa Fe mining district, Mineral county, in west-central Nevada. The property is located about 30 minutes southeast of Hawthorne, Nev.

As announced by press release on July 16, 2019, Emgold signed an option agreement to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the property from Searchlight Resources Inc. (SCLT). The acquisition includes a significant database of historic information. To date, 234 holes have been drilled on the property by past operators, totalling 139,056 feet. Three main exploration targets, identified with historic drilling, include the Longshot Ridge, Champion and Copper Queen areas. These targets host copper oxide skarn and sulphide porphyry-style copper/molybdenum mineralization.

A 2010 technical report completed by Searchlight identified a resource for the Longshot Ridge deposit, which Emgold is treating as a historic resource. A second historic resource was also identified by Conoco, a past operator for the Copper Queen deposit, in the late 1970s. Details of these historic resources and the option agreement were disclosed by Emgold in a May 28, 2019, press release available under the company's filings on SEDAR or on the company's website............

Emgold has also acquired a second option (the "Second Option") to increase its ownership in the Property to 55%, as outlined below. About the East-West Property

The Property is located in the Val d'Or Mining Camp on strike, west of, and adjacent to Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX: WDO) Kiena Complex Property which hosts the past producing Kiena Mine. nicht nur goldpreis hat inzwischen neue dynamik gezeigt und widerstandsmarke von
usd 1500,- oz genommen und dürfte mit beginn 2020 auch den EMR- kurs wieder
anschieben helfen - genug potential, ob der div. spann. proj. kann man diesem wert
bei leibe auch nicht absprechen.

allein das immer noch vorhandene TLG- paket von 3,75mio stück mit akt. wert von
cad- mios 2,25 sichert EMR- bewertung nach unten ab bzw. könnte sich zum zünder
der sich anbahnenden rally entpuppen.

zu deiner aussage, "AUCH HIER NICHTS FÜR UNGEDULDIGE", erlaube ich mir mal mein statement dazu und ganz speziell für den thread hier bereits am 23.01.2006 wurde von love explorer girl ein thread NACHWEISLICH zu emgold eröffnet. kurs am 23.01.2006 in canada bei sage und schreibe 0,48 kurs heute, 0,07 !!!!! wie viele jahrzehnte sollte man investiert sein, damit ein investor von dir nicht als ungeduldig bezeichnet wird und natürlich will´man auch mit gewinn verkaufen

Total claims owned by Emgold at New York Canyon, through its subsidiary, now include 21 patented claims and 152 unpatented claims. Emgold is in the process of transferring a reclamation bond from Searchlight to Emgold's subsidiary, which is the final step in its acquisition of the core claims of the New York Canyon Property from Searchlight.

Emgold's claims, combined with 265 unpatented claims staked by Kennecott Exploration Company ("Kennecott"), a subsidiary of Rio Tinto PLC (RIO), now total 21 patented claims and 417 unpatented claims encompassing about 8,700 acres that make up the current New York Canyon Property. Kennecott and Emgold signed an Earn-in with Option to Joint Venture Agreement (the "Agreement") whereby Kennecott can earn up to a 75% interest in the Property by completing up to US$22.5 million in exploration expenditures (see press releases dated Feb. 11, 2020 and Mar. 30, 2020).

Emgold Mining Corp. partner Kennecott Exploration Company, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto PLC, has obtained approval to conduct drilling activities at the New York Canyon property, Nevada. The property is subject to an earn-in with option to joint venture agreement between Emgold and Kennecott.

Kennecott can earn up to a 75-per-cent interest in the property by completing up to $22.5-million (U.S.) in exploration expenditures (see Emgold's Feb. 11, 2020, press release available at the company's website or under Emgold's corporate filings at SEDAR for more details).

EMGOLD COMMENCES IP AND RESISTIVITY STUDY AT ITS GOLDEN ARROW PROPERTY, NV

Emgold Mining Corp. has contracted with Zonge International Inc. to perform an induced polarization and resistivity ground geophysics survey at its Golden Arrow property, Nevada. The survey will cover an area south of known resource areas of Gold Coin and Hidden Hill, and include the area of the 137 new unpatented lode mining claims recently staked by Emgold (see Jan. 12, 2021, press release). The goal of the survey is to identify additional exploration targets on the property.

The data from the survey will be analyzed in conjunction with the results of an airborne magnetic and radiometric geophysical survey and soil sampling program being conducted by Emgold (see Dec. 21, 2020, and Jan. 19, 2021, press releases). The survey will help identify structures associated with Walker Lane and other trends near the western margin of the Kawich volcanic caldera and, potentially, new mineralized areas.

Fieldwork began on Jan. 24 and is expected to take approximately 30 days to complete. Final results from the survey are expected in the first quarter of 2021. Completion of the work is dependent on weather conditions and potential COVID-19 impacts............

Emgold Mining Corp. partner Kennecott Exploration Company (KEX), a subsidiary of Rio Tinto PLC, has commenced diamond drilling at the New York Canyon copper property, Nevada. The property is subject to an earn-in with option to joint venture agreement between Emgold and KEX.

The property consists of 417 unpatented claims and 21 patented claims totalling approximately 8,700 acres. It is in the Santa Fe mining district, Mineral county, in west-central Nevada, about 30 miles (48 kilometres) from the town of Hawthorne. The property hosts copper oxide and sulphide skarn and porphyry mineralization. Total historic drilling on the property, to date, is 234 holes totalling about 139,000 feet (43,000 metres).

Kennecott can earn up to a 75-per-cent interest in the property by completing up to $22.5-million (U.S.) in exploration expenditures (see Emgold's Feb. 11, 2020, press release available at its website or under Emgold's corporate filings at SEDAR for more details).
