Hier ist endlich ein neuer thread zu Rhombic:

Ich habe versucht mal einen Überblick zu geben das auch andere verstehen was Rhombic macht:

Rhombic ist eine Gesellschaft , die sich an der Entwicklung von Zukunftstechnologien beteiligt und diese finanziert.

Das heißt - sämtliche Beteiligunfgen sind in Unterfirmen aufgegliedert, die sich unter dem Dach der Muttergesellschaft vereinen.

Könnt ihr übrigens sehr schön auf der Homepage von Rhombic nachlesen.

Logischerweise hat Rhombic - als Muttergesellschaft - nur eine Gerüstfunktion. Da macht es dann natürlich auch Sinn , außer den Personalkosten für die Vorstände - welche jedem an der Börse notierten Unternehmen vorstehen müssen- keine weiteren Kosten zu verursachen.

Rhombic selbst macht natürlich auch z.Zt. keine Umsätze , diese entstünden nur , durch Veräußerung von Tochterunternehmen oder aus Gewinnbeteiligungen eben dieser.

Da aber Rhombic selbst an der Nasdaq notiert ist und nicht die Tochterunternehmen - müssen im Filing natürlich auch die Zahlen von Rhombic abgegeben werden- und diese bestehen zur Zeit eben nur aus den besagten Beteiligungen.

Die Tochterunternehmen selbst haben natürlich Mitarbeiter und sind teilweise auch schon auf bestem Wege gute Umsätze zu generieren.

Insgesamt gesehen ist diese Strucktur sogar als aüßerst positiv zu werten, denn so hat Rhombic als Mutter jederzeit die Möglichkeit auf einzelne Sparten beschränkt weitere Beteiligungen einzugehen oder diese sogar seperat zu veräußern.

Auch mindert diese Politik das Gesamtrisiko, denn sollte eine der Tochterfirmen in finanzielle Schwierigkeiten kommen , so beschränken diese sich immer nur auf das investierte Kapital und nicht auf das Gesamtunternehmen.


Genau hier liegt ja auch der Casus-Knacksus in der Zusammenarbeit mit der DASA.
Sollte die DASA noch tiefer in das Projekt einsteigen, dann erhält sie nur Rechte an denNuklearbatterien - alle anderen Entwicklungen der Rhombic-Gruppe bleiben außen vor.

Auch der Rhombic - Internet-Explorer ist eine unabhängige Firma und kann veräußert werden.


Denkbar wäre natürlich auch , für alle Töchter ,daß sie unabhängig als Einzelfirma an die Börse gebracht werden.



Die große Leistung von Rhombic liegt eindeutig auch darin, daß sie es geschafft haben weltweit Kapazitäten unterschiedlichster Technologien für die Gesamtidee Rhombic zu gewinnen und diese unabhängig voneinander unter dem Dach der Muttergesellschaft zu vereinen.

Da ich es leid bin mich immer wieder mit irgendwelchen Pseudo-Schreiberlingen rumärgern zu müssen , die auf der einen Seite so tun als hätten sie die Weisheit mit Löffeln gefressen und wollten vor lauter Übermoral die WO-Gemeinde vor Fehlern schützen - auf der anderen Seite aber nicht mal mehr genügend Aufrichtigkeit besitzen sich voll registrieren zu lassen habe ich beschlossen , mich nur noch mit ernstzunehmenden Teilnehmern zu unterhalten - aus diesem Grunde werde ich in Zukunft auch nur noch in regulierten Threads posten.

Hallo Stan -

die News sollen kommen - die verträge sind wohl auch unter Dach und Fach .

Die ganze Problematik der Bekanntgabe liegt wohl an der DASA selbst.

Fassen wir hierzu doch nochmal die ganze Geschichte mit den Nuklear-Batterien zusammen :

Vor einigen Jahren hat die DASA einen Entwicklungs-Partner für die Nuklearbatterien gesucht und ist in diesem Zusammenhang auf
Rhombic gestoßen. Man hat schnell erkannt, daß Rhombic über die Kapazitäten verfügt , um eine solche Batterie zu entwickeln und deshalb auch Rhombic den Forschungs-und Entwicklungs-Auftrag erteilt das Projekt voran zu bringen - ca 1997 wurde dieser Auftrag nochmals modifiziert, da sich die Bedürfnisse an das Produkt mittlerweile geändert hatten. Die DASA hatte sich zu jeder Zeit an der Entwicklung selbst sowie auch an bestimmten Kosten direkt beteiligt.

Heute sind nunmehr die Forschungen abgeschlossen und es ist ein sehr vernünftiges Endprodukt dabei herausgekommen , daß die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen die die DASA einst gestellt hatte voll erfüllt.

Fazit : Bezgl. der Nuklearbatterien kann die DASA faktisch gar nicht mehr anders , als mit Rhombic weiter zusammen zu arbeiten und nun auch folgerichtig den Auftrag zur Produktion zu erteilen.

Die Frage ist nur , unter welchem Mantel und in welcher Vertrags-Konsterlation dieses geschieht.

Denn in der Zwischenzeit hat sich bekanntermaßen in der "Weltraumindustrie" einiges getan - die DASA steht nicht mehr alleine da , sondern ist Kooperationen eingegangen mit einigen anderen Big-Playern auf diesem Gebiet.

Was bedeutet das aber nun für Rhombic?

Das Produkt - Transportable Nuklearbatterie - ist entwickelt und wartet nur noch auf die Herrstellung und den Einsatz .
Es müssen also Verträge her - wer produziert was - für wen - und wieviel verdient wer daran- und unter welchem Mantel laufen die verträge - noch unter der DASA - oder unter der neuen "Firma" die aus der Vereinigung der Big-Player hevorgeht.

Und deswegen kann es auch vorkommen , daß sich die Bekanntgabe ebensolcher NEWS verzögert , denn sie müssen nicht nur von der DASA sondern eben auch von deren Partnern verifiziert werden.

Ich pesönlich gehe davon aus , daß alles bleibt wie schon vereinbart und die News nächste Woche kommen - teoretisch könnte es aber auch passieren , daß die Verträge bezgl. des Vertragspartners nochmals geändert werden müssen und die Bekanntgabe sich deshalb noch weiter verschiebt .

Fakt aber ist :

Das Produkt ist da - von Rhombic entwickelt
Der Bedarf ist da - da ja eigens von der DASA beauftragt und für deren Zwecke genauestens geplant und entwickelt
Die Produktion wird also in jedem Fall auch kommen - und Rhombic wird
hier sehr gutes Geld verdienen - mit wem auch immer ( was den Namen betrifft)

Und dann wird aus dem OTCBB Wert Rhombic sehr schnell ein vollwertiger Nasdaq- Wert und die in den veschiedenen Threads immer wieder genannten Kursziele von 40- 80 USD sollten reel erreichbar sein.


Und deswegen bleibe ich long und sage

verfolge schon lange diesen Thread ohne mich bisher daran zu beteiligen. Muß dir heute mal ein Lob aussprechen für deine Zähigkeit mit der du deine Widersacher durch sachliche Argumentation aus dem Rennen katapultierst. Bitte mach weiter so. Da auch ich seit längerem in Rhombic investiert bin, hoffe ich natürlich auf steigende Kurse.

The PR is indeed in Rhombics hands and should be released on Monday. The news from both DASA and NUKE is very important to us long time shareholders. It is indeed finally forthcoming and should help take this stock to the next trading level. My firm belief is to not watch this stock day-to-day and to just tuck it away. This company has so many fires burning in advanced technologies that it is undermined on the OTCBB. Hold it for your retirement and don`t worry about the day-to-day MM tricks.

VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2000--Rhombic Corporation (OTCBB:NUKE - news) has received word from the FusionStar project of Daimler Chrysler Aerospace (now a part of Astrium-Space Infrastructure) that several milestones were recently achieved.

This process control technique can be a very cost effective solution for various industries. By knowing the chemistry of target substances, the PGA or Thermal Neutron Analysis technique can be used to detect hidden substances. Die Meldung war ja leider ein wenig enttäuschend und der Name DAIMLER ist auch kein Garant auf steigende Kurse. Schade!!

Ich denke man muß geduldig sein und auf die ersten Einnahmen und Umsatzprognosen warten.

hi, war gerade bei ragingbull was meint ihr zu dem interview?


OK just talked to Miley and got some of the answers for which I am seeking. It turns out that he doesn`t deal with NUKE so he only knows them indirectly through Daimler Chrysler aerospace, but from what he understands they are an upstanding company. Mark Prelas is a former student of Miley, and he is both confident and hopeful about Prelas` project. He says that he thinks IEC does not (yet) have as big of a potential market as Prelas` semiconductors, but expects that after some time and if it works well for companies they will recommend it for use and it will start to sell. As these things find their niches for use (assuming they work well which he has evidence to believe it will) more and more detection schemes and a wider range of detectable substances will be developed. He says IEC is not yet being used to detect impurities in diamond semiconductors, but the thought has been discussed. He also says that the IEC detection system is just not that far along yet. It has, however, detected a lot of things and I will post some specifics at another time. For now he says the neutron source needs to be as close as possible (up to a foot away) and the after the neutrons collide with the material (gold, iron, sulfur impurities in coal (not the coal itself), fluorine for explosives, etc.) the interactions produce a Gamma and they generally go all directions. Some items are more easily detected than others (gold, iron, nickel, silver, copper easy, multiple impurities [like in explosives or coal/diamond] require more specific individual detection schemes), and some require fast neutrons whereas some require slower neutrons (putting a plastic barrier in the way can slow them down). So its likely that a panacea of bad things can be detected simultaneously with neutron emission through several filters PLUS X-ray emission, and multiple Gamma and X-ray detectors. Detectors can be placed at 45 degree angles (or to the side or above/below) so operations in an airport for impurities in explosives is a possibility in time. This is awesome technology but to be honest I get the impression that its still in its infancy. Miley was candid, not as optimistic about his technology, yet I am still excited.

He thinks Prelas` technology is "definitely practical" and has a huge potential market. He says NUKE could fold flat or strike it big, and is high risk/speculative. I`ll keep in touch with him. I`m sure as things progress Prelas` friends will be the first to know... That`s all from the U of I front for now, more questions coming later, he`s a busy man and so too is my new son.
