Thinkpath.com Inc. to Acquire IT Recruitment Firm Micro Tech
Professionals

TORONTO, Mar 22, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Thinkpath.com Inc., (NASDAQ: THTH, BSE:

THP), a leading provider of IT and engineering recruiting, project outsourcing,
technical training, and skills management technology, today announced it has
signed a letter of intent to acquire Micro Tech Professionals Inc., a
Boston-based recruitment firm specializing in technical documentation
specialists and technical trainers.

profitable and their specialties integrate perfectly with ours," said Declan
French, President and Chief Executive Officer, Thinkpath.com Inc. "Combining

The acquisition is subject to the completion of due diligence, the execution of
a definitive agreement and approval from the board of directors. As a result of
the acquisition, Micro Tech Professionals would become a wholly owned subsidiary
of Thinkpath.com.

Tja THTH war vor nem Jahr schon so unterbewertet leider hat es dem Kurs bisher gar nichts genuzt.

Ist ein wirklich interessanter Wert der hier im Board schon empfohlen wurde !!
Aber was bringts wenn der Kurs nicht steigt.

THTH ist kein OTC-Wert, sondern wird an der Nasdaq Small Cap gelistet.
CEO French plant ein secondary offering und den Umzug an die Nasdaq. Zeitrahmen: unbekannt.

Ich bin für THTH positiv gestimmt. Der Wert wurde nicht beachtet, weil die earnings/share im 2.Q zurückgegangen sind, von 8c auf 5c per share, glaube ich. Der Grund waren allerdings massive Investitionen in Equipment und Personal. French rechnet schon im nächsten Quartal mit besseren Ergebnissen. Wenn die eintreten, ist es mit dem Dornröschenschlaf der Aktie vorbei.
