SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Spatializer Audio Laboratories Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPAZ - news) announced today that Sharp Corporation has licensed Spatializer N-2-2(TM) virtual surround sound technology for its newest Portable DVD player, DV-L90TC featuring the new Vaddis® V DSP from Zoran Corporation. The interactive DVD player, named ``AQUOS DVD Mobile Theatre,`` was released in Japan in the second week of August. It is already available in stores and Sharp expects it to be a strategic product for the second half of this fiscal year.

The DV-L90TC features a 1.2 times larger screen with an 8.7 inch LCD than its predecessor, DV-L80TV, and 3.4 times higher resolution. It has a built-in UHF/VHF tuner. A newly developed ``Dynamic Digital Display Driver`` provides a more impressive picture of higher resolution and clarity.
