FeedbackPHarol SGPS geht durch die Decke diese Woche!
..allerdings war/ist mir der genaue Grund nicht ganz klar.Es kann ja nur mit der laufenden Restukturierung der Oi SA zusammenhängen. Allerdings hab ich da diese Woche nichts sensationelles dazu entdecken können.
Short-Eindeckungen?
Eine unglaubliche Aktie. Ich habe insgesamt meine Einstandspreise von 2009 bis zuletzt 2016-06, als ich sicher war, dass hier keine Pleite droht, inkl. der Dividenden nach Steuern, HEUTE wieder eingespielt!
So kann es weitergehen. Mal eben 100% in wenigen Tagen und Wochenschluss um 0,43. Mein letzter Zukauf bei 0,093 Euro hat sich voll rentiert.

Anatel gives prior authorization for Oi's capital increase
The Board of Directors of the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL) unanimously decided on Wednesday (13.06) to grant "prior approval for the capital increase of Oi ( OIBR3 ; OIBR4 ), to be subscribed by Qualified Bondholders , which will come from the payment through the capitalization of the Unsecured Bonds of Qualified Bondholders , provided for under the Restructuring of Bonds, provided for in Clause 4.3.3 and following of the Oi SA Recovery Plan "
The Board further determined that OI SA "inform Anatel of the increase in its share capital, within 60 days as of its effective date, pursuant to Article 39, II, of the SeAC Regulation, approved by Resolution number 581 , of March 26, 2012 ".
In addition, the Company will have to "expressly state in the terms of the investiture of the members of the new Board of Directors of OI SA, the information that it will be obstructed the exercise of the powers of administration inherent to the position, until Anatel examines the application for prior consent, in order to take possession of the new members, in addition to the determination contained in Judgment number 3/2017 in item f.1, that any change in the Board of Directors of OI SA shall be submitted to Anatel. OI SA will have to present, when requesting the next prior consent, "its voting stock composition after the completion of the Bonds Restructuring operation , highlighting the possible controlling shareholders ." Na endlich! Das Tal der Tränen scheint durchschritten zu sein. Ich habe Corona ausgenutzt und ganz unten nochmals 10 k Stücke nachgekauft.
