Das Unternehmen ist zur Zeit extrem unterbewertet:
Das hat folgenden Grund: Ein Resplitt (wg. des Segmentwechsels von OTC zu Nasdaq)ohne begleitendem Shareholder Value und somit bodenloser Absturz des Kurses von 18 auf 2 Dollar.
Ein solcher Resplit ist immer böse für Investoren, welche bereits seit langem investiert
Ich empfehle heute die Aktie mit einem stark-kaufen-Rating und einem Kursziel von 5 Dollar auf 6-motats-Sicht, also bis 31.12.2014.
Rückhalt und ausführliche Analye erhielt ich von einem Bekannten Analysten aus den USA von Zack/ .
Ich füge diese ausführliche Analyse hier bei. Meine Kollege sieht die Aktie auf mindestens 7,50 Dollar auf 1-jahres-Sicht.

Ich beobachte den Wert seit ca. 6 Monaten und glaube, dass wir ab heute wieder Richtung 3 Dollar maschieren.

der Re-Split war sicher nicht der Hauptauslöser für den drastischen Kursverfall. Und schon gar nicht von 18 auf 2 Dollar, da er am 29.01. erfolgte, die Aktie seither von 8 auf 2 Dollar gefallen ist.



Ein wesentlicher Grund dürfte vielmehr in der massiven Verwässerung liegen, die seither erfolgt ist:

Natürlich ist der Resplit nicht der einzigste Grund für den Kursverfall
gewesen. Mein Kursziel: 5 Dollar. Heute bereits gut im Gewinn.
Weiterer Grund ist, dass die Amis viel schärfer auf die Phantasie von
reinen Biotechs sind. Verwässerung: siehe alle Biotechs und Co. der Nasdaq und
an der OTC.
Ich werde eh die Tage mit Brian Marckx von ZackSmallCap Research sprechen. Er liest oft hier auch mit.
Ihm und auch den amerikanischen Firmen ist bewusst, das deutsche Investoren extrem negativ denken und die negativen Aspekte mal 100 und die positiven durch 100 nehmen.

Die Aktie ist wirklich interessant. Low-Float Aktie mit kaum Cashburn und mit reichlich Cash, kommt auf die Watchlist.

Ausserdem sind meine Freunde auf FB privat und haben gar nix mit Investment am Hut ! ... jedoch kommt die Sache in den USA viel viel besser an, da die meisten Deutschen nur kritisieren und schgimpfen und selten lächeln, wenn was NEUES kommt.
Aber da wären alle anderen Deppen, die z.B. BLFS gut finden.
Da müsste man verdammt viele Leute anschreiben, um jene zu denunzieren.
Ist, so ! Jedoch will ich nicht jungen Amis helfen, sondern Deutschen.
Sollte dies nicht angenommen werden bis Ende 2015, habe ich viele viele andere Möglichkeiten. Bernd.
... und ich hatte die Idee dazu am 01. Juni 2014, bin mehr als zufrieden.
Habe zwei neue amerikanische Kooperationsfirmen, die extrem geil drauf sind,
dass sich auch mal so ein "spiessiger" Deutsche, wie ich, der Sache von Start-Ups und riskanten Investments annimmt. Bernd.

Die Einnahmen durch die Kapitalerhöhung wurden in voller Höhe zur Tilgung der Schulden verwendet. Das Unternehmen ist Schuldenfrei und verbesserte somit sein Rating erheblich.

freilich, entscheide selbst ! - Zack ist nicht überall beliebt, jedoch bietet seine Company hervorragende Grundlagenrecherche !!!

Machs gut, Popeye82 - falls es Dich interessiert, ich werde nicht mehr im Board auftreten. Da sagen meine "Freunde" hier "Juhu" ! Ich werde offiziel als Verfasser auftreten.
Ich werde dort allerhöchstes Niveau anbieten und somit fallen eh einige
Leser weg, jedoch gewinne ich jenes Segment, welche nicht gleich voreingenommen sind und hinter jeder meiner Einträge ".... alles Blödsinn" schreiben. Das hab ich nicht nötig und werde hiervon Abstand halten.
Diejenigen, welche mir folgen wollen, werden mein Niveau kennen lernen. Ich
werde jedoch niemals mein Art oder Charakter ändern, um allen gerecht zu

Kurs heute 2,31 Dollar (Plus 15 Prozent).
Jeder Investor hätte 40 Prozent Kursgewinn
zu 2,80 Dollar verkaufen können.
