wie sich beim abgleich der BEIDEN charts erkennen läßt, lag der handelsschwerpunkt in
der vergangenheit bei der LSE, wobei aus meiner sicht es auch stets lohnend ist die kurse in
CAN im auge zu haben, wo durchaus so manche schnäppchen zu erzielen sind.......wie grad
eben zur eröffnung 10k zu cad 0,10

in sorge eines mögl. TRUMP- siegs bei US- präsi- wahl am 8/11. verharren märkte in
warteschleife bzw. schwächeln.

auch RAB, und das ist für mich erfreulich, in lauerstellung und DAS trotz jüngst gesehener
rally..........erstaulich widerstandsfähig !!!

möglich, daß dazu auch die anziehenden gold- notierungen beitragen, wo zzt die widerstands-
marke bei usd 1300,- getestet wird...........

Rambler Receives a Repayable Contribution From the ACOA

London, England & Baie Verte, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada - Rambler Metals and Mining plc (TSXV: RAB, AIM: RMM) ('Rambler' or the 'Company'), a copper and gold producer operating in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, today reports that it is receiving a repayable contribution of CDN$2 million through the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency's ('ACOA') Business Development Program ('BDP'). The contribution is in support of the Phase II expansion project for the Ming Copper-Gold Mine ('Ming Mine'). The interest free contribution is unsecured and repayable over eight years with the first repayment scheduled for May 2018.

The contribution by the Government of Canada will be used to increase capacity at the Nugget Pond copper concentrator (the 'mill') to at least 1,250 metric tonnes per day ('mtpd'). This increase in mill capacity will enable the copper concentrator to accommodate an increase in production from the mine with new projected mine life of over 20 years. The Phase II expansion will allow the operation to increase production and lower unit costs thereby strengthening the Company's ability to be a long term producer in the region. Once fully executed, the project will support upwards of 200 full time positions including contract services.

Norman Williams, President and CEO, Rambler Metals & Mining commented: "As the largest employer on the Baie Verte Peninsula we are very pleased to receive this level of support from ACOA. Rambler was first listed for trading in 2005 with the mandate to bring the historic mining operation back into production. Having achieved this initial goal, with the declaration of commercial production in 2012, the Company has since continued to operate while developing the Phase II expansion strategy to increase both production and the life of mine. This repayable contribution, combined with the equity investment completed earlier this year, will allow for full optimization and expansion of all available infrastructure in support of a mine life spanning over two decades."

betonung lag auf...............´starten´ - schon nach kurzer schockstarre vermochten sich
die meisten europ. märkte zu erholen und konnten mit positiver eröffnung der wallstreet
sogar noch ins PLUS zu drehen........DAX zb. mit beachtl. 1,36%

offenbar sind investoren überwiegend zur erkenntnis gekommen, dass TRUMP im neuen
amt NICHT 1zu1 sein wahl- programm wird umsetzten können.........nunja, wir werdens
spät. in 2017 sehen - aber zuvor wird nun mit spannung auf seine mannschaft und minister-
riege gewartet.

zu bekommen und schlossen am gestrigen TRUMP- day mit cad 0,16 auf neuem jahresHOCH

....und am UK- markt setzt sich KAUF- laune weiter fort - bei regem handel sehen wir mit 9ct.

RAMBLER METALS & MINING PLC: EXERCISE OF WARRANTS AND ISSUE OF EQUITY

Pursuant to Rambler Metals and Mining PLC's subscription agreement dated April 20, 2016, entered into with CE Mining II Rambler Ltd. (formerly named CE Mining II Roma Ltd.), CE Mining II has elected to convert 135 million warrants issued under the subscription agreement into ordinary shares of one penny each in the company. Notice of exercise of the warrants was received by Rambler on Feb. 6, 2017.

Under the terms of the transaction announced on April 21, 2016, CE Mining II may exercise the warrants on payment of a subscription price equal to five pence per new ordinary share. Accordingly, 135 million new ordinary shares are to be issued to CE Mining II for an aggregate exercise price of 6.75 million pounds sterling (approximately $8,407,125 (U.S.)).

The proceeds received following the exercise of the warrants will be used by the company to support its continuing phase II expansion plan and further evaluate the potential for a phase III expansion at 2,000 metric tonnes per day, including ore preconcentration and shaft rehabilitation. In addition, the proceeds will finance a wide stepout surface diamond drilling program to test the downdip continuation of the mineralized zones of the Ming mine. Once completed, this exploration program will provide an early indication of the ultimate size of the deposit and its depth extents. To the knowledge of the company, immediately prior to the conversion of the 135 million warrants, CE Mining II owned and controlled 261,363,636 ordinary shares (representing a 63.1-per-cent interest in the company) and 200 million warrants, and, immediately following conversion of the 135 million warrants, CE Mining II will own and control 396,363,636 ordinary shares (representing a 72.2-per-cent interest in the company) and 65 million remaining warrants.........
