To kick off the year, on a good note, I have some very exciting things to tell you! I believe many of you have been waiting for this moment, for quite some time: Today we start the Verge iOS wallet public beta!

Yes, that’s right, starting today! After months of working hard on this flagship-product, we’ve reached the crucial point of testing the application with the great and amazing Verge community.

The public beta will start with me inviting random people on Twitter, Telegram and Discord to join me into making this application; an awesome XVG wallet. When I’m comfortable enough about the whole system, I’ll post a link where you can take part in the public beta yourself. The link will be limited to a certain amount of people. auserkoren zu sein. Bis jetzt habe ich das Versenden und Empfangen von

Perhaps we can really see SWIFT, for example, being put on notice by XRP. It seems that XRP and SWIFT are the biggest competitors to each other and if banks actually start using XRP it could be very big.

und zugegebenermaßen - aber im Nachhinein ist man ja immer schlauer - waren wir auch ALLE blind und im Cryptorausch!

Ich halte dennoch an der $10 Prognose fest. Aber es ist klar dass das noch dauern wird.

Der Hype war da und die ganz grossen Investoren wussten wie sie Menschen Ködern konnten, nämlich mit solchen dummen, sinnlosen und total realitätsfremden Werbungen von " Bitcoin bald 5 Quadrillionen Euro WERT! Nicht den Einstige verpassen!" "Morgen startet die Rakete" Mit einem Euro Einsatz Morgen 5 Mio Euro rausholen!"

Natürlich hab ich das jetzt eben überzogen dargestellt, aber wer diesen Stumpfsinn damals ernsthaft geglaubt hat, hat einfach keine Ahnung vom Finanzmarkt und da zähle ich dich auch dazu, da du es bis heute noch nicht verstanden hast.

Verge (XVG) Announces NetCents Know Allows Buying XVG with USD, CAD & EURO!

It’s been a little while since we’ve written a blog post, it was last year in fact. So, we are well overdue for story time.

Grab a coffee, get comfortable, and let’s get started.

Today, we want to fill you in on some of the details that we’ve been working on over the past year. Weaving together the tapestry of some of the individual updates that we’ve sent out, bringing all of the pieces together into one cohesive story.

While individually, all of the pieces are big news, where it really gets interesting is when you take a step or ten back and look at the big picture. It’s the proverbial missing the forest for the trees.

What we spent 2018 doing was slowly and steadily weaving our way into the traditional payment infrastructure. We’ve done this with very little fanfare. And for good reason. We didn’t want to divulge too much of our strategy until we had the key puzzle pieces in place.

Well lucky for you, they are now in place.

Let’s take a look at some of the highlights of how we have accomplished this.

Let’s start with terminal and POS integrations. In order for cryptocurrency to gain traction in the traditional (read not online) retail space, we needed to be able to support payments in their traditional methods. We’ve gone about doing this in several ways. Firstly, we have iOS and Android apps that turn any tablet or smartphone into a terminal.

Et Voila, you think that we could be done there, but no.

We want to truly offer a system that caters to merchants and makes accepting cryptocurrency seamless for them. That means that accepting crypto how they accept credit card payments and give users a method of paying that they are familiar with.

This is through integrating into their existing terminal and POS systems. Through our agreement with SoftPoint, we are integrated into twelve POS systems and 7 smart terminals. This is on top of the terminals that we are directly integrated with and continue to integrate with.

Retail environment. Check.

You might ask yourself, what about online shoppers. It’s a massive area of retail growth.

Not to worry, we’ve got merchants covered here as well. We have integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, and our hosted payment solution, giving merchants the complete ability to customize our solution for their unique individual needs. We’re continuing to work on rolling out more shopping cart plugins. Keep your eyes open for updates as they come.

Ok, so you might be saying to yourself that we’ve got retail and online covered. Storytime over. Not so quick, there is still a lot more to this story.

How about global distribution and coverage? We are currently working on this and are very close to rolling out merchant support in 57 countries around the globe with 33 fiat currencies. What does this mean? It means that a merchant in India can sell an item in Rupees, accept Bitcoin (or any of our Instant Settlement currencies), and get paid out in Rupees the next day using the NetCents merchant gateway. This example is true for any of the 57 countries that we will support.

Global coverage. Check.

Now that we’ve covered retail and online sales and global coverage. What’s next? How about making it easier for merchants and partners to integrate.

Well, we’ve done a few things to cover this.

Firstly, we moved to a cloud-based SaaS platform for faster onboarding, faster integrations, and faster white labelling. What does this mean exactly? Well, every time we announce a new White Label agreement or ISO agreement, we can get them up and running faster. We are no longer talking months or weeks, we are talking business days.

This also allows us to scale the platform both vertically and horizontally so that the platform can keep up with the growing demand and usage.

We’ve gone one step further with this though. We’ve also developed a robust set of API’s for our partners and merchants to allow them to completely customize the NetCents platform. We have API’s for our merchant gateway, terminal/POS, hosted payments, and Asset Management System. These API’s allow for seamless integration into ....

Aber das ist nicht der einzige Coin, der Geduld braucht.

Verge (XVG) is one of the most prominent cryptos in the market and with its distinctive privacy technology, it is one of the most favorite digital assets for the users. Almost one year is about to end when Verge did something really adolescent and in consequence, XVG had a very poor time in the market afterward. Let me start from the beginning of our communication with the Ledger. In September 2017 Verge team reached out to Ledger and asked for more info on how to get integrated into Ledger. I was not a member of the team at the time but as a community member I came across the answer from Ledger multiple times in the main Telegram channel. Here it is:

Nun, es wird fleissig an der Technik gearbeitet. Wallets, Codebase, RingCT usw.

Das ist natürlich alles GRUNDVORAUSSETZUNG, um neue Partnerschaften einzugehen. Dass wir da an der Stelle kleben ist nicht wirklich verwunderlich.

Aber Bitcoin klebt eben auch an der Stelle. Wir sind einfach zu sehr vom Bitcoin abhängig.

Warten wir's mal ab, in den letzten Tagen zuckt es ja unter wieder höherem Volumen immer wieder hoch. Für mich ein gutes Zeichen!

Verge (XVG) and Netcents seems to be taking the same approach in dealing with adoption of cryptocurrency in the space, only that the latter is extending its tentacle farther than the former.

While is Verge (XVG) remains at the forefront of all Netcents’ crypto partners, the former stands the chances of gaining more from most of the latter’s partnership deal when compared to others.

However, the 20th partnership deal of the transactional hub for all cryptocurrency payments, Netcents, seems to be a mover and shaker for Verge (XVG) in the space.

Netcents, on February 28, 2019, announced its 20th partnership which featured the inking of a five-year ISO Reseller Agreement with a top-notch merchant service and POS terminal provider (MSP).

So, der Verge Coin zeigt seit kurzer Zeit gute Stabilität für seine Verhältnisse.
Und mann sieht er will nach oben. Verge sollte nicht unter 0,0065 Marke herunter rutschen.
Hält Bitcoin hält Verge. Verge ist schon zu Dezember 18 viel mehr in Aktzeptanz an Firmen herangetreten. irgendwann muss sich dies auchmal positiv äussern.

so gut wie leer.

Ich kann's mir ehrlich gesagt auch nicht vorstellen.

Das kann nur mit einer super mega Hammer News erreicht werden
oder der Bitcoin schießt innerhalb von 3 Wochen auf ein neues Allzeithoch...

(auch das ist eher unwahrscheinlich)



Nichts desto trotz - heute mal Luft holen und Gewinne mitnehmen. Bitcoin ist weiterhin stark über 5.200!

Der Kurs läuft echt zäh. Das nervt. Aber ich bin langfristig investiert.

Tja, momentan haben wir eher das Problem der
heftig starken Bitcoin Dominanz.

Die Investoren wollen lieber im Bitcoin drin sein als in den Altcoins.
Nicht nur Verge blutet - 90% aller Altcoins bluten ebenso.

ABER! Es wird wohl recht bald auch mal wieder einen Rücksetzer beim Bitcoin geben.
Dann suchen sich die Leute wieder günstige Tradingmöglichkeiten oder Investitionen
ihrer Gewinne bei den Altcoins.

Verge macht alles richtig im Moment. So viele Sachen laufen einfach gut.

Generell bin ich der Meinung, dass ein steigender Bitcoin langfristig auch
gut ist für Verge!

BIsher war es auch immer so, dass wenn der Bitcoin steigt die anderen Altcoins, besonders auch Verge einige Tage später nachzieht.

Das Problem ist, dass der gesamte Altcoin Markt aktuell blutet ohne Ende. Die Leute gehen lieber in den Bitcoin, das ist aktuell (vermeintlich?) sicherer. Altcoins haben extreme Volatilität. Nur so kann ich mir das eklären.

Wer VERGE verfolgt und informiert ist, weiß dass Verge nicht tot ist!!!

So lebendig und alive war Verge noch nie!

Es ist gut dass der Bitcoin derzeit so viel Aufmerksamkeit bekommt - auch wenn die Altcoins (vorerst) darunter leiden.

Privacy cryptocurrencies like Verge Currency are the answer to Transactional Privacy concerns

".....Verge is a cryptocurrency just like Bitcoin. It actually operates on the same code as Bitcoin that’s just been modified for people who are concerned about privacy.

It’s well established, and has been around since 2014. Verge addresses several concerns about Bitcoin, like speed (Verge is much faster) and transaction fees (how much it costs to send Verge from one person to another) are cheap but it’s main focus is transactional privacy. Unlike the example above, where it’s very easy for interested parties who have the right data in their hands to tie Bitcoin transactions back to an individual, Verge uses a built in VPN of sorts via the TOR network, you don’t have to configure anything at all.

When you use a Verge wallet, your transactions move along the TOR network, and while IP addresses are attached to transactions on the Verge network, they are random IP addresses of TOR nodes located anywhere throughout the world. Just checking my Verge iOS....

Daily Transaction on Verge (XVG) Mainnet Still Looks Good Despite Crypto Woes

The cryptocurrency market is yet to catch up with the kind of experience it got in late 2017 and early 2018 when the price of most coins reached the peak. In the 30th editions of the Vergecurrency weekly update, important developments awaiting release on the network were discussed.

Verge Prognose 2019 – 2025 in Zahlen: Das sagen Analysten
Insgesamt ist die Verge Prognose eher durchwachsen. Dennoch sollte daran erinnert werden, dass es hierbei ausschließlich um Einschätzungen und Spekulationen handelt. Keine der vorgestellten Prognosen bietet eine Garantie, dass sie sich bewahrheiten könnte.

Die meisten Analysten gehen von einer Seitwärtsbewegung oder maximal einem mäßigen Kursgewinn aus (aktuelle Verge Kurs). Große Schritte scheinen zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt für den Coin eher unwahrscheinlich zu sein. In Zahlen ausgedrückt, bedeutet das im Einzelnen:

Cryptoground: Hier sieht man den Verge Coin einzig als langfristiges Investment an. Für Anleger, die bereit sind 5 Jahre oder länger zu warten, könnte der Coin attraktiv sein, so die Analyse. Bis 2020 erwartet man einen langsamen Kursanstieg auf 0,0179 US$, das entspricht einem Zuwachs von etwa 74 %. Bis 2025 sagt die algorithmische Analyse einen Wert von 0,1933 US$ voraus. Damit würde sich der Preis um etwa 1500 % erhöhen. Ein Absturz des Verge Coins gilt als unwahrscheinlich.
WalletInvestor: Die bekannte Forecast Website WalletInvestor schätzt die Chancen für Investoren mit dem Verge Coin langfristig einen Gewinn zu erzielen als sehr schlecht ein. Es ist sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass der Verge Coin im kommenden Jahr die 1 US$ Marke knacken könnte. Bis Mai 2020 erwarten sie einen Kurseinbruch um etwa 61 %, sodass 1 Verge Coin durchschnittlich etwa 0,0047 US$ kosten wird. Diesen Verlust wird der Coin in den kommenden 5 Jahren nicht einholen können. Mit einen leichten Schwankungen sieht es aus, als würde Verge stagnieren und seitwärts laufen. Denn Ende Mai 2024, also in etwa 5 Jahren, wird der Kurs bei etwa 0,0045 US$ liegen. Im Gegensatz zu Cryptoground glaubt man hier, dass ein Absturz durchaus möglich wäre.
Coinswitch: Die Analysten lassen bei ihrer Verge Prognose besonders die aktuellen Upgrades, wie das iOS Wallet, oder die neuen Partnerschaften mit einfließen. Daher erwarten sie einen Kursanstieg auf 0,09 US$ bis zum Jahresende 2019. Sollten neue Partnerschaften folgen und die Massenakzeptanz erhöht werden, dann wäre im kommenden Jahr 2020 ebenfalls eine weitere Kurssteigerung möglich. Verge könnte dann bis zu 0,175 US$ erreichen. In 5 Jahren, also bis 2024, wäre ein Preis von 0,269 US$ realistisch, so die Einschätzung.

Sollten wir z.B. einen Anbieter wie Amazon ins Boot holen können,

Die Wahrnehmung von Verge ist leider (noch)nicht allzu groß. Auch das Halving wird wohl nicht viel daran ändern. Der Deal mit Pornhub etc. haben leider auch nur, wenn überhaupt, kurzfristig etwas gebracht.
Ich bin mal gespannt, wo wir uns am Ende des Jahres kurstechnisch bewegen.
Auf jeden Fall habe ich mir bissl mehr versprochen

Der Deal mit Meconcash ist nicht zu verachten!
Das ist ein riesen Schritt für Verge.

Du musst Dir immer im Klaren sein dass der ganze Cryptomarkt noch keine
große Beachtung hat. Das wird erst kommen wenn Bitcoin Richtung 20k läuft.

Deswegen ist es besser jetzt schon dabei zu sein!

ich bin bei Binance. Dort hast du ein €-Wallet mit welchem du zunächst "gängige" Kryptos kaufst (z.B. BTC oder ETH). Danach kannst du in Verge tauschen. Wäre schön, wenn hier im Forum mal wieder mehr diskutiert bzw. berichtet wird....

Mehr Aufmerksamkeit wäre schon gut! Und verge ist wenigstens nicht ganz in der versenkung verschwunden! Verge ist ja schon lange dabei, seit dem split vom dogecoin ist der coin immer unter den Besten 150 geblieben!
