Admission to AIM The Placing shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares of €0.125 each (the "Ordinary Shares"). Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that such Admission will become effective on or around 5th August 2019. Board appointments The Company have agreed with the group of new investors that it can nominate two directors to the Board. These appointments, which will be subject to regulatory approvals, will be announced in due course Holdings in Company Pursuant to the Placing, and at Admission, the Company has been informed that Mr Roger Tamraz and Mr Michel Fayad will each hold 14,934,615 ordinary shares in the Company, with each holding representing 10 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Das letzte Mal als von Irak nur die Rede war, erzielte der Kurs 2,40 €. Wie wird es dann erst dieses Mal sein, wenn ein deal verkündet wird.
