The Thai Fund, Inc. Announces Information Regarding Liquidating Distribution

The Thai Fund, Inc. (NYSE:TTF) (the “Fund”) announced today that the net asset value per share of the Fund for purposes of calculating the final liquidating distribution to stockholders was $11.3070 as of January 19, 2018 (the “Effective Date”). The Fund expects to make a final liquidating distribution on or about January 26, 2018 to those stockholders who held shares of the Fund as of the Effective Date.

The Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that seeks long-term capital appreciation through investment primarily in equity securities of companies organized under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
