Die RPR-Gruppe (100% Gesellschafter RPR Privatstiftung, Begünstigter Ronny Pecik, geboren am 04.03.1962) hält unverändert, wie in der letzten Beteiligungsmeldung vom 28.12.2018 dargelegt, über ihre indirekten Tochtergesellschaften Theos GmbH (6.832.561 Aktien), Everest Investment GmbH & Co KG (2.443.770 Aktien) und Pavus Immobilien GmbH & Co KG (5.353.425 Aktien) insgesamt 14.629.756 Aktien der Emittentin S IMMO AG (FN 58358x) ISIN: AT0000652250, wobei diese Aktienpakete an SIGNA Holding GmbH veroptioniert wurden und das von der Theos GmbH gehaltene Aktienpaket zudem mittels Substanzgenussrecht finanziert und somit als für Rechnung von SIGNA Holding GmbH gehalten (§ 133 BörseG 2018 iVm § 23 Abs 2 Z 1 ÜbG) gemeldet wurde.
