    Malmo, Sweden, September 14, 2018 - Hoylu, a leading enterprise collaboration company, announced today Satoshi Nakajima will join Hoylu in the newly created position, as Chief Technology Officer and President of Hoylu Japan. Nakajima will guide the strategic technology direction and innovation of Hoylu while also leading the new Hoylu office in Tokyo, Japan.

    Nakajima will serve as President of Hoylu Japan and will report to Stein Revelsby. His leadership will strengthen customer relations and help develop new business among emerging and established Japanese companies while strengthening the global position of Hoylu. Nakajima will receive 250,000 shares in Hoylu AB in return for having established Hoylu Japan K.K. with a cash infusion of SEK 0.9 million. Hoylu Japan K.K. will be a 100% owned subsidiary of Hoylu AB.

    Mr. Satoshi Nakajima was one of the foundational members of Microsoft, serving at the company for 14 years as Software Architect for the Windows and Internet Explorer teams. Mr. Nakajima was responsible for several key technological innovations at Microsoft, such as Internet Explorer's componentization and its integration with both Microsoft Office and Windows. Mr. Nakajima left Microsoft to become a Founding Partner of Ignition Partners, LLC, a Bellevue, Washington venture capital firm that focuses on next-generation wireless technologies. He also founded Xevo Inc. in 2000 where he served as the CEO. Mr. Nakajima also served as Corporate Officer of Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. Mr. Nakajima received a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan and MBA from University Washington.
