A further step in Kamux's expansion in Germany - showroom no. 4 to be opened in Wentorf

 

Kamux, a company specialising in used car sales, is continuing its strong growth. Kamux is further expanding its operations in Germany by opening a new showroom in Wentorf during the last quarter of 2018.

A flexible showroom solution in the heart of a lively retail area

"The new showroom in Wentorf is a good example of Kamux's flexibility in implementing its concept. The Wentorf showroom will be located in the middle of a lively retail area, and it offers us an excellent opportunity to be near customers since the area attracts a lot of consumers. The Wentorf showroom will have a large outdoor area for displaying cars with office facilities. We want to be where our customers are, and this is an innovative approach to serving customers in car retailing", says Oliver Michels, German Country Director.

A stronger foothold in Hamburg area

Wentorf is strengthening Kamux's foothold in the Hamburg metropolitan area. The showroom is just a 40-minute drive from Hamburg's Nedderfeld showroom. The fourth showroom means a wider range of cars and more options for customers. The number of cars in the Wentorf showroom will be about 100 but, because of Kamux's business concept, the entire German selection is within the reach of customers regardless of where or how they choose to do business.

The importance of being amongst customers

"We always strive for good customer service and I am delighted about the possibility of launching a showroom in accordance with the principle of being amongst customers and in the lively areas that they frequent daily," says Olli Kilpi, Director of International Business, Kamux.

Kamux hiring new staff

"We are starting to build the sales team for Wentorf and applications are welcome. As a growing company, we are hiring new staff, particularly new salespersons. We strive to be a car dealership where our customers find it easy and comfortable to shop, and this is why we invest a lot in training our sales staff. The right attitude is key, so previous experience in car sales is not essential," says Oliver Michels.
