The Cathy Mock Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Holloman, who retired from Cintas in July, in recognition of his strong commitment to impactful diversity initiatives and substantial contributions to the business community. In fiscal year 2005, Cintas spent about $45 million with diverse suppliers. During Cintas’ most recent fiscal year, spend reached $231 million. Holloman was a founding member of Cintas’ Diversity Committee and also received the Excalibur Award, the company’s highest award reserved for business executives who demonstrate excellence during their tenure.

“Phillip was an inspirational leader within Cintas for more than two decades, working tirelessly to support diverse suppliers and helping Cintas become nationally recognized for its efforts,” said Jacqueline Neal, president and CEO, Ohio MSDC. “We are pleased to present this award to Mr. Holloman as we celebrate the great strides Ohio has made in moving diversity and inclusion forward.”

The upcoming gala is Ohio MSDC’s signature event, highlighting the growth and success of Minority Business Enterprises and the commitment to supplier diversity by the corporate members in the region.
