The Gabelli RBI NextShares Declares Year End Distribution of $0.0515 Per Share

Gabelli Funds, LLC, a subsidiary of GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL) (“GAMCO”), announced The Gabelli RBI NextShares (NASDAQ: GRBIC) will pay a $0.0515 per share year end distribution payable on December 14, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 10, 2018.

All or part of the distribution may be treated as qualified dividend income for individuals, subject to the maximum federal income tax rate, which is currently 20% in taxable accounts for individuals (or zero depending on an individual’s tax bracket). In addition, certain U.S. shareholders who are individuals, estates or trusts and whose income exceeds certain thresholds will be required to pay a 3.8% Medicare surcharge on their "net investment income", which includes dividends and short-term capital gains received from the Fund.

The sources of the distribution are $0.0515 per share designated as ordinary income.

The final determination of the proportion of capital gains and ordinary income distributed in 2018 will be made after year end. All taxable shareholders will receive written notification regarding the components and tax treatment for all 2018 distributions in early 2019 via Form 1099-DIV.
