("immigon"), continues its wind-down process and has resolved today to make an
application with Bourse de Luxembourg to withdraw the Perpetual Non Cumulative
Participation Capital Certificates, ISIN XS0359924643 (the "Certificates"), from
admission to trading at the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, on which
the Certificates are at present admitted to trading (delisting). The
Certificates are the only instruments of immigon still admitted to trading upon
the application of immigon. immigon does not influence any listing of the
Certificates applied for at German stock exchanges by third parties.

As a consequence of this decision (if approved by the Luxembourg Stock
Exchange), immigon will no longer be obliged to disclose inside information.
immigon expects that the delisting will become effective only three months after
publication of the decision by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on the latter's
homepage.
