The Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) recently launched its redesigned website featuring a modern look and feel as well as an enhanced user experience. The website was redesigned to reflect and expand the DJJ’s mission to be a premier team of professionals committed to providing life-changing services resulting in the positive transformation of children, families, and communities.

“The Kentucky Interactive team was incredibly helpful, professional, and quick with our website project,” said DJJ Director of Communications Kelci Webb. “We are excited to provide a better online experience to the Commonwealth and we are confident that we have built the website in a way that is more user-friendly, informative, and pleasing to the eye. We are grateful for all of the assistance we received from KI and look forward to any future opportunities to work together.”

The website, djj.ky.gov, is presented in a responsive design, allowing citizens of the Commonwealth the ability to access information and resources across multiple devices. The updated site not only features a new look and feel, but also generates an enhanced user experience for those interested in serving at-risk youth.

The DJJ, The Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice, provides a range of services to sentenced, committed, probated, and detained youth and their families, creating opportunities for those youth to develop into productive, responsible citizens while enhancing public safety.

The DJJ’s website was redesigned by Frankfort-based Kentucky Interactive, LLC, aka Kentucky.gov, via a public-private partnership.
