    Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO) announced today that it will pay a second quarter 2019 common dividend of $0.12 per common share on July 19, 2019 to stockholders of record as of June 28, 2019.

    Capstead’s Board of Directors also declared a second quarter 2019 dividend of $0.46875 per share on the Company’s 7.50% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMOPRE). This dividend is payable on July 15, 2019, to Series E preferred stockholders of record as of June 28, 2019.
