The meeting brought in Jawad Abbasi, head of MENA at the GSMA, executives from leading operators in the region and government officials like HE Ghassan Hasbani, Deputy Prime Minister of Lebanon, and HE Adel Afyouni, Minister of Investment and Technology of Lebanon.

Yis’s keynote speech features Turkcell’s eminent success on digital transformation and the vital role of data in the process. The transaction and cultivation of real-time data at Turkcell helps the marketing team to look into deeper user behavior and understand different layers of it, unearthing opportunities to create valuable and relevant offerings for the company. The company, as a result, became the world’s fastest growing telecom operator – it also exhibited strong financial performance with a solid opening in 2019.
