Syncora Holdings Ltd. Announces Meeting Date and Record Date for 2019 General Meeting of Shareholders

HAMILTON, Bermuda, Feb. 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Syncora Holdings Ltd. (“Syncora” or “Company”) today announced that Syncora’s 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 1 pm ET (the “Annual General Meeting”). The meeting will be held at the offices of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, 919 Third Avenue, New York, NY. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual General Meeting will be the close of business on February 20, 2020.
