Investors Title Company (Nasdaq: ITIC) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.44 per share to shareholders of record March 23, 2020, payable March 30, 2020, a 10% increase per share over the $.40 paid in the most recent quarter.
