Files Form 12b-25 with the SEC to extend filing deadline for its 10-K

DALLAS, March 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- March 16, 2020 - Capital Senior Living Corporation (NYSE:CSU) announced today that it has filed a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an extension to file the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019.  The Company is also rescheduling its earnings release and conference call for Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.  The Company’s earnings announcement is scheduled to be released to news services before the market opens on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
