Wanda Sports Group to Report Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2019 Financial Results on April 30, 2020

BEIJING, China, April 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wanda Sports Group Company Limited (the “Company” or “Wanda Sports Group”) (NASDAQ: WSG), a leading global sports events, media and marketing platform, announced today that it will report its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2019 before the U.S. market opens on April 30, 2020.

On the same day, Wanda Sports Group’s management team will host a conference call to discuss the financial results at 8:30 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (8:30 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time).

The Company also announces that it will be relying on the order issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (Release No. 34-88465) to delay the filing of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2019 (the “Annual Report”) due to circumstances related to COVID-19. The Company expects to file the Annual Report no later than June 12, 2020. The explanation for the delay in filing the Annual Report is outlined in a Report on Form 6-K furnished today by the Company.
