    GUADALAJARA, Mexico, May 06, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announces that yesterday, Ms. Laura Diez Barroso Azcárraga and Mr. Carlos Laviada Ocejo, members of GAP’s Board of Directors, transferred shares, representing over 5% of the Company’s capital stock that they held indirectly to direct family members.

    This transfer does not imply a divestment by these parties or by their family.

    Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V.
