Black Hills Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

Second quarter 2020 earnings call and webcast are Tuesday, Aug. 4

RAPID CITY, S.D., July 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held July 27, 2020. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 18, 2020, will receive $0.535 per share, payable Sept. 1, 2020.

The company also confirms that it will release its 2020 second quarter earnings after the market closes Monday, Aug. 3, 2020, and will host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020, to discuss the company’s financial results.
