Changes to the Supervisory Board
Long-term member Peter Conzatti retired from the Supervisory Board, after having been a Board member since 2005. He has supported the company with his capital market expertise since it was founded in the year 2000. EQS Group AG is very grateful to Mr Conzatti for his work.
Peter Conzatti: "The opportunity to cooperate with the founder Achim Weick and the great team at EQS in taking the company from a small Munich-based start-up to today's global company has always been a pleasure and honour for me. We will certainly stay in contact."
Newly elected to the Supervisory Board was Prof. Dr. Kerstin Lopatta. She is a university professor for accounting, audit and sustainability at the Hamburg University. Prof. Lopatta's professional
career started as a consultant for tax and audit firms. She gained international experience in Europe, the USA and Asia. With Prof. Lopatta, EQS Group AG gains an expert whose profile covers both
the requirements of a Supervisory Board member and the business areas served by EQS Group AG.
Robert Wirth was elected as the new chairman of the Supervisory Board and Laurenz Nienhaber as his deputy during the subsequent constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board. The body consists of a
total of four members, including the newly elected Prof. Dr. Kerstin Lopatta and the former chairman of the Supervisory Board Rony Vogel.
