Changes to the Executive Board of First Sensor AG

Effective April 14, 2022, the Supervisory Board of First Sensor AG has appointed Thibault Kassir, Senior Vice President and General Manager TE Sensors, as member of the Management Board of First Sensor AG in addition to Robin Maly and Dirk Schäfer. The aim is to dovetail the activities of First Sensor AG even more closely with the Sensors business unit of TE Connectivity AG.

Against this backdrop, Sibylle Büttner, who already took on new responsibilities within TE in February and moved to the Automotive business unit, has resigned her mandate with effect from the end of April 13, 2022.

The appointment of Thibault Kassir has an initial term of three years; no separate remuneration will be paid by First Sensor AG.
