    Yesterday afternoon, MHP announced a new lease for a luxury hotel on Munich's Karlsplatz square. The construction of the iconic new hotel is under way and expected to be completed by the end of 2023. MHP will operate the property under the JW Marriott luxury brand. The transaction once again confirms MHP’s growth story, built on expertise in developing customized contract structures in takeovers of hotel franchise and lease agreements. It sets the stage for strong top- and bottom-line growth once hotel markets recover. We reiterate to BUY with PT EUR 3.54.
