Before the upcoming introduction of the Smartbroker Cloud Platform and the launch of Smartbroker 2.0, shareholders of wallstreet:online AG (WSO) approved the name change of the company to Smartbroker Holding AG. The name change of the company reflects the transition, which has been started last year. Also, management has presented the “Case Study 2026”, showing promising revenue and earnings potentials in the medium term. In the presented base case, WSO projects potential revenues of EUR 160m with an EBITDA of EUR 60m. We adjust our estimates to roughly track the projected development as we believe the growth perspective is plausibly underpinned. Further potential upside from adjacent business is not yet included. New estimates and model adjustments lead to an unchanged PT at EUR 32.00. We reiterate to BUY.
